Jenni Farley and Roger Matthews Celebrate Anniversary, Call Divorce Into Question
On Saturday night, Roger Matthews and Jersey Shore cast member Jenni “JWOWW” Farley went out to dinner in celebration of their third wedding anniversary.
The setting looked romantic and the two sides both looked pretty happy.
But there was just one small detail that seemed a bit off about this evening out…
… Matthews and Farley are getting a divorce.
In late September, it was revealed that Farley filed documents for this sort of legal split in Ocean City, New Jersey, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the break-up.
The official complaint read as follows:
The Plaintiff and the Defendant have irreconcilable differences which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no prospect of reconciliation.
There have been no reports since of infidelity by either party.
It mostly seems as if Farley’s busy schedule, exacerbated by new seasons of Jersey Shore: Vacation, simply got in the way of the couple spending quality time together.
But Matthews has been adamant that he can win Farley back over — and that appears to have been his intention behind this anniversary-themed dinner date.
“Rome wasn’t built in a day,” he wrote as a caption to the first image in this article.
This is a pretty clear reference to Matthews committing himself to reconciling with his estranged wife, no matter how long it may take.
Simply put, said Matthews in an Instagram video after news of the divorce went viral, “I am going to win my wife back.”
He added at the time:
“I’m going to win her affection back, I am going to win her love back.
“I have no intentions on being a single dad. We’re in counseling so there is hope. It ain’t over ‘till the fat lady sings.”
Farley and Matthews share two kids, a daughter named Meilani and a son named Greyson.
“Praying for a better tomorrow,” Roger captioned his aforementioned, continuing:
“Sorry world, I’m taking a day off from praying for you today and I’m just gonna pray for my family. Hope springs eternal.”
He sure does sound sad and sincere.
However, a source recently said that Farley has no intention of rekindling this romantic flame.
“She was just unhappy, and she wasn’t in love with him anymore,” this source told Radar Online a day after the split was confirmed, adding:
“Roger has been trying everything he can to change her mind, but her mind is made up. She’s done.”
Is she, however?
Along with the date photo above, Roger posted a video of the still-husband and wife from their evening out.
They are walking to a white, pink flower-adorned horse-drawn carriage in the footage.
“The horse, oh my God,” JWOWW says.
“Your chariot awaits,” Mathews responds. “Let me get that door for you, babe. Happy anniversary.”
“Oh, why thank you. Look at that,” JWOWW then said, spotting a bouquet of flowers.
“These are for you,” Mathews replies.
So… what do you think, folks?
Might there be some hope here after all?

Roloffs Celebrate Special Occasion with Rare Family Photo
They star on the same reality show, but they are rarely all in the same place.
Indeed, while Little People, Big World may center on the beloved Roloff family, the many sons, daughters, parents and grandkids who comprise this popular unit are very busy.
They also don"t all get along so well. Or so we"ve heard, at least.
Moreover, Jacob quit the show awhile back… Molly wants no part of the show… and even Jeremy and Audrey walked away this summer.
For all these reasons and more, it"s rare to find all the Roloffs in one location.
But that"s exactly what transpired over the weekend, as relatives came from far and near for one special reason:
The start of pumpkin season!!!!

Jon Gosselin, Daughter Hannah Celebrate Independence ... From Kate!
The same Gosselin child who honored Jon Gosselin on Father’s Day is still sticking around.
In fact, Hannah Gosselin got to celebrate the Fourth of July with her dad.
And both of them posted pictures to show it. Take a look:
“Happy 4th of July!!!” Jon Gosselin wrote in the caption of this precious father-daughter photo featuring the flag.
He followed that by writing “US.” You know, just in case we weren’t sure why he was excited.
If you’ve noticed that his top is navy blue with white stars, just know that there is more to his patriotic ensemble.
See, Hannah has her own Instagram account and she, too, shared a father-daughter photo.
In it, you can see his whole outfit.

(Hannah, as you may recall, is 14 years old, which is old enough to operate her very own social media without an adult managing it)
In the captions, she writes: “Happy Fourth of July!”
Now, Hannah’s outfit is tastefully patriotic — with that navy blue top.
Jon’s outfit, with the red shorts, white stars, and navy blue takes things a step further — but it’s a dad’s job to be a little embarrassing with his outfit, right?
It’s so good that the two of them — very appropriately — were able to celebrate Independence Day together.
This isn’t the first Fourth of July that Hannah has enjoyed with her father — and with Jon Gosselin’s girlfriend.
The oldest photo that Hannah has shared on Instagram is this one, from July 4th of 2016.
As we implied earlier, Hannah getting to spend Independence Day with her father seems appropriate, because her mother Kate is widely believed to be intensely controlling and unpleasant.
Hannah has done a lot of growing in two years — all of the kids have.
Also … is Jon wearing the same shorts? That’s okay, since we’re sure that he’s washed them since then, but it’s admittedly kind of funny.
Hannah and her dad have been sharing photos of their time together almost nonstop for a few months, now.
Not everything about the family’s custody arrangements is entirely clear.
But Jon and Hannah did get to go and visit poor Collin, which many fans and followers found to be very heartwarming.
We’re sure that Hannah is thrilled to be able to spend time with her dad.
He might not be a perfect man, but he’s her dad — and he’s so much better than Kate.
We’re sure that a lot of holidays are a little complicated, though, since she surely misses her siblings.
Not everything is exactly hunky dory between the famous exes.
In fact, Kate Gosselin is suing Jon for a tremendous amount of money — money that he absolutely, to the best of our knowledge, does not possess.
These exes have a contentious relationship, but it’s unclear what prompted this sudden demand for cash.
But it looks like Jon has the right priorities. Like we said, he’s a flawed man, but he loves his children and it looks like spending time with Hannah is doing him some good.
Hannah is also enjoying living with her dad .. and away from Kate.

Jen Harley and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Celebrate July 4, Manage to Avoid Assaulting Each Other
We give up.
When it comes to the relationship between Jen Harley and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, we just… give up.
You can go ahead and try to figure these two out; we’re just gonna sit back and eat some hot dogs on this special birthday.
Indeed, the Jersey Shore cast member and his on-again/off-again/on-again/off-again girlfriend apparently put their differences aside on Wednesday in order to celebrate America.
Ortiz-Magro shared a photo on Instagram Stories this morning of himself and Harley snuggled close, flag-themed hearts floating around the duo as she made a kissy face at the camera.
“Happy independence day,” over the image.
How cute, right?
How sweet, no?
How romantic, yes?
Sure, we guess.
But that would only be true if you ignored the fact that Harley was arrested mere days ago for DRAGGING RONNIE BY A CAR in Las Vegas.
The couple had reportedly got into an argument on the way home from a barbecue and, as Ronnie tried to unbuckle his seatbelt and exit the vehicle, Harley allegedly sped away, dragging her boyfriend down the street.
She was taken into custody by local authorities, but will not be charged with any crime.
It’s important to note two things while we relay that news:
1. Harley and Ronnie are the new parents to a baby girl named Ariana; she was born on April 3. (And she was in the car at the time of the above incident.)
2. This above incident was certainly NOT the first time Ronnie and Jen got into it in a very serious manner.
In late April, Jen and Ronnie went back and forth in very ugly fashion on social media.
She accused him of cheating. He accused her of holding on to old sex tapes of herself and an ex.
Harley slammed Ronnie as a “cokehead” and deadbeat dad. Ronnie blasted Harley as a “cum dumpster.”
It was a vicious and as X-rated as nearly any viral argument we can remember — and you can relive the madness below:
There’s also a video online of Ronnie verbally attacking Harley and seemingly coming close to physical blows.
It’s troubling and scary and disturbing and you can judge it for yourself here:
Ronnie and Jen have tried to maintain a healthy relationship amidst all this craziness, mostly for the sake of their newborn.
“I remain focused on my daughter and she is my No. 1 priority,” Ronnie told us Weekly a little while back, for example.
Last we heard, however, friends were encouraging Ronnie to stay away from Harley and to even file for primary custody of Ariana.
It doesn’t look like he’s taken this advice, however, based on the first photo posted above.
We’re afraid, though.
There’s plenty of July Fourth to go and we have a feeling that if these two are together… and the alcohol is flowing… that things may get explosive between them tonight.
And not because they’ll be watching fireworks.
