Jim Bellino to Tamra Judge: Turn Over Those Secret Text Messages or You"re GONNA PAY!
The newly divorced Jim Bellino is suing Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador to the tune of $ 1 million.
He clames that they deiiberately and maliciously spread lies about him in a diabolical plot to ruin his reputation and his business.
Now, he’s insisting that Tamra surrender her text messages to the court, which he says will expose this alleged scheme.
According to new court documents that The Blast obtained this week, Jim Bellino believes that he can prove malicious forethought.
How? Because Tamra and Shannon’s interview that launched this whole thing featured a visual aid.
“The premeditated nature of the Defendants vicious personal attack is reflected in the visual backdrop of the videotaped interview,” his attorneys argue.
The backdrop is one “which consists of a photo of Mr. Bellino and his ex-wife Alexis Bellino edited into two pieces, with a rip between them.”
The suggestion here is that Tamra and Shannon had planned in advance to roast him, and that the edited photo is proof of that.
More to the point, Jim’s team argues that Tamra’s body language betrays her allegedly sinister intent.
Tamra, his attorneys note, “grins and pumps her shoulders” when the Bellino divorce comes up.
They write in court documents that she is “unable to contain her excitement and eagerness to tear into Mr. Bellino and his reputation.”
That sounds like a bit of a stretch.
Being excited to discuss a topic isn’t the same thing as being eager to defame someone.
It’s hard for attorneys to claim to know exactly what someone was thinking.
Speculation about Tamra’s intentions will be moot, however, if her text messaging history contains what Jim thinks that it contains.
In court documents, Jim’s team demands that Tamra surrender her text messaging history.
It is their belief that this will yield “substantial direct or circumstantial evidence” of malicious forethought.
So, in other words, he believes that Tamra and Shannon plotted to ruin his good name, and that they texted about it beforehand.
That is quite a claim. And text messages are very personal.
This whole thing got started this summer when Tamra and Shannon sat down to talk about the Bellino divorce.
Alexis Bellino was, of course, their co-star. For a time, she was even friends with Tamra.
Shannon and Tamra discussed — we’ll be a little careful when we talk about this, but one might say that they gossiped — about Jim’s business.
At one point, they discussed the allegation that someone had been seriously injured at one of his trampoline parks.
It is normal to discuss things that you have heard. But when you’re a public figure, your words carry more weight.
Did Tamra and Shannon really conspire to drag Jim’s name through the mud and destroy his business? That … could be hard to prove.
Even if it’s true, it’s not clear if he’ll be awarded the $ 1 million that he is seeking.
Tamra’s attorneys have already hit back at some of Jim’s claims, saying that her characterization that Jim Bellino is “shady’ is demonstrably true.
Her team mentions that Jim agreed to a deal with the FBI over counterfeit sports memorabilia.sales.
They also note that he’s been sued for fraud, deceit, wrongful foreclosure, and breach of written contract over his company’s activities.
In other words, she stands by her assertion that he is a “shady motherf–ker” and says that it’s not slander because it’s true.
The lawsuit has another hearing schedules in December.
If Tamra really does have to turn over her text messages, well, that will be unpleasant. Text messages are very private.
If these were medical records, they mgiht be turned over to a Special Master for review so that only the relevant materials, if any, would be entered into evidence.
We’re no legal experts, but text messages probably won’t get the same sacrosanct treatment.
So even if there’s no merit to Jim’s claims, Tamra might not want to air her personal business, especially when celebrity court documents have a habit of leaking.
This whole lawsuit is a messy affair.

Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Fixed Their Relationship In a "Secret Meeting" [Report]
Back in September of 2016, Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt following an incident aboard an aircraft that remains shrouded in mystery.
The former couple has experienced their share of ups and downs in the years since, but those who know Pitt and Jolie best say there have been more downs than ups.
While they’ve mostly refrained from talking about their situation publicly, it’s common knowledge that Brad and Angelina’s divorce has been a messy one, with both parties taking action make life more difficult for the other.
For most of the past two years, Pitt and Jolie were not even on speaking terms, communicating instead through attorneys and professional mediators.
So the news that Brad and Angelina arranged a secret meeting in order to settle their differences has come as quite a shock to fans:
“Brad and Angelina actually set up a secret meeting at her house,” a source tells E! News.
“It’s the first time they have truly gotten together to make things work since their group therapy with the children. Brad and Angie’s meeting was a success.
“They are going to stay with the plan set forth through the courts.”
The insider adds that it was Jolie who made the decision to attempt a detente with Brad:
“Angelina decided it was time to try to make things work and Brad was relieved and very ready for the offer,” the source continues.
“Brad has been dedicated to making peace throughout the process and now it finally seems like they are at a point where they can create a calmer situation for the kids.”
The timing of the truce is rather odd, as just last month, Jolie filed court documents accusing Brad of failure to pay “meaningful child support.”
The source claims that since that filing, Angelina reached the realization that in deciding to go nuclear against Brad, she was causing collateral damage to her children.
“Angelina created a very difficult situation for Brad and the children and she has finally realized her behavior backfired,” the insider claims.
“Angelina loves her kids very much and it seems like she felt threatened she might lose time with them and, in turn, she went on the attack. Unfortunately, everyone in the family has suffered,” the tipster continues.
“She started to see a change in the kids’ behavior because they missed their dad,” the source adds.
“The kids’ reaction to the divorce actually helped Angie try a different tact.”
While it’s unfortunate that it took Pitt and Jolie years to reach a mutually amicable co-parenting relationship, we applaud them for their efforts.
And much more importantly, we’re sure their kids will thank them.

Sofia Richie & Scott Disick: Here"s the Secret of Our Perfect Relationship
Back in June, Sofia Richie and Scott Disick broke up after roughly a year of dating.
The news didn’t really shock anyone, as no one expected this couple to last.
But to the surprise of many, Scott and Sofia got back together after just a few weeks apart.
Even more unexpected is the fact that two months later, Disick and Richie are still going strong.
It’s not just the 15-year age difference that made these two seem like such a longshot.
At the time they got together, Disick was in the throes of a bender that threatened to claim his life.
Many feared that he was turning to Sofia to be his savior.
That would be a lot of pressure for any new relationship, and considering Richie was still in her teens at the time, it was widely assumed that she would quickly decide she wasn’t up to the task.

These days, as much as Sofia’s family might prefer otherwise, she and Scott are still going strong.

It seems she credits the (relative) longevity of her relationship with Scott to the fact that the 35-year-old father of three is her best friend first, and her boyfriend second:
“We are very happy, very lovey-dovey,” Sofia told Australia’s Sydney Morning Herald this week.
“We are best friends and that is mainly the strongest connection we have,” she added.
“We have always had that best friend connection and from there it has really worked out. I am so happy.”
So there you have it.
Obviously, Scott and Sofia have endured their share of rough patches, but it seems she’s endlessly optimistic about their future together.
Which is good because these two might have more tough times on the way.
As you may already know Kourtney Kardashian is newly single these days, having recently broken up with Younes Bendjima.
Sources close to the situation say Sofia has warned Kourtney to stay away from Scott, but anyone who knows Disick knows that he’s hopelessly drawn to his ex.
Perhaps interviews like this one are Sofia’s way of firing a warning shot over Kourtney’s head.
Ariana Grande: Did Her Own Reps Try to Keep Mac Miller"s Death a Secret?
As you’ve likely heard by now, rapper Mac Miller passed away on Friday after suffering what appeared to be an accidental drug overdose in his San Fernando Valley home.
Though he was an accomplished artist in his own right, Miller was likely best known in the mainstream for his two and a half year relationship with pop icon Ariana Grande.
Though Grande and Miller were reportedly not on speaking terms at the time of his death, sources close to the singer have revealed that Ariana was “shattered” by her ex’s untimely passing at the age of 26.
It wasn’t long after the rapper’s death that Grande paid tribute to Miller on Instagram.
But it seems she didn’t find out about her ex’s passing at the same time as the rest of the world.
Within minutes of TMZ reporting the news of Miller’s death, the story was picked up by media outlets over the world.
However, Grande was intentionally kept in the dark by her own staff.
How is such a thing possible in the smartphone era?
Well, it seems Ariana was busy promoting her acclaimed new album, Sweetener, and some of the people she trusts most made the conscious decision to keep Miller’s death under wraps so that she could focus on the task at hand.
At the time of Mac’s passing, Ariana was filming an interview for a BBC documentary about the making of Sweetener.
According to Radar Online, staff made the call to wait until filming was done for the day to tell her about Miller.
A source tells the site that they quickly regretted that decision as Grande “was understandably raging when she found out the news had been kept from her and gave everyone a dressing down when she’d finished crying.”
The insider goes on to describe a nightmarish scene right out of Black Mirror.
It seems that news quickly spread throughout the audience and the rest of the closed set, but Ari remained in the dark for hours:
“There was only a select number of fans allowed in for the filming of the BBC special, and a handful of TV bosses and publicists,” says the insider.
“Even though fans were told to turn off their phones for filming, many kept them on during the interview and knew about the news but none of them could interrupt to tell Ariana,” the sourcr adds.
“The people involved in the show also knew, but chose to let the cameras keep rolling as they didn’t want to disrupt a very expensive set-up since they knew Ariana would probably not want to carry on if she’d been told.”
Sadly, shortly after news of Miller’s death went public, Ariana was forced to disable comments on her Instagram page due to hateful trolls implicating her in ex-boyfriend’s passing.

Donald Trump: Actual Proof of Secret Love Child Revealed?!
There was a time when if you read a headline asserting that the President of the Unitd States of America was hiding an illegitimate child from the world, it was safe to assume it was utter BS.
But this is the Trump era — a time when the line between celebrity gossip and legitimate news has become blurred to the point of disappearing entirely.
There are many reasons for this phenomenon.
It’s partially due to Trump’s tendency to dismiss every outlet that criticizes him (read: every legitimate news source on the planet) as fake news.
And it doesn’t help matters that Trump spent most of his life pursuing perverse adolescent fantasies — as though Richie Rich grew up and started doing a lot of blow with Charlie Sheen — which means there’s a lot of very real dirt on the guy.
But the biggest reason for the ascendancy of tabloids as fonts of legitimate information is the fact that Trump has been in bed with such sordid scandal sheets as the National Enquirer for so long that the editors have become members of his inner circle.
As you’ve likely heard by now CEO of American Media Incorporated — which owns the Enquirer and several other less-reputable media outlets — has been granted immunity by federal prosecutors in exchange for providing information about Trump.
It’s long been believed that Pecker was instrumental in helping to bury numerous stories that might be detrimental to Trump’s reputation, including allegations of an affair with Playboy model Karen McDougal.
Now, another insider whose account of illicit behavior by Trump was buried by Pecker is making his voice heard.
Dino Sajudin a former doorman at NYC’s World Tower claims he has knowledge of an affair between Trump and an ex-housekeeper at the tower.
Sajudin says the affair resulted in a child, and AMI wrangled him into a contract that forced him to keep the information to himself.
Now, Sajudin’s attorney, Marc Held, says he has been released from his contract with AMI and is ready to tell his story.
“Mr. Sajudin has been unable to discuss the circumstances regarding his deal with American Media Inc. and the story that he sold to them, due to a significant financial penalty,” Marc revealed to CNN.
“Just recently, AMI released Mr. Sajudin from the terms of his agreement and he is now able to speak about his personal experience with them, as well as his story, which is now known to be one of the ‘catch and kill’ pieces.
“Mr. Sajudin hopes the truth will come out in the very near future.”
As for why he waited until now to speak out, Held says Sajudin could have been sued for the amount of $ 1 million for violating his contract.
“He’s a blue-collar worker and a million dollars would have ruined him for life,” Held claims.
Sajudin’s is reportedly one of AMI’s “catch and kill” stories, obtained by the company for the sole purpose of preventing other outlets from making them public.
“Source shall provide AMI with information regarding Donald Trump’s illegitimate child,” reads one portion of the contract obtained by CNN.
According to the agreement, AMI doesn’t owe Dino any compensation, as his revelations were never printed in any of their publications.
Thus far, Trump has yet to speak out on the doorman’s allegations.
But if we know our president, a tweet or twenty are on their way.

Donald Trump Tapes: Listen to Trump Discuss Secret Payouts to Karen McDougal!
As we reported days ago, Donald Trump was caught on tape discussing payouts related to former Playboy model Karen McDougal, with whom he allegedly had an affair.
Now, CNN has obtained one of the dozen tapes that were seized by prosecutors from the office of former Trump attorney Michael Cohen.
It might not be a "smoking gun" for collusion, but … many believe that it may be evidence that campaign finance laws were violated.
In September of 2016, just months before that fateful election night, Trump met with Michael Cohen, who recorded their conversation.
"The recording offers the public a glimpse at the confidential discussions between Trump and Cohen," CNN says.
CNN continues, saying that based upon their analysis, "it confirms the man who now occupies the Oval Office had contemporaneous knowledge of a proposal to buy the rights to the story of Karen McDougal."
CNN goes on to describe how McDougal is "a woman who has alleged she had an extramarital affair with Trump about a decade ago."
The reason for which this is a big deal is that Trump paying to silence someone, directly or indirectly, may be an election law violation.
Trump can be heard saying: "I need to open up a company for the transfer of all of that info regarding our friend David."
David Pecker is the head of American Media, which controls the National Enquirer, the entity that purchased and then buried Karen McDougal"s story.
Now, not all of the discussion is relevant to payouts to Karen McDougal. But when financing comes up again later, Trump refers to it.
Cohen can be heard saying: "When it comes time for the financing, which will be …"
"What financing?" Trump asks, interrupting Cohen.
"We"ll have to pay," Cohen is heard explaining.
Here is where the low quality of the recording makes things tricky.
It sounds like Trump is saying "pay with cash," but some have argued that he is saying "don"t pay with cash."
Cohen argues, saying "no, no," but it is difficult to tell exactly what is said next.
Based upon everyone"s analysis, it sounds like Trump is either saying "Pay with cash" or "Don"t pay with cash."
It looks like there is going to be some debate over what exactly he said.
It was Cohen"s attorney Lanny Davis who provided the recording to CNN.
Cohen was Trump"s attorney for a long time and previously stated that he would take a bullet for Trump.
However, in recent weeks, he has stated that he would like to put his country first and cooperate with prosecutors.
This has left Trump deeply unsettled, resulting in some of his infamous Twitter ravings.
"Inconceivable that the government would break into a lawyer’s office (early in the morning)," Trump wrote on Twitter on July 21.
"Almost unheard of," Trump claims. "Even more inconceivable that a lawyer would tape a client – totally unheard of & perhaps illegal."
"The good news," Trump continues. "Is that your favorite President did nothing wrong!"
Let"s say that further analysis of this tape proves, conclusively, that Donald Trump broke our election laws by making payouts to keep McDougal silent.
What now?
Obviously, Melania is once again embarrassed, but after her "I don"t really care, do u?" stunt, few in the public really care about her feelings any more than her husband does.
Ultimately, it is the job of Congress to impeach and then convict a sitting President. It is believed that no one else can do that.
Unfortunately, many within the GOP — though personally unhappy with Trump — are unwilling to take the necessary steps towards impeachment for two reasons.
One, because they are happy to have him appoint idealogues to the Supreme Court and other positions. In other words, their interests align with his.
Two, because they fear that moving against him will cost them reelection.
After everything that he"s already done, from praising Nazis as "good people" to the Helsinki summit, it is difficult to imagine what, if anything, would prompt Republicans in the legislature to take action.
But … all of this evidence could all be valuable ammunition if the fabled "Blue Wave" for which so many Americans hope actually happens this November.

Donald Trump: CAUGHT on Tape Discussing Secret Payouts to Playboy Model
If you need to do a whole bunch of shady, sleazebag stuff, you need a shady, sleazebag attorney to handle it. The only problem is that, well, your lawyer is a shady sleazebag.
On Friday, the world learned that Michael Cohen had apparently recorded Donald Trump discussing payouts to cover up his alleged affair with a former Playboy model.
Those recordings may be evidence that Trump violated campaign finance laws in the 2016 election.
Being a woman who goes public with her story of having had sex with Donald Trump can get you stalked, harassed, and threatened.
Recently, it even got Stormy Daniels arrested in a transparent sting operation that many believed was designed as part of a harassment campaign against her.
In this case, we’re talking about former Playboy model Karen McDougal.
It has now come to light that, just months before the 2016 election, Trump spoke to his attorney, Michael D Cohen, about payments made to McDougal to ensure her silence.
According to The New York Times, Cohen recorded his conversation with Trump … and the F.B.I. now has those tapes.
According to lawyers and others familiar with the tapes, the F.B.I. acquired these recordings earlier in the year.
Remember their big raid on Michael Cohen’s office? That’s when they got their hands on them.
The Justice Department is invesigating Cohen over payments to women in order to bury embarrassing stories about Trump during his Presidential campaign.
If so, it is believed that this was a violation of campaign finance law.
The Trump campaign has insisted that it had no knowledge of any such payments. Considering the amounts of money exchanged, some find this hard to believe.
Karen McDougal says that her affair with Donald Trump spanned for nearly a year, beginning in 2006.
It apparently began a short time after Trump’s current (and then, new) wife, Melania Trump, gave birth to his youngest child, Barron.
During the final months of the 2016 Presidential campaign, McDougal sold her story for $ 150,000.
Unfortunately, she sold it to The National Enquirer, a tabloid whose owner is friendly towards Trump.
After purchasing her story, the tabloid declined to publish it. This is known as the “catch and kill” method for handling scandals.
Rudy Giuliani took a break from claiming that porn stars are worthless as human beings to confirm to The New York Times that the recordings do include Trump and Cohen discussing these payments.
He says that the recordings are about two minutes long.
Giuliani claims that Trump did not know that he was being recorded … which is what most people had figured, anyway.
However, Giuliani also claims that Trump did nothing wrong. He says that Trump was discussing a totally separate deal to buy McDougal’s story.
Giuliani says that Trump considered buying McDougal’s story from the Enquirer, which would have effectively reimbursed the tabloid for buying McDougal’s unwitting silence, but that the payment was never made.
Cohen is being intensely scrutinized under suspicion of a lot of things for his work on behalf of Donald Trump.
Though he was a firm loyalist for Trump (and Sean Hannity, his other client), Cohen has recently been changing his tune, and said that he will put his family and country first.
Some are skeptical, however, and think that if Cohen is really willing to put his country first, he should tell the Justice Department everything that he knows about Trump’s illegal dealings immediately.
Others are unsure of his credibility, but are inclined to listen to evidence such an an audio recording.
Some suggest that this revelation about Trump discussing payouts to McDougal might lead to his downfall. It might seem unimportant compared to Trump kissing Putin’s ass in what many consider to be an act of treason.
But breaking election laws is still serious. It matters.
