The pad was rented in June for more than $ 10k/month by a guy named Michael Straumietis, the CEO of Advanced Nutrients. Michael, who goes by Marijuana Don, almost immediately opened his joint, hosting weekly pot parties for people with medical cards.
The mansion is 9,800 sq. ft. with a six car garage and 200 bottle wine cellar. The property is a thing of mystery to those in LA, with stories of Satanic activity and unearthly beings inhabiting it.

Tech N9ne -- Pulls Trigger on Divorce

The “Caribou Lou” rapper filed to divorce Lecoya LeJeune. They got married way back in 1995, and have one daughter. On paper a 20 year marriage in show business sounds really impressive — but in the divorce docs, Tech N9ne says they separated in 2005.
It’s unclear why it’s taken soooo long to reach the big D.
Tech, who’s now 43, ain’t exactly ready to be a full-time single dad. He’s asking for shared legal custody of 16-year-old Reign, but wants Lecoya to take physical custody of their daughter. Tech does want visitation for himself.
He’ll drink to that.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar had to be cringing when Donald Trump got the crowd howling at Wednesday night’s Republican debate — because he tells TMZ Sports there’s no way they’re ever settling their beef.
Hours before the debate, we got Kareem at LAX, and brought up his blood feud with The Donald. You’ll recall … it started with Kareem’s column calling Trump a “bully” who was bad for the country. Trump fired back that the Lakers legend “doesn’t have a clue” — and was generally hated during his playing days.
Now, 2 weeks later, the hate is as strong as ever. Kareem told us, Trump’s personal jabs at him should be a warning to America.
Fair to say the Captain’s expectations for a Trump White House are beyond low.
