One thing we’ll say about Rob Kardashian is that when he falls in love, he falls in love hard.
So hard, in fact, that it seems almost impossible for him to fall out of the darn thing.
It’s been several months now since Blac Chyna first left him, just before Christmas, after some text messages leaked that made it seem like she was only with him for money and fame.
In those texts, she told a friend that she’d give him a year to get himself together, or she was gone.
She also called him fat, lazy, and insecure, and shortly after the texts began making the rounds, she packed up her things and moved out of the house, taking little Dream along with her.
Oh, and we also heard that she beat him around the same time.
After a sketchy series of events like that, you’d think things would be over for good, right?
Not for Rob.
He took her back just a few days later, and their relationship managed to hobble along until February, when they broke up yet again.
That split seemed to stick — despite the two of them being friendly, there’s no word that they’ve rekindled their alarming flame. It looks like they’re just trying to get along for Dream’s sake.
But although they’re not together, it really, really seems like Rob would like them to be.
Since their breakup, he’s been posting sweet messages about Chyna on social media — for instance, he shared a touching message about her for Mother’s Day earlier this month.
And now, he’s posting a few photos of Chyna as a young teenager, and you really just have to see it to believe it.
For this photo, Rob wrote “On my first episode of Rob’s Random Cornball Thoughts is This young lady who grew up to be the woman I love and the mother of my child.”
“She is beautiful and gave me my first child.”
It’s sweet, but it’s also a little hard to see.
While Chyna may be the woman he loves, she’s made it pretty clear the feelings aren’t mutual.
Rob shared another photo of little Chyna, this one featuring some truly spectacular fashion choices:
“Awww look at my little Angela at 14!!!!!!” he captioned this one. “Hahaha I LOVE YOU !!!!”
Oh, Rob …
This really just hurts, doesn’t it?
And Rob’s Instagram followers agree.
“She doesn’t care about you Roberto!” one straight shooter wrote. “Move on…time to be independent! You can still be an amazing dad!”
Another person told him “Grow up! That love is one sided, you deserve so much better.”
One of his followers got deep, advising him to “talk to God. Ask him to show you your rightful path. God wants what you want but He will show you what will make you happy. It’s His plan.”
All decent advice, Rob. Think about it.
