The relationship between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick is a little complicated, to say the least.
They were together for about ten years, and they share three adorable children, and while that"s all sweet as can be, they"ve definitely been through hard times.
Scott has struggled with addiction issues for years now, and Kourtney"s struggled right along with him.
She"s kicked him out and taken him back several times, but, sooner or later, Scott always finds himself in a bad way.
And in 2015 when he was photographed canoodling with some girl on a beach, he found himself in the worst way.
Kourtney broke up with him, which kicked off an intense downward spiral. He finally managed to get clean again, and it looked like he and Kourtney were rekindling their romance.
And then he messed it up again — probably not for good though, because just earlier today we heard that they"re on vacation together.
But in this sneak peek for the new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Scott explains the situation to Khloe and Kourtney.
And it"s actually pretty devastating.
"I feel like I will never be over her," he tells them. "She"s the love of my life."
"I"m trying to do everything to be there for her, and there"s literally no appreciation for anything ever," he complains.
