Steven Avery: I Know Who Killed Teresa Halbach!

Even if you didn’t binge-watch the series over the holidays like the rest of your co-workers, you’re probably well aware of the controversy surrounding the Netflix docu-drama Making a Murderer.

If not, allow us to summarize:

Steven Avery

After serving 18 years behind bars for a sexual assault that he didn’t commit, Steven Avery was released only to be imprisoned again two years later for allegedly murdering a 25-year-old photographer named Teresa Halbach.

As with his first trial, Avery’s second case was marred by controversy and allegations of police corruption, and the series makes a compelling argument that the 53-year-old has once again been wrongly convicted.

(Before you tear us apart in the comments, note that we said “the series makes a compelling argument,” not, “OMG YOU GUYS STEVEN AVERY IS TOTES INNOCENT!!!”)

Anyway, TMZ has obtained court documents filed several years after Avery’s 2005 murder conviction in which he reveals for the first time his theory on who killed Halbach.

In 2009, Avery told the court that he believes there’s a good chance that his brothers – Charles Avery and Earl Avery – may have committed the murder, and he makes a strong case for why they should at least be investigated.

For starters, both men have had troubling brushes with the law in recent years – Earl was arrested for sexually assaulting his daughters and eventually acquitted; Charles was accused of choking and raping his wife, but was also cleared.

The documents also note that Charles has a long and well-documented history of harassing women at the exact location on the Avery family’s property where Halbach was last seen.

Interestingly, Steven claims that his cash-strapped brothers would have ample motive to frame him, as they had recently expressed jealousy over the multi-million dollar settlement he was soon to receive for being wrongfully convicted of sexual assault two decades prior.

It’s unlikely that Steven’s accusations will lead authorities to take legal action against his brothers, but they do serve to further muddy the waters in what is already an impossibly murky case.

Justin Bieber: Kourtney Kardashian Used Me!

Justin Bieber has come out and pretty much admitted he hooked up with Kourtney Kardashian.

Talk of a Justin Bieber-Kourtney Kardashian romance has been ongoing for weeks now, with multiple reliable sources confirming the stars threw themselves more than one birthday suit-laden party.

But neither Bieber nor Kardashian has commented on the chatter.

Until now.

Asked about banging the reality star during a radio appearance on The Bert Show (which taped on December 17, but first aired on Wednesday morning), Justin laughed and replied:

“I’m being used, man, what can I say?”

It’s pretty clear that Bieber is referring to Kourtney’s split from Scott Disick and her desire to get back at him by sleeping with the beloved young singer.

“Anything there?” the radio host asked Bieber, pushing the topic.

“Nah, we’ll leave it at that,” Bieber said, later adding in the interview of Kardashian: “No for real, she’s great.”

Bieber and Kardashian allegedly made up for some hot sex toward the end of 2015.

But Justin has already been linked since then with Hailey Baldwin, with whom he has shared at minimum one steamy kiss.

Insiders say Kourtney is pissed about this latest sexual daliance.

What about Selena Gomez, Bieber’s ex-girlfriend and another celebrity with whom he’s recently been romantically linked?

“I just want her to be happy. I love her, and we’re friends still,” he saidon air.

“We needed time to grow for ourselves. We were like, ‘Maybe we’ll come back together in the future.’ And then it ended up being so long, and we just grew apart and we’re just not the same people anymore.”

That’s sort of sad.

But guess it’s life, huh? There’s a lesson to be learned here, people.

Amber Portwood: Farrah Abraham is NOT a Hoebag!

Last month, footage of the other Teen Mom stars mocking Farrah Abraham during a night out emerged online. Mind you, this wasn’t the kind of behind-the-back trash-talk we all engage in when one of our friends is absent.

No, this was some next level stuff, and Catelynn Lowell even went so far as to call Farrah a “hoebag.” Now, another co-star has come forward to defend everyone’s least-favorite sex tape star and clarify that Farrah is not, in fact, a bag of hoes.

“Me and Farrah Abraham, we have a respect for each other. We understand each other.” Amber Portwood told Cosmo in a recent interview.

“We know how we are, how we can be. You can’t act like you don’t know how Farrah is and you can’t act like you don’t know how I am.

“That’s our relationship. She won’t talk shit about me. I don’t talk shit about her. Sometimes we’ve connected outside of Teen Mom…People don’t know this, but she’s not this horrible person.”

Asked about the infamous hoebag toast, Amber claims that Catelynn’s views do not reflect those of the other Teen Moms:

“If you guys watch it, Catelynn says that after we toasted,” Amber says. “I swear we were all just like, “Where the hell did that come from?” Catelynn is Catelynn. There’s so much shit between her and Farrah.

“You guys have to understand that’s just the way she feels. And Farrah talks so much shit about her. Let her say what she wants. She’s a grown-ass woman.”

Ugh. We’d say people who are always repeating phrases like “you have to understand” are the worst, but in reality, Farrah is the worst.

Yes, Amber Portwood violently attacked Gary Shirley and served several years in prison on drug charges, and Farrah is still worse.

You just have to understand that.

Tyga to Kylie Jenner: I Was Only Interested in Molly O"Malia For Her Music!

Earlier this week, Tyga was accused of stalking and harassing a 14-year-old girl named Molly O’Malia via social media and text messages.

The rapper has maintained that he was only interested in O’Malia’s music career, but not surprisingly, his girlfriend Kylie Jenner has her doubts.

Now, sources say Tyga is desperately trying to convince Kylie that his interest in Molly is purely professional, but she’s having a hard time believing the man with the well-documented interest in teenage girls.

“Tyga’s got nothing to hide and he’s been up front with Kylie about this situation from the jump,” an (obviously pro-Tyga) insider tells Hollywood Life.

“Tyga only reached out to this girl because she had a huge online presence and thought if that many people like her vocals than there’s got to be something there that he can work with a help further develop.”

We guess Tyga is asking Kylie to overlook the fact that Molly specifically stated that he never mentioned anything about her music or her career in their private message exchanges.

Anyway, Tyga apparently claims he was just doing what Kylie always wanted him to do by getting out there and earning.

“He was in the mindset that [Molly] could be the next best thing. Tyga was thinking dollars – that’s it!” the source continues. “He doesn’t think Kylie should have a problem with this at all.”

Yes, the man is actually trying to blame Kylie for pressuring him to make deals like some teenage girl version of Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross. Coffee is for closers!

“After all, Kylie’s always been riding Tyga, telling him to make more money and encouraging him to be a huge player in the rap biz,” says the insider.

“So, he saw an opportunity and went for it. He was being proactive and trying to find talent like Akon did with Lady Gaga. It was all business on his end and that’s exactly what he told Kylie of this situation.”

It’s true that Akon was instrumental in helping Gaga to score a record deal, but it’s worth noting that Gaga wasn’t 14 freakin’ years old!

What we’re trying to say is: Tyga was and ever shall remain shady AF.
