It was just four months ago that the world learned Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are dating, but the couple is wasting no time speeding past the usual relationship milestones.
Yes, it seems that the notoriously commitment-phobic prince has gotten over his fear of settling down, and while the claims that Harry and Meghan are engaged might be a bit premature, it’s beginning to sound like a trip down the aisle might not be far off.
An unidentified friend of Harry’s tells the Sun that Meghan has “virtually moved in” to the bachelor’s royal residence, even going so far as to say that for all intents and purposes, the couple is cohabiting.
The insider says the couple has been “inseparable” for the past five weeks and that they’re enjoying every second of Meghan’s break from her hectic work schedule.
“Meg is not filming in Toronto at the moment so she is free to spend all her time with Harry.”
While Harry hasn’t put a ring on it yet, the insider predicts that he and Meghan will be “engaged by spring” and believes that they may already be quietly planning a wedding.
Last month, we learned that Harry has traveled to Canada in order to meet Meghan father, and many believe that he asked the elder Markle for permission to pop the question.
Tellingly, Harry and Meghan are no longer keeping their romance on the down-low.
While in the early days of their relationship, Harry and Meghan kept things low-key, these days, they’re happy to broadcast their love to the world:
“They tried to keep as low-key as possible and were sitting in a small snug area of the restaurant,” a witness says of one recent outing to a London restaurant.
“But it wasn’t a private area and they were happy to be seen.”
“Meg has always enjoyed spending time in London, but she’s really putting down roots.”
“They’ve taken things to the next level. They’re practically living together. She cooks for him, he pops out to the gym and they’re just enjoying hanging out.”
