Little People, Big News: Audrey Roloff has given birth to her first child with husband Jeremy Roloff, according to multiple reports.
The little girl was born yesterday, September 10!
The news comes a full 10 days after Audrey’s due date, and on the heels of a couple of curious social media posts in recent days.
First, Jeremy posted and deleted a hospital photo of his wife last week, sparking concern for the mom-to-be and her unborn baby.
Audrey then broke her silence when she unexpectedly blogged about the baby this weekend, but the bundle of joy had still yet to arrive.
Fortunately, all is well – and she is here now!
Their beautiful little girl, named Ember Jean Roloff, weighed in at 7 lbs., 13 oz., and came into the world on Sunday, at 9:40 a.m.
Here’s the newest addition to the Little People, Big World family with her proud parents … can you even handle this level of cute?
“We are so thankful for this little life we’ve been blessed with and cannot wait to see all that she becomes,” the couple said.
“Labor is such a wild and miraculous process and meeting our baby girl for the first time filled us with uncontainable joy.”
Jeremy, who has nothing but over-the-top praise for his wife on a routine basis, was truly awed by how she handled labor.
“Audrey did amazing. Natural labor is no joke.”
“I have a renewed appreciation for her strength. Ember is just miraculous. Perfect little baby. I’m In awe by the circle of life.”
“She’s beautiful. We are feeling so thankful and blessed that God has entrusted us with this little life,” the reality star added.
Jeremy and Audrey added in their statement:
“We are excited for the journey that lies ahead. Welcome to our family Ember, may you be a glowing, fierce, and radiant light in this world.”
The pair, who wed in September 2014, found out they were expecting this past winter, though Audrey wasn’t altogether prepared.
“I was so surprised,” the 26-year-old said at the time. “It didn’t hit me until I heard the heartbeat at our first doctor’s appointment.”
In April, the couple revealed that “we both wore pink because we had a hunch it was a girl, but now it’s confirmed, we’re having a daughter!”
“We are praying for her every day and can’t wait to meet her!” Audrey and Jeremy said. “And also hoping she has our curls.”
Feels like a safe bet Ember will have epic hair.
Just saying. With those two as parents, you could do worse. More importantly, expect her to be very loved and self-confident as she ages.
Audrey, a barre instructor, has documented her pregnancy each step of the way on social media, and has not been shy about it.
Some fans even criticized her later baby bump pics as too revealing, though the Roloffs let that (sorry) roll off their shoulders.
By the time summer gave way to fall, Audrey and Jeremy were ready for their new addition to arrive … and a little bit nervous.
“I’d say we’re very excited, but there are definitely some nerves that come along with it!” Audrey said toward the end of August.
“At this point, we’re just trying to relax and bring some calm back into our life,” she added, having reached the 40-week mark.
“Jer has the house almost all wrapped up, so now we’re looking forward to spending these last few days just the the two of us.”
The TLC star reflected on pregnancy in typical fashion.
“You know, one of the best things about big milestones in life is being able to do them alongside your spouse,” she gushed.
“Jeremy has been so patient with me during this process. I really couldn’t imagine doing any of this without him.”
“I have full confidence that when I need something [that] he’ll be off the couch and getting it before I finish my sentence.”
“I feel loved and am thankful for a husband like Jeremy.
