Britney Spears Album: Definitely in the Works!

Forgive the very obvious opening here, but it must be written: 

Oops, Britney Spears is about to do it again!

Via an Instagram photo and caption on Tuesday night, the pop star confirmed that she’s working in a new album.

Or is she “hardly” working on it? Wrote Britney underneath the picture featured here:

Working hard and hardly working…new album…wheeeee!

WHEEEE indeed!

Britney did not reveal any further new album details, such as a name; a release date; or why she’s sitting next to Madonna in this featured photo.

But the two superstar artists do have a long, close history of performing and kissing together, as you can see below.

This news comes not long after the Spears announced that she’s extending her VERY well-paying Las Vegas residency for two more years and after her most recent wardrobe malfunction. 

Last week, meanwhile, the mother of two also Tweeted about recording a new song, writing on social media:

JUST finished recording some vox. LOVE this song. It makes ME smile, and I hope it will make you smile too… #B9.

We’re sure it will. Britney is nearly back, bitches.

Kocktails with Khloé Premiere Date: Announced!

Khloe Kardashian is a busy woman these days.

She’s caring for Lamar Odom. She’s releasing a memoir. She’s preparing to star in Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 11.

Oh, and she’s hosting a new television show.

As previously announced, the reality star will anchor Kocktails with Khloé on FYI, a website that is located at fyi.tv that says it “embraces an adventurous, personalized and non-prescriptive approach to peoples’ taste, space, look, story and more.”

Sounds like it’s right up Khloe’s alley to us.

We say this because we assume it will pay her money for hosting.

According to a press release, the series will premiere Wednesday, January 20 at 10 EST.

It will be filmed inside a Los Angeles studio, which will be made to resemble an “intimate home environment.”

There will be a functional kitchen on hand, along with a dining area and living spaces.

Each episode will feature a celebrity guest who joins Khloe in the kitchen and who sits around the table for a lively dinner party with the host, engaging in conversation while cooking, playing party games and, of course, enjoying some cocktails Kocktails.

Previously, Khloe completely bombed as co-host of The X Factor, while mother Kris Jenner bombed as host of her own talk show.

But third time is the charm? Maybe? Possibly? We highly doubt it.

But this feels like an inappropriate time to make fun of Khloe Kardashian too much.

Oprah Winfrey: Lies About SECRET SON, Refuses to Meet Him

In January 2011, Oprah Winfrey revealed a family secret.  The talk show host disclosed that she has a secret half-sister.

But more family secrets are rising to the surface.  And this time, The Big O isn’t so innocent.

According to Radar Online, Oprah Winfrey has been caught telling varying stories about her “secret son.”

Winfrey confessed to Entertainment Tonight that she first became a mother-like figure to Calvin Mitchell in the 90s when he was 11.

Mitchell approached Winfrey on a Chicago movie set.  After their encounter, Oprah tried to adopt him.  She even tried to send him to a private school away from his biological family.

However, Mitchell became homesick and left the school. When he dropped out of the expensive school, Oprah decided to abandon the child because he couldn’t live up to her expectations.

In the October 29 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Oprah said she opted out of meeting with the now 35-year-old Mitchell because Radar arranged an earlier meeting between Oprah and her son. But the mega-celeb brushed him off.

The 61-year-old star also failed to tell Entertainment Tonight that she has repeatedly given Mitchell the cold shoulder.

In 2009, the Illinois truck driver attempted to approach Oprah at a free concert along Chicago’s Michigan Ave.  Oprah was the sponsor of the event.

After he managed to slip past security, Oprah told him to give his phone number to one of the bodyguards. Mitchell gave his number, but Oprah never called him.

Mitchell has also left countless messages for her at Harpo Studios, but she refuses to return his calls.

The repeated and failed attempts to make contact with Oprah prompted Mitchell to ask Radar Online for help.  He wants to know why Oprah abandoned him when he was 17-years-old.

“The only reason I went to the media was because it was the only way I could get her attention,” he told Radar. “I wanted to ask Oprah, ‘Why did you leave me? Why did you leave me?’”

It appears that no one in the Winfrey family will acknowledge Mitchell.  Even Oprah’s father, Vernon Winfrey, refuses to meet his secret grandson.

“I’m all right if I don’t meet him,” the elder Winfrey told Radar. “It doesn’t matter!”
