Ariana Grande: Did Her Own Reps Try to Keep Mac Miller"s Death a Secret?
As you’ve likely heard by now, rapper Mac Miller passed away on Friday after suffering what appeared to be an accidental drug overdose in his San Fernando Valley home.
Though he was an accomplished artist in his own right, Miller was likely best known in the mainstream for his two and a half year relationship with pop icon Ariana Grande.
Though Grande and Miller were reportedly not on speaking terms at the time of his death, sources close to the singer have revealed that Ariana was “shattered” by her ex’s untimely passing at the age of 26.
It wasn’t long after the rapper’s death that Grande paid tribute to Miller on Instagram.
But it seems she didn’t find out about her ex’s passing at the same time as the rest of the world.
Within minutes of TMZ reporting the news of Miller’s death, the story was picked up by media outlets over the world.
However, Grande was intentionally kept in the dark by her own staff.
How is such a thing possible in the smartphone era?
Well, it seems Ariana was busy promoting her acclaimed new album, Sweetener, and some of the people she trusts most made the conscious decision to keep Miller’s death under wraps so that she could focus on the task at hand.
At the time of Mac’s passing, Ariana was filming an interview for a BBC documentary about the making of Sweetener.
According to Radar Online, staff made the call to wait until filming was done for the day to tell her about Miller.
A source tells the site that they quickly regretted that decision as Grande “was understandably raging when she found out the news had been kept from her and gave everyone a dressing down when she’d finished crying.”
The insider goes on to describe a nightmarish scene right out of Black Mirror.
It seems that news quickly spread throughout the audience and the rest of the closed set, but Ari remained in the dark for hours:
“There was only a select number of fans allowed in for the filming of the BBC special, and a handful of TV bosses and publicists,” says the insider.
“Even though fans were told to turn off their phones for filming, many kept them on during the interview and knew about the news but none of them could interrupt to tell Ariana,” the sourcr adds.
“The people involved in the show also knew, but chose to let the cameras keep rolling as they didn’t want to disrupt a very expensive set-up since they knew Ariana would probably not want to carry on if she’d been told.”
Sadly, shortly after news of Miller’s death went public, Ariana was forced to disable comments on her Instagram page due to hateful trolls implicating her in ex-boyfriend’s passing.

Khloe Kardashian: Here"s My Trick to Keep Tristan Thompson from Cheating on Me!
Poor, poor Khloe Kardashian …
And yeah, that’s pretty much all anyone’s been saying about her for the past few months, after Tristan Thompson so very publicly cheated on her, but still.
She’s been kind of pitiful lately.
Back in April, just days before she gave birth the daughter she shares with Tristan, everyone on the whole entire planet found out that he’d been stepping out on her.
He was seen getting extremely friendly with two women at a hookah bar when Khloe would have been about three months pregnant.
Then, less than a week before their baby was born, he was filmed making out with another woman at a bar in New York, and there was even surveillance footage of him checking into a hotel with her.
In the months since then, there’s been dozens upon dozens reports of how Khloe is handling the situation.
But now, four months later, things are becoming pretty clear.
Khloe is staying with Tristan, for whatever reason, and she doesn’t seem to be unhappy.
Is she trying to keep her little family together?
Has she convinced herself that he’s too stupid to understand how much he hurt her?
Is she just that into his penis?
Anything is possible, but according to a new report from Hollywood Life, part of her plan to stay happy with Tristan involves following a few simple rules.
As a source close to the family explains, “One of her big new rules for their relationship is that is has to be totally fun and pressure free.”
“Her thinking is that if she can keep things light and sexy the way they were at the beginning of their relationship then Tristan won’t be tempted to cheat.”
Wow, that sounds great, doesn’t it?
Everybody knows the key to having a “totally fun and pressure free” relationship is to make rules about it!
That way, things really are fun and not just a sad attempt to hold a failing relationship together, you know?
Another part of Khloe’s plan, the insider says, is that “She’s banned her friends and family from asking them when they’re getting married.”
Also, “she’s making a big effort to treat him like a boyfriend, instead of her future husband.”
Yeah, they just had a kid together, so it’s definitely time to let things cool down.
It’s just so sad to hear things like this, things that make it sound like Khloe thinks it’s her fault that Tristan cheated.
Because that’s what all of this really comes down to, right?
She’s taking on the responsibility of making things light and fun and easy while he’s the one who messed up, and it’s hard to watch.
Hopefully she’s able to either fully forgive Tristan and move past everything that happened or just leave him for good, because this sort of thing?
It just can’t work.

“God” is a versatile term here. It can mean the monotheistic deity of the Abrahamic religions, or the stack of Playboys you keep in the shed.

Hillary Clinton to Donald Trump: Keep Kissing Putin"s Ass, Traitor!
If you were anywhere near social media yesterday, you may have noticed that the entire internet briefly set aside cat videos and celebrity butts in order to briefly focus on something slightly more important — namely, a US president just casually committing treason on live TV.
Yes, in case you somehow haven’t heard, the passionate bromance of Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin continued yesterday, and it was different from all those other times an American president sang the praises of a hostile foreign dictator who was standing right next to him, in that it actually happened in real life and wasn’t part of some terrifying Orwellian nightmare.
Obviously, the hot takes were everywhere on social media yesterday, with just about everyone roasting poor Donnie to a crisp for essentially getting dominated by a powerful Russian on TV in what can only be described as a reverse-Rocky IV.
Even prominent members of the GOP spoke out against Trump’s embarrassing display of supplication.
Of course, if you’re wondering if any of them will do anything about it by, say, running against Trump in the 2020 primaries, the answer remains “hell no,” because ultimately, ceding control of our country to a corrupt superpower is a small price to pay in exchange for corporate tax cuts.
No, the task of usurping Donnie Despot will once again fall to the Dems, who will again be forced to rely upon a much smaller arsenal of weapons than their opponents.
While the Trump campaign will continue to enjoy the support of state TV and an army of Russian bots, whoever runs against the president will be forced to rely on old-fashioned tools such as “words” and “the truth.”
Obviously, those instruments didn’t prove very reliable for Hillary Clinton in 2016, but that hasn’t stopped the rightful president from continuing to take shots at the Ruskie-installed puppet that currently occupies the White House:
“Great World Cup. Question for President Trump as he meets Putin: Do you know which team you play for?” Clinton tweeted when the soccer tournament wrapped up on Sunday.
She followed that up yesterday with a succinct yet potent burn:
“Well, now we know,” Clinton tweeted.
And if you think Clinton is exaggerating, you should really go back and watch that press conference again.
Trump basically had cartoon hearts orbiting that fleshy tube he calls a head the entire time.
Of course, what’s really troublesome about the Helsinki summit is not what was said on camera, but what may have transpired behind closed doors.
But if you’re finding that thought too horrible to contemplate today, you may want to focus instead on the moment when Trump threw a soccer ball at his wife.
You know it was a weird-ass press conference when that instant of hilariously unathletic awkwardness doesn’t even crack the top five on the list of weirdest sh-t that happened.
Now if you’ll excuse us, we’re gonna try and find out if we’ll need to buy new computers once the takeover is complete, or if there’s some sort of keyboard command for all those backward Ks and Rs in the Russian alphabet.
