High School Senior Models Prom Dress After Beyonce: See Her Flawless Look!

India Ross does not care about the identity of Becky with the Good Hair.

When it comes to Beyonce, this high school senior cares about one thing and one thing only: her awesome taste in fashion.

Ross, a student at St. Louis’ Hazelwood West High School, has gone viral because she didn’t just wear your basic black dress to her recent prom.

Oh, no.

Instead, she modeled her gown after the dress Beyonce stunned in on the red carpet of the MET Gala in New York City last year.

As you can see above, Ross has impressively copied the sheer Givenchy Haute Couture ensemble, replete with a back cutout and a number of colorful hand-sewn crystals.

“I have my own sense of style, but Beyoncé is my inspiration,” Ross tells Us Weekly.

Ross will double-major in Fashion Business and Fashion Merchandising at Columbia College Chicago in the fall and says her prom dress required over 2,000 hand-placed crystals.

That’s dedication!

It also cost $ 800, which may sound like a lot… but consider how much Beyonce likely shelled out for a very similar looking dress.

And because people on the Internet suck, Ross has received criticism for her copying of Beyonce.

In a caption to the collage featured here, she wrote the following in response to these haters:

The Fact that people think I let ignorance ruin me Let’s make this clear I do not think I’m Beyoncé but she’s my inspiration.

I think somebody is confused on a inspiration just because she has on a #Givenchy dress don’t mean I suppose to have a million dollar dress on I still look so god damn fine in my Walmart, eBay, Michaels, cheap looking #givenchy dress #islay.

I sure hell did a good job give credit when due #crownus #blackmagic.

And your never gone find a pony NAILED as mines #prom2k16 please save all your negative comments off my page.

You tell ’em, India!

Beyonce is yet to acknowledge her biggest fan, but Ross still has a message for her idol:

“I love you Beyonce! I wish I could meet you. And by the way, can I have the real Givenchy dress? I’m sure I could slay that one, too!”

Demi Lovato on Taylor Swift: I Just Don"t Like Her!

In a parallel universe, Demi Lovato would be the ideal member of Taylor Swift’s squad.

Unfortunately, in this one, the ladies are embroiled in a feud that shows no signs of letting up.

It all started when Taylor made a massive donation to Kesha to assist the singer with her legal battle against Sony and famed producer Dr. Luke

At the time, Demi blasted Taylor as a “fake feminist” who would prefer to soak up praise by very publicly donating a large sum to a fellow celeb than to take a real stand on the larger issue of sexual abuse in America.

“Take something to Capitol Hill or actually speak out about something and then I’ll be impressed,” Lovato tweeted, back in February.

“Not everyone has 250k to just give to people. Would love to but I didn’t grow up with money and def haven’t made as much as her.

“I just give more f-cks than other people and would rather start a dialogue ABOUT WOMEN COMING FORWARD ABOUT BEING RAPED than throw money at one person.”

Demi later clarified (somewhat unconvincingly) that her beef was not with Taylor, but with a culture that ignores larger systemic issues in favor of individual celebrity assault cases, tweeting:

“I didn’t shade Taylor… I’m just tired of seeing women use ‘women empowerment’ and ‘feminism’ to further brands without actually being the ones that have the uncomfortable conversations.”

Taylor did not accept Demi’s pseudo apology, and it seems that the ladies still haven’t patched things up all these months later:

“There are women that I don’t get along with, and that’s fine,” Demi recently told Refinery 29 when asked about Taylor.

“My thing is, don’t brand yourself a feminist if you don’t do the work. I have an immense amount of respect for women like Lena Dunham … or Beyoncé, who make amazing political statements through their work.”

She added, “I’m not going to stop saying what I believe in. I have no problem standing up for myself.”

Taylor has yet to respond, but don’t be surprised if she drops a surprise single entitled “Bad Blood II: This Time It’s Personal (Just Like It Was Last Time)” in the very near future.

Michael Weatherly Exits NCIS: How Did Tony Say Goodbye?

Special Agent Tony DiNozzo has left the building.

Going into NCIS Season 13 Episode 24, fans of television’s highest-rated series know that Michael Weatherly would be saying goodbye.

They just had no idea how Tony would be written out.

No way he’d be killed off, right?

Right. But that doesn’t mean death didn’t play a key role on the NCIS Season 13 finale.

The major event that led to Tony’s departure was the discovery that Ziva was killed in a bombing at her farmhouse in Israel.

“Life rarely ends the way we imagine,” Ducky said as the rest of the NCIS team mourned their former colleague back at the office.

From there, though, Tony was in for another surprise: Ziva had a daughter named Tali, who was hand-delivered to the U.S. by Israel officials. Because Tony is her father.

With advice from his father in hand (Robert Wagner reprised the role and told his son to take some time for an emotional breather), Tony told Gibbs that he had to resign his post.

“I’m everything to that little girl now,” DiNozzo his boss. “And I’ve never been anybody’s everything before.”

This led to a number of emotional goodbyes with his colleagues, from McGree to Bishop to Abby, the latter of whom told Tony:

“I know how much Ziva really loved you. I know. She told me.”

Then there was the big farewell. It took place in Gibbs’ basement.

“That’s it,” Tony said. “I’m done now.”

To which Gibbs replied: “You gotta do whatcha gotta do.”

A rare hug followed… and it just happened to get very dusty in our living room around this same time.

What did you think of Tony’s goodbye? What it everything you could have hoped for? Can you believe Ziva is dead?!?

Go ahead and watch NCIS online via the above video if you need to catch up and then sound off. What an emotional hour of television!
