Leave it to Farrah Abraham to take some completely valid criticism and turn it into a steaming pile of garbage.
It’s what she does best, after all.
Yesterday, Farrah’s fellow Teen Mom OG stars, Amber Portwood and Catelynn Lowell, discussed her in an interview. And while the things they said probably weren’t fun to hear, they were definitely true.
The conversation began when Amber was asked about her upcoming wedding and a statement she’d made implying that all her teen Mom costars would be invited.
She said that Farrah was “never quite invited” to the wedding in that she wasn’t super psyched about the idea of having her there, but she did extend an invitation as “a chance for her to actually be a stand-up person.”
Needless to say, Farrah didn’t take that chance — Amber said that she’s “probably not” coming to the wedding, “but who gives a sh-t?”
Amber continued to get real about Farrah and her terrible ways, saying that “I do not want kids today who are watching the show to think that this is a strong woman.”
“That is not a strong woman. That is a hateful woman. That is not what you want to be like.”
“You want to make your mistakes,” she explained, “but you want to come back from them, and she’s just somebody who makes mistakes and doesn’t give a damn.”
She’s not wrong — the only growth Farrah’s experienced since her time on 16 and Pregnant is in her cup size and her ego.
She very obviously has some emotional problems, and Catelynn alluded to that in the interview, saying “I feel like she needs help, like severe counseling to really figure out what’s ever going on — to help her help herself.”
Like we said, there’s not the kindest of words, but it would help Farrah so much to hear them.
Unfortunately, Farrah is incapable of truly listening to other people and the messages they’re trying to convey. So now she’s just pissed.
In a statement she gave to Hollywood Life, she said “I will not be including myself in discussions about what they say or have that circle of never-ending immaturity and unprofessionalism.”
“It’s unfortunate that I have other cast members who are hateful towards women, and I just don’t want to belong or associate with that.”
It’s so rich that Farrah is calling other people immature and unprofessional, isn’t it?
It’s also amusing that she’s one of those types who thinks saying anything remotely negative about a person who happens to be a woman is an act against feminism.
Farrah Abraham: keeping things dumb since her very first breath.
We wouldn’t expect anything less.
