A Hollywood Hills mansion, abandoned for years and reputed to be haunted, now serves as a pot-lover’s paradise after the current resident opened his doors to puffers and passersby.

The pad was rented in June for more than $ 10k/month by a guy named Michael Straumietis, the CEO of Advanced Nutrients. Michael, who goes by Marijuana Don, almost immediately opened his joint, hosting weekly pot parties for people with medical cards.

The parties are crazy … with a seemingly endless supply of plants, edibles, oils and hash. And fear not — Michael has the munchie department covered … with crab legs, breads, meats and cheeses.

The mansion is 9,800 sq. ft. with a six car garage and 200 bottle wine cellar. The property is a thing of mystery to those in LA, with stories of Satanic activity and unearthly beings inhabiting it.
