Teresa Giudice: Mistreating Daughter Gia From Behind Bars?

Teresa Giudice is almost through serving her 15-month prison sentence for bankruptcy fraud. 

Of course, thanks to Bravo’s (hilariously low-rated) Teresa Checks In specials, the incarcerated Housewife has already returned to the network that made her famous…kind of.

We hear Teresa’s voice on the show (through phone calls to her family), but for obvious reasons, she never actually appears on camera.

It’s not the first time that Teresa has figured out innovative ways to remind the world of her continued existence. Back in June, a tweet from Teresa baffled fans, as prisoners are not permitted to use social media.

It turns out the tweet was posted by Teresa’s 14-year-old daughter Gia (at Teresa’s request), and if that were the only time that Gia was asked to assist with her mother’s career during her sentence, it probably would’ve been no big deal.

But as Teresa Checks In demonstrates, Gia has basically served as her mother’s proxy during the past ten months, and many fans feel that such treatment constitutes abuse on Gia’s part. 

“I hate that! Those kids should never be involved in grownup’s business,” tweeted one viewer.

“People usually change when they go to prison, but it’s so obvious Teresa and her husband won’t change one bit,” wrote another. 

Obviously, Teresa isn’t in a position to defend her parenting decisions, but we get the feeling she’ll have plenty to say on the matter when she’s released.

North West Plays in Pumpkin Patch, Remains Precious

Mock her for the Kim Kardashian sex tape.

Criticize her for so often posing naked and for becoming rich and famous despite a lack of talent. But give Kim Kardashian credit for one thing:

North West is really, really cute.

With Halloween just around the corner, and with fans wondering whether North will once again dress like a smelly animal, Kim has shared a new picture of her daughter getting into the holiday spirit.

It features little North and a friend hanging out in a pumpkin patch.

“bff’s at the pumpkin patch,” Kardashian wrote as a straightforward caption to this image.

Kim, of course, can finally breathe a little easier because former brother-in-law Lamar Odom is on the mend.

Kardashian had flown down to Las Vegas with other members of her family as soon as Lamar was hospitalized last Tuesday, presumably due to a stroke suffered as a result of a drug overdose.

She remained by both her sister Khloe’s side and also Odom’s side for a few days, even taking a break from updating her official website as a result of the health scare.

But Lamar started showing signs of life over the weekend, prompting Kim to Tweet that God is good and for her to return here to social media.

We appreciate that she had the good taste to do so with a cute picture of her daughter and not with some close-up of her giant cleavage.

Lamar Odom Seeking Kidney Transplant, Sources Say

Earlier today, we reported that Lamar Odom has been transported to a hospital in Los Angeles where he will continue to the recovery process after nearly dying from an overdose last week. 

Reports on the 35-year-old’s condition have been mostly positive over the past week, with several sources claiming that Odom has begun physical therapy and is able to walk and engage in simple conversations. 

Unfortunately, Odom still has a long way to go.

Hospital insiders say that while the damage to his brain is not as severe as expected, he still runs the risk of multiple organ failure.

Odom is currently undergoing dialysis, but TMZ is now reporting that he may require a life-saving kidney transplant in the very near future.

Odom is currently undergoing six hours of dialysis a day, and will likely never be able to leave the hospital without the donation of a healthy kidney.

To make matters worse, doctors are still uncertain about the extent of Odom’s brain damage, as they feel that he’s in too fragile of a state to undergo the necessary tests.

Needless to say, Odom’s road to recovery will be a long and difficult one. We’ll keep you updated on his condition as more information becomes available.

Kendall Jenner Throws It Back, Flashes Thong

We’re so very glad Lamar Odom is on a path to recovery, mostly because he seems like a very good guy who can hopefully find a way to now overcome his many personal demons.

But also because the Kardashian-Jenner app boycott is over and we can return to making fun of these useless reality stars!

And, right on cue, Kendall Jenner has given us an easy opening with which to do so.

The model shared a new/old picture on Instagram today, throwing it back to an old photo shoot and writing as a caption that she’s just “practicing a little twerk” in this image.

This may be accurate.

But come on, Kendall. You’re just practicing a little thong flash in order boost your Instagram numbers, let’s be honest.

This is still a sensitive time for the family, we know. Odom is not out of the woods just yet, not by a long shot.

Among the many well wishes and prayers send his way during this difficult time, Kendall sent her ex-brother-in-law a very simple, very heartfelt, very heartbreaking message last week.

It read “Please don’t go.”

Thankfully for all involved, it appears as if Odom listened to her.
