Couple Pops Surprise Proposals to Each Other at the Same Time: WATCH!
This may be the best thing that we"ve ever seen.
How many couples are so in tune that one knows when and where the other will propose?
These two took things one step further — both proposing to each other on the same spot, at the same time, without the other having any idea.
June is Pride Month, and there"s no better time to tell this heartwarming story!
Jessa Gillaspie and Becky McCabe went to the Memphis Zoo & Aquarium over Memorial Day weekend.
Uploading this amazing video that will make you believe in love again, Jessa writes:
"Becky McCabe and I got ENGAGED Friday night at Zoo Brew!!!!!!!"
She then reveals the long and short of it:
"I had no idea she planned to propose, and she had no idea I planned to propose to her!"
The results are truly beautiful.
Jessa continues to explain.
"We were both so surprised!!!!"
That is an understatement. They were visibly overwhelmed with emotion.
"We were surrounded by our friends and had the most amazing night."
We"re sure that they did!
"I am the luckiest girl in the world to be able to call her my fiancee. #TheMcBabes."
This is so precious.
in the video, Jessa and Becky pose for an apparent photo.
While Jessa seems confident and happy, Becky is visibly nervous, because she is about to propose at that exact moment.
When she starts talking to Jessa, Jessa is visibly overcome with emotion.
When Becky drops to one knee, Jessa can barely contain her excitement and also can no longer hold back.
In lieu of a more traditional verbal answer, she pulls out her own ring box.
She had been planning to propose to Becky at that spot during that visit.
After this touching video went viral, Jessa added a postscript.
"UPDATE: We had no idea this would blow up so quickly!"
Very few people expect things to go viral, especially when they"re just sharing a cute video with family and friends.
"But I can’t say I’m not thrilled, because all I’ve ever wanted was for Beck and the world to know how much l love her."
Awww!
"We are overwhelmed with all of the positive responses."
As they should be.
"Really, you guys have no idea how much that means to us!"
There are many places in American society where same-sex couples like Becky and Jessa are still afraid to walk hand in hand or exchange a kiss — things that couples of different genders take for granted.
Anti-LGBT violence continues to be a pernicious threat, especially when it is tacitly endorsed by those in power.
But seeing Becky and Jessa"s beautiful proposal video go viral is a reminder that things aren"t always as terrible as our newsfeeds would make it seem.
And they may just make some people believe in love again.
Tristan Thompson Brawls on Court, Gets Ejected
The pressure of being Tristan Thompson may have finally gotten to Tristan Thompson.
Toward the very end of Game One of the NBA Finals on Thursday night, the power forward and controversial baby daddy lunghed to block Shaun Livingston"s shot.
The referees believed Thompson hit Livingston in the face with an elbow and promptly ejected Tristan from the game.
From there, Draymond Green of the Warriors clapped in Thompson"s face and sort of taunted Khloe Kardashian"s much-maligned boyfriend, which led to Thompson shoving Green in the face.
He may be suspended for Game Two, which would be a major blow to Cleveland.
In response to the incident, which has gone viral, many social media users are speculating over just what words were exchanged Thompson and Green.
Most, of course, assumed the ballers had to be fighting about Khloe.
Or maybe about Drake and his latest scandal.
Or a combination of both.
Added another social media user:
Tristan Thompson was ejected because the ref was mad he cheated on Khloe, and Draymond told Thompson he made sure Khloe was taken care of.
The status of Thompson and Kardashian remains a mystery, of course.
Last we heard, Khloe was still living in Cleveland and was angry that strangers online dared to offer advice about her love life.
It seems as if she really may give Thompson another chance, likely for the sake of their daughter, True, and her future.
It is better to grow up in a two-parent household than a one-parent household, right?
We"re not about to judge her decision, either way. We really can"t imagine what she"s been going through this entire time.
But we are about to laugh Thompson for this nonsense, which he says started because Livingston dared to shoot the ball when the game was already decided.

Kanye West Supports Roseanne Because Of Course He Does
As you’ve likely heard by now, the popular ABC sitcom Roseanne was canceled this week after the show’s eponymous star and creator spewed hateful invective at former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett in such a way as to finally push her bosses over the edge.
Despite the fact that the recent revival season of the influential series was well-received, Roseanne Barr hasn’t received much public support because, well … even in 2018, most people aren’t too wild about Nazi rhetoric.
But that doesn’t mean Roseanne is completely without sympathizers.
Donald Trump is in Roseanne’s corner — a fact the president made clear with a tweet in which he condemned Disney president Bob Iger for apologizing to Jarrett, but didn’t breathe a word against Barr’s bigoted remarks.
And as we’ve learned time and again in recent weeks, as MAGA nation goes, so goes Yeezy.
Yes, Kanye West released a new album today, but it seems he has no fears that further alienating his fans might affect his sales figures.
(And to be fair, he probably has no reason to be concerned about that.)
According to Radar Online, Kanye is both a huge fan and a stalwart supporter of Roseanne.
And while he hasn’t spoken out in defense of the disgraced comic just yet, those closest to the rapper feel that an old-fashioned Yeezy rant is in the mail.
“Kanye loved Roseanne’s show and watched it faithfully. He feels it’s messed up it got canceled,” says one insider.
“‘Ye thinks America is becoming too sensitive.”
We won’t bother to point out the irony of that comment coming from the most sensitive man on God’s green earth.
“Roseanne’s a comic,” the source continued.
“He doesn’t think she’s a racist, and feels like she was just being her outlandish self and trying to be funny.”
Does Kanye think anyone’s racist?!
This guy could walk out of a meeting with David Duke and be all, “Talk about misunderstood!”
Anyway, as pretty much everyone suspected, it seems Kanye’s affinity for blowhards like Roseanne and the Donald has little to do with politics and much to do with the fact that he vews them as egomaniacal kindred spirits:
“His heart goes out to people like Roseanne and Trump, because he feels they’re good people who are edgy, just like himself,” the source summed up,” the insider says.
“And like him, gets slaughtered for it on a regular basis.”
Let us all observe a moment of silence for bajillionaires who must occasionally suffer consequences for saying idiotic things in public forums.
