Britney Spears: Exercising Herself to Death to Please Sam Asghari?

As you will see in the steamy video below, Britney Spears is keeping fit with the help of her boyfriend, Sam Asghari.

But … has she become too preoccupied with health and fitness?

A new report claims that Britney is keeping her body in perfect condition because she"s afraid of losing her young, hot boyfriend.

RadarOnline reports that Britney is consumed with a fitness addiction in an effort to maintain her relationship with Sam Asghari.

The source acknowledges that Britney "looks amazing and she’s got her best body ever."

She sure does and she sure does, respectively. So … what"s the problem?

"But she’s letting her obsession with diet and fitness rule her life to an unhealthy degree."

Sometimes, there can be a slippery slope between healthy habits and a destructive perseveration.

"She’s so self-conscious and can’t go five seconds without talking about cleanses or weight training."

The source continues to express concern, saying:

"Even though she looks incredible, she still Photoshops her selfies all the time."

Lots of people touch up their selfies, but it looks like this person is suggesting that it"s an obsession.

"It’s as if she’s on a weird mission to constantly look picture perfect."

That also ties in with rumors that Britney got a boob job recently.

"She’s always scrutinizing her reflection in the mirror and sometimes takes 50 photos before she’ll post one to Instagram."

Is that an unhealthy preoccupation or just careful use of social media?

The source also claims that Britney is projecting her alleged fixation with fitness onto others.

This has reportedly taken the form of her discouraging others from partying and indulging themselves on tour.

More to the point, it sounds like some of her loved ones are concerned that she"s denying herself.

"People are happy that Britney is taking care of herself, but now it’s getting in the way of her having fun."

That is a somewhat troubling report.

Is it possible that the source is jumping to conclusions, though?

Britney has always been dedicated to her personal fitness. Her body is part of her brand, and has been since she rose to fame as a teen sex symbol.

It"s true that she"s older than Sam Asghari, who is 24 years old.

But while he"s definitely young and hot, she is not only intensely attractive, but she"s Britney Freaking Spears. Despite rumors to the contrary, she has a good head on her shoulders and knows her worth.

Most people take multiple photos before choosing which picture to post on social media.

The fact that Britney posts makeup-free selfies should be enough to show that fears that she"s obsessed with looking more perfect than she actually is are probably unfounded.

As for her relationship with Sam Asghari, whom she began dating about a year ago, things are looking good for the two of them.

Just last week, Britney brought Sam as her date to the GLAAD Awards.

Social media shows that the two of them share a love of fitness activities, but that doesn"t mean that she"s depriving herself of joy.

Playing tennis with your boyfriend isn"t exactly wallowing in misery.

And neither is dancing, which is what the two of them are doing in this steamy video.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari Cuddle Up in Intimate Video!

Britney shares more with Instagram than workout videos and stunning selfies — she also gives fans and followers little peeks into her life.

And you know who"s part of her life now? Her needlessly handsome boyfriend, Sam Asghari.

This new video has the two of them sharing a very cuddly moment while some very telling music plays, as you can see below:

We are grateful every day for Britney, and it looks like Sam Asghari agrees.

This unreasonably good-looking couple formed when Britney Spears and Sam Asghari started dating last year, though the world had to wait a little while before we got confirmation of the relationship.

Since they started dating, we"ve seen snapshots of their sushi dates and some adorable PDA.

We"ve also seen Britney dive off of his shoulders into a pool.

(If you"ve ever had someone dive off of your shoulders, you know that it"s not comfortable — it"s good that he does it anyway)

This new video is the couple"s cuddliest yet.

In this new video, we see Britney cuddling up to Sam Asghari through a very colorful and somewhat trippy filter.

The song playing is "Mi Gente" by J Balvin and Willy William.

Unless we"ve really forgotten everything since Spanish class, that song title just means "My Man," which is pretty on-the-nose, right?

During the video, Britney points affectionately to Sam and appears to be overwhelmed with something — perhaps embarrassment, which she should never feel for any reason.

Britney captioned the video:

"Me and my boyfriend."

Awwwww.

She tagged Sam Asghari at the same time. You know, just in case there was some question.

Sam Asghari shared the video at the same time, which is super cute.

His caption was a little more personal:

"Her smile makes me crazy."

(That"s universal, right?)

He followed that with a heart emoji and then he tagged Britney.

That"s all kinds of cute.

They aren"t just a cute couple — they"re also a hot couple.

Britney may be a 35-year-old mother, but she still has an incredible body, thanks to a dedicated fitness habits during her off season and her absolutely legendary performances on stage.

In case the world has somehow forgotten, she uploads workout photos from time to time to make sure that we remember.

Speaking of workouts, Sam Asghari is a model but also a fitness model and personal trainer.

He appeared in Fifth Harmony"s "Work From Home" music video and, of course, in Britney"s "Slumber Party" video, because he"s a beautiful man and music videos by gorgeous women need a little gender balance.

Sam Asghari is exactly the sort of hunk that Britney deserves after all of the ups and downs of her life, you know?

While we all want to congratulate her, it does seem like she has genuine feelings for her younger boyfriend.

We can"t even tease her for catching feelings with a guy who could easily have just been a boy toy, because it"s so sweet and also because she absolutely deserves to be happy and to live her best life.

You can"t help but root for this couple.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari: Secretly Married?!

It’s only been six months since we first learned that Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are dating, but it seems the couple has been moving at breakneck speed since day one.

Rumors that Spears and Asghari are engaged have been circulating pretty much from the time they first got together, so perhaps it was only a matter of time before “insiders” started spreading the word that the couple has surreptitiously taken the next step.

Yes, according to OK! magazine, Britney and Sam secretly tied the knot at some point in the past few weeks.

“It might seem crazy after such a sort time, but everyone in her life says they’ve never seen her this happy,” a source tells the tabloid.

“Getting married secretly is just the sort of stunt she’d pull. Only now, she’s in a stable place emotionally.”

We think the source might be a bit confused about the meaning of the word “stunt.”

If the rumors are true (huge “if”), then it’s likely that Brit simply wants to make it official with the man she loves without the flurry of media scrutiny that surrounded her first two marriages.

Many fans forget that Brit has had not one but two weddings in the past, though in fairness, her marriage to Jason Alexander was an extremely short-lived affair that was quickly annulled.

Legally speaking, Brit is no longer under her father’s thumb, so she’s not required to seek his permission before getting hitched.

But insiders claim she still sought approval from the other most important men in her life:

“She would never marry Sam without asking her boys’ permission first,” says one tipster.

In fact, Sam’s connection with her sons is reportedly the main thing that convinced Britney he’s the one.

“He’s great with her boys, which is always her number one priority before she can get serious about someone,” one source says.

Sadly, it wasn’t long after OK!’s report was published that Spears’ PR team came forward to set the record straight.

One rep described the rumors as “completely not true” in a statement issued to Hollywood Life moments ago.

But don’t lose heart Brit and Sam ‘shippers.

It seems Ms. Spears has little doubt about where her relationship with Asghari is headed:

“Brit feels certain about her future with Sam,” one anonymous friend says.

“She’s telling friends that she’s never loved a man like she loves him.”

Sam Asghari: Romancing Britney Spears?

Is Britney Spears getting up close in personal with Sam Asghari?

It certainly seems that way. 

Spears and Asghari both met on the set of her Slumber Party music video.

Yeah, he’s the dude she crawls over a table to get to in one of the her most risqué music videos to date. 

The song and the accompanying music video has served as a fantastic return to form for the pop star after Make Me… failed to light up the charts.

Asghari is a personal trainer and looks pretty great. 

He shared a picture of himself with Britney out for food over the weekend.

The most telling thing about all of it is that the picture was swiftly deleted from his account.

I mean, it’s like they’re trying to conceal their relationship, or something. 

The two of them look super cute in the picture. It is odd seeing them without all of the makeup and effects on the video. 

The pair look considerably different, but they do look happy. There’s no official confirmation that they are actually dating, but it sure seems like they are. 

The seem pretty close in the picture, but then again, they probably got to know each other a lot while filming Slumber Party.

Spears has not had the best of luck with men in recent years, so there’s every reason to believe she could be keeping this relationship quiet to ensure it takes off. 

There was some rumblings earlier in the year that Spears could be romancing G-Eazy, but those claims were quickly put to bed when it emerged that he was in a relationship. 

The relationship claims with G-Eazy came after their MTV VMAs performance in which it looked like the rapper was leaning in for a kiss with Britney. 

It should be interesting to find out how all of this plays out.
