Sinead O"Connor Did NOT Threaten Suicide, Calls Report "Malicious Gossip"

This is not the first time Sinead O’Connor has behaved erratically, but that doesn’t make it any less frightening.

On June 23rd, Chicago police received a call from Dublin, Ireland authorities that the singer’s family had alerted them that O’Connor had threatened to kill herself.

According to TMZ, O’Connor told loved ones that she planned to jump off a Chicago-area bridge.

Though it’s not an “active search,” local police have been given the heads up to keep a lookout for the 49-year-old.

O’Connor refuted this report on her Facebook page on June 24th:

“Oh and by the way it’s bullshit I jumped off a bridge, some stupid bitch up at Swords Garda station decided she’d like to throw a bit of false and malicious gossip about is all).

“AM FAR TOO FUCKING HAPPY FOR THAT!!”

O’Connor sent another Facebook update a few hours later:

“Thought for the day Of The Baptist.. Sometimes the rage of a soul is equivalent to the size of that soul’s knowledge of and desire to revel in it’s glorious God given right to LIVE.

“Free as it was created in the beginning. When there was NOTHING BUT THE WORD.”

It was believed that cops thought they found O’Connor based on the description they were given, but it was not her.

People Magazine reports that the call from Dublin came in around 5:30 p..m local time.

Chicago Police department “issued an all-call radio message” to officers to be on the lookout for the singer.

“Sinead O’Connor called and said ‘I’m on a bridge in Chicago and I’m going to jump,” Irish law enforcement reportedly warned.

Police, however, wouldn’t confirm with the media if this call was for O’Connor.

Just last month, O’Connor was reported missing, and friends feared that she had taken her own life.

Last year, O’Connor wrote a suicide note on Facebook stating she’d overdosed, but was later found safe in Dublin.

In 2011, O’Connor fired off a series of suicidal tweets, prompting a visit from police.

Kelly McGillis: Top Gun Star Attacked In Home By Stalker

Kelly McGillis is probably best known for her role in the beloved Tom Cruise film Top Gun.

Last Friday, however, the 58-year-old actress became the latest star to offer a cautionary tale about the dangers of fame when she shared the following harrowing tale on social media:

“I came home last night around 9:00 after attending a lecture by theologian Robin Meyers. The final conclusion of which was about loving others. ‘Every single other.’ When I arrived home on top of my mountain 

“Upon entering the house I notice a pair of girls pink sandals and a black larger pair. I thought that maybe one of my daughters was here because one of them has a key. Called out hello several times. I was trying to get rid of the stuff in my hand to better assess what was going on when a stranger, a woman, came barreling down the hallway and began yelling at me.

 “I asked her who she is and why she was in my house and she said ‘you know why you’ve been stalking me in Twitter.’ Not true. At that moment I got worried that there may be someone else in the house with house with her. We have quite a few guns and lots of ammo and that’s when I started to panic.

“Thinking that if they have one of them I could be shot. I ran out the front door and called 911. She ran out after me and began punching and scratching my trying to grab the phone out of my hand. I began screaming as loud as I could hoping someone somewhere might hear me. I still had my car keys in my hand so I set off the car alarm. 

“That distracted her enough to throw the cell and try to deal with the keys. More fighting ensued. I got the cell phone back and dialed 911 again. More fighting. And she once again had the cell phone.

“I finally broke away, got in the truck and drove off trying to find a neighbor to call 911. There was no one around since it was Friday night, so I chased someone in a car, kept flashing my lights and honking the horn.

“They finally pulled over and she made the 911 call for me. A truly good Samaritan. Dispatch told me to wait there for there for someone to arrive. Too shorten this ever long story. She was apprehended.

“I’m alright. Scratched and bruise. I feel very thankful it turned out well. But who I feel heartache for is the little girl that was with her. Mental illness takes many hostages. I don’t know her name…but I would like to asked that you pray for her and her mother.

“On a lighter note…my cell phone was thrown in the street and run over by my pick up. Thanks to the Otter case it still is in good shape.

“Also I have RayBan glasses frames and the were ripped from my face and stomped on I don’t know how many times. They are still wearable. It always a good day when you can find the positive in a negative situation.”

McGillis is the latest celebrity to call attention to the dangers that obsessed fans can present to public figures.

Just last week, 18-year-old Kylie Jenner sold her home after a stalking incident.

Last year, actress Mila Kunis was stalked by a man who escaped a mental health facility after being apprehended.

The suspect in McGillis’ case, identified as Laurence Marie Dorn, was booked on second-degree burglary, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor stalking, assault and battery and interfering with emergency communication.

But even if Dorn receives the help that she clearly needs, it seems unlikely that McGillis will ever feel fully safe in her home again.

Kris Jenner Reacts to Rob Engagement: WTF?!?!?!?

It features Kris Jenner and her pal Sheila Kolker.

They are out and about, shopping and just doing what friends do… until Kris checks her phone and discovers a rather disturbing piece of news:

When you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online or on television, keep in mind: these episodes are filmed months before they air.

So while the Rob and Blac Chyna engagement news may be old to celebrity gossip followers, it"s new to Rob"s mother in this piece of footage.

"I guess Rob got engaged last night," Kris tells Sheila in the clip.

"Are you alright?" Shelia asks.

"No, but that"s why we"re just wandering," Jenner replies.

Later, speaking directly to the camera, Kris adds:

"I wake up to a gazillion text messages, which is never good news. And I"m reading through them and realize Rob got engaged last night, he got engaged!

"And it"s sorta coming out of left field, I think I"m just in shock."

We can only imagine how Kris felt when she found out Blac Chyna is pregnant with her grandchild!

"To hear that Rob got engaged through social media is a bit disappointing to say the least," Jenner also says.

"He should"ve told me first or even talked to the family about it or mentioned it to his sisters, but I had no idea."

Still, we"re confident Jenner will find a way to profit over the surprising news.

Jeremy Calvert: Engaged? Expecting a Baby With Brooke Wehr?!

In the wake of a Teen Mom 2 season that often saw her on the receiving end of some serious backlash from fans, Leah Messer seems to be picking up the pieces of her life and moving forward with a renewed focus on her daughters and her future.

Unfortunately, as we’ve seen the past, Leah is easily thrown off by change and emotional upheaval, and if the latest rumors about her second husband are true, Leah may soon find herself struggling to process some difficult new developments:

According to OK! magazine, Jeremy Calvert recently got engaged to longitme girlfriend Brooke Wehr.

What’s more, the tabloid reports that there’s reason to believe that Calvert and Wehr are expecting a child.

Both conclusions are based on Calvert’s recent social media activity.

The father of one appears to have hinted at some big news while using his public Instagram account to communicate with Wehr.

First, he posted the photo above, along with a caption reading, “Babe I say honeymoon right here!!!!!”

Clearly, that could just be a case of a boyfriend joking about longterm plans with his girlfriend.

Still, many fans took it as an indication that the couple is planning a wedding, and Calvert has yet to refute those claims.

Interestingly, he followed that up by posting the above photo of Wehr, along with a caption reading:

“Gosh this girl is pretty much amazing in so many ways. Hopefully we get great news today babe.”

Not surprisingly, many fans took that as Calvert’s way of saying that he and Wehr are expecting a child.

Wehr and Calvert have been dating for just over a year, but as fans of TM2 know, he has a history of moving fast.

Even so, we’ll withhold our congratulations (and our condolences to Leah) until the couple makes an official announcement.
