Jenni Farley & Roger Mathews: We Are Never, Ever, Ever Getting Back Together

Sad news from our favorite crew of tanning bed enthusiasts today.

As you may have heard, Jersey Shore star Jenni Farley has separated from Roger Mathews after three years of marriage.

The split is particularly heartbreaking, as Mathews has made it clear that he has no intention of giving up on the relationship.

In a series of videos and social media posts, Mathews has pleaded with Farley to take him back.

Alas, the famously hard-hearted JWoww seems to have no interest in a reconciliation.

Sources close to the mother of two claim Farley has stated unequivocally that she’ll never get back together with Mathews.

So fans were more than a little confused when Jenni posted pics of a Halloween photoshoot in which she posed alongside Roger and the couple’s two children.

In fact, in the comments section of Farley’s Instagram post, many of her followers congratulated her on reconciling with Mathews:

“JWoww is over Roger and as far as she is concerned, they aren’t getting back together,” a source close to the situation tells Hollywood Life.

“Jenni arranged a Halloween family photo shoot for daughter Meilani over the weekend because she’s obsessed with Disney and Moana, but that’s the only reason she did it.”

The insider says Jenni and Roger are both committed to ensuring that the split is as painless as possible for their children.

And so they’ll continue to participate in family functions together, but Farley has apparently made up her mind and plans to proceed with a divorce.

“She’ll continue to put together family functions and it gives Roger hope, but there’s really no chance she will get back together with him,” the source adds.

“It’s really important to Jenni to keep the kids lives as normal as possible,” the informant continues.

“She and Roger are completely amicable and there’s no bad blood whatsoever, but for Jenni, they’ve grown apart. Roger wants her back, but it’s not going to happen.

“They both love and respect one another, but Jenni feels they’ve kind of grown apart. Everything she’s doing right now is strictly for the kids and what’s in their best interest.”

Both parties have confirmed that there was no infidelity or abusive behavior in their marriage, and Jenni’s decision to end the relationship was simply a result of a slow deterioration of affection.

Unfortunately for Roger, it sounds as though she’s inflexible on the matter.

Roger Mathews Celebrates Anniversary With Jenni Farley Despite Separation

Last month, Jersey Shore fans were stunned when Jenni Farley filed for divorce from Roger Mathews.

The couple was beloved by fans, and their marriage was considered by many to be the most stable among the Shore cast.

Adding to the confusion over the situation is the fact that the decision to split was not a mutual one.

In fact, it seems as though Jenni made up her mind abruptly and without warning.

Mathews has pleaded with Farley to give him a second chance in a series of heartfelt social media posts.

Of course, fans of Shore won’t be surprised to learn that JWoww is not the sentimental type and was not swayed by Rogers first attempts at a reconciliation.

But to his credit, Mathews has not given up.

This week marked three years since he and Farley got married, and he celerated the occasion by posting the photo below on his Instagram page:

“This happened 3 years ago today. 8 years together total,” Mathews captioned the pic.

“3006 days together. Not one of them was a flawless day. Not one of them would I change.

“Happy Anniversary Babe @jwoww Wedding video in my bio cause I’m a corny traditionalist.”

Obviously, Roger’s post tugs at the old heartstrings, but for all we know, Jenni is right to stand her ground.

There have been no allegations of cheating or abuse, but those who know the couple best say they’ve been showing signs of being mismatched for quite some time.

“The split was a long time coming,” one insider tells Us Weekly.

“Everyone was hoping they’d work it out, but it didn’t happen.”

Mathews seemed to confirm as much in one of his videos:

“There’s no cheating or any dumb s—t or any juicy details,” the 43-year-old recently informed fans. 

“She just grew tired of the repetitive pattern that we fell into … and [it was] not a good one,” he added.

Roger went on to say that he understands his wife’s reasons for leaving — but feels that things will be different if they give their marriage a second chance:

“I don’t blame her. I’m not done fighting. I’m gonna win my wife back,” Mathews told the camera.

“I’m gonna win her affection back, I’m gonna win her love back … We’re in counseling so there is hope. it ain’t over till the fat lady sings.”

JWoww, on the other hand, has been hesitant to speak about the split.

In her September filing, the mother of two cited only “irreconcilable differences” as her reason for leaving.

Jenni Farley: I Am NEVER Getting Back With Roger Mathews!

Earlier this week, we reported on the surprising news that Jersey Shore star Jenni Farley had filed for divorce from husband Roger Mathews.

Fans were stunned, as there had been no prior indication that of friction within the couple.

Today, Mathews took to Instagram and offered a glimmer of hope that the marriage wasn’t over, after all.

In a heartfelt video, Mathews vowed to win Farley back, and judging from the response online, thousands are rooting him on.

Sadly, it looks as though those hopes are soon to be dashed.

Radar Online is now reporting that Farley has every intention of going through with the divorce and has assured friends she will never get back together with Roger.

“She was just unhappy, and she wasn’t in love with him anymore,” a source close to the couple tells Radar.

“Roger has been trying everything he can to change her mind, but her mind is made up. She’s done.”

Early reports indicated that Jenni was fed up with how much time Roger spent at work.

Now, however, Radar’s source is claiming that the opposite is true.

The insider claims that Farley felt smothered by Mathew’s expectations that she function in a traditional housewife capacity.

 

“She realized she is still young, and she doesn’t have to give up her career just because she is a mom,” says the tipster.

Apparently, Jenni and Roger began fighting when she signed on for two more seasons of Shore.

And the battles became even more intense when she entered negotiations to film further episodes beyond the show’s current run.

But based on the determination that’s evident in his latest Instagram post, you can bet that Mathews won’t be giving up easy.

“My wife filed for divorce, it’s true. I don’t blame her,” he told the camera.

“There’s no cheating, or any dumb sh-t… She just grew tired of the repetitive pattern that we fell into.”

“I’m not done fighting. I’m gonna win my wife back,” he added.

“I’m gonna win her affection back. I’m gonna win her love back. I have no intention of being a single dad. We’re in counseling so there is hope.”

Roger sounds hopeful, but it sounds as though the odds are against him.

Jenni Farley and Roger Mathews: The Marriage is Over!

For the duration of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, we’ve watched the ugly and contentious relationship unfold between Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley.

But it turns out another romance was fizzling out far away from the view of MTV cameras.

We can now confirm it is all over be Jenni “JWOWW” Farley and Roger Matthews after three years as husband and wife.

The reality star and her soon-to-be ex got married in October of 2015 and are the parents to a pair of kids, They have two children, Meilani Alexandra, 3, and Greyson Valor, 2.

According to multiple sources, Farley is the one who filed the divorce documents, citing “irreconcilable differences” on the papers that were entered into court on Wednesday, September 12, in Ocean County, New Jersey,

Neither Farley nor Mathews have commented on the split just yet.

But this is what the official complaint reads:

“The Plaintiff and the Defendant have irreconcilable differences which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of at least six months which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved and that there is no prospect of reconciliation.”

Farley and Mathews both appeared on numerous seasons of Jersey Shore, although it’s perhaps notable he did not join her for either season of this Family Vacation revival.

He remained at home with the children instead.

Farley and Mathews were last spotted together a mere two days ago being “tourists” in a video posted to the latter’s Instagram account.

Mathews’ current bio, meanwhile, may very well offer up a clue as to what has transpired between the pair…

… or at least who is to blame for their break-up.

“Good father. Horrible husband. Worst lover ever. 10 [feet] tall and bulletproof. Figuring life out,” it reads.

Could he have cheated?

In January of this year, Mathews shared a long message to his wife on Instagram —  but noted that she wouldn’t see it because she was filming the reality show, hinting that the separation caused by this filming may have led to their actual separation.

“Just the next chapter in our story. In case you missed it, it goes something like this,” he wrote.

“2010 two selfish assholes meet each other in a bar, the two begin to date and continue to party hard, it isn’t all cupcakes and unicorns, neither takes any sh-t and both are used to running the show. 3 years in they get engaged, still no sh-t taking and not a unicorn to be seen…

“a year later they have their first child out of wedlock just to piss off traditional people and party with Satan a bit more.

“2015 they get married and announce they are pregnant with a son, probably fought at the wedding.

“2015 to present they remain vigilant and defy the odds of reality tv, flawed personalities, alpha demeanors, hot tempers and an inferior penis and remain married while raising their two children to the best of their abilities while still butting heads over the dumbest sh-t.”

(Did he just write inferior penis?)

Continued Matthews here:

“2018 one has a mid life crisis and flies to Miami with old friends and leaves said husband for a really jacked dude from the club named Billy Bad Ass that can flex his pec muscles to the tune of Jingle Bells. Ok. I made that last part up.

“Blessed to have what we have and grateful for it. Mom makes much of that happen.”

And concluded Matthews:

“Love you Mom. 

“(She won’t even see this for a month cause they aren’t allowed cell phones so if you see her in the club please recite this entire post to her by memory, scream it as loud as you possibly can while dancing like a complete idiot to hold her attention and focus.)

JWOWW and Roger Mathews: Married!!!

She Shore does!

Multiple outlets have confirmed that Jenni “JWOWW” Farley has taken Roger Mathews to be her lawfully-wedded husband. The couple just got married!

Farley – best known for her drunken role on Jersey Shore and then in her spinoff alongside Snooki – exchanged vows with her boyfriend of five years in New Jersey.

Those in attendance included Snooki, Deena Cortese, and Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, all of whom were bridesmaids.

Former costars Vinny Guadagnino, DJ Pauly D and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro were also on hand, while the couple’s young daughter, 15-month-old Meilani, served as the flower girl.

“This has been one of the greatest days in my life!” Farley tells Us Weekly. “I’m so happy to share this with our family and friends.”

JWOWW and Mathews met in 2010 and welcomed their child into the world in July 2014.

Mathew proposed back in 2012, presenting Farley with a 5-carat engagement ring after the two went skydiving.

And now they are in for an even bigger adventure together; the adventure of life.
