Michael Strahan Throws Shade at Kelly Ripa: Now I Can Have Fun!

You probably thought the Kelly Ripa-Michael Strahan feud was over, didn’t you?

You probably assumed this unexpected rivalry had ended after Strahan left Live! on ABC after an ugly professional divorce, right?

Apparently not.

The former football star departed Live! on acrimonious terms this spring, following three successful years that saw him grow into a certified media star.

He has originally planned to stick around until the fall before leaving for a full-time gig with Good Morning America…

… but Kelly Ripa reacted harshly to the way in which she found out about his career change and Strahan’s departure date was moved up to May 13.

That’s what happens when there’s such tension on the set every day that one co-host blindsides the other co-host with a reference to his divorce:

According to insiders, Ripa was “livid” over not being well-informed over Strahan’s future, only being told about his Good Morning America decision immediately before the public learned of it.

The subsequent set of episodes that featured Kelly and Michael were as awkward as live television can get.

So… after a crazy last few months, what has Strahan learned?

He was asked this question by E! News this week and replied as follows:

“You know what? I’ve learned to have fun. Life is not that serious.”

Whoa there! Is there any way to take that other than as a direct shot aimed at Ripa?

It doesn’t sound like he had a blast working along her side, does it? At least not over the past few weeks.

Strahan made his comments Thursday while standing beside his 11-year-old twin daughters, Sophia and Isabella; they were at the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s screening of Ice Age: Collision Course in New York.

The star has a speaking role in that animated film.

“We have so many things that happen that make you realize how precious life is, how you’d better enjoy every day and that your attitude is – you can determine what your attitude is,” Strahan told E! News.

He added:

“You wake up, you make yourself happy, you make yourself whatever you want it to be, and that’s how I look at it every day that I wake up and that’s been more than in the last few months.

“That’s just the way I live my life.”

That all sounds great. There’s no way to argue with that philosophy.

But there’s no way to look at it as anything but a diss of Ripa, either.

Kylie Jenner Finds Gray Hair, Has Panic Attack

Kylie Jenner"s hair follicles have had enough.

In fact, one of them just straight up decided to go on strike and cease producing pigment for the 18-year-old reality star.

That"s right, the youth has just discovered her first gray hair, and she ain"t happy about it.

While getting her hair did, Kylie is alerted to the silver strand by her stylist, as seen in the video below posted to Snapchat.

"Look what we found," he tells her, and she reacts, well, probably like most of us would.

"Oh my god!" she cries, her voice panic-stricken.

"Take it out!"

In the background, Kylie"s concerned friend tells the stylist that if he plucks it, she"ll get more, but he assures her that"s just a wives" tale and yanks the sucker out of her head.

We all knew she was growing up fast, and now even her hair is telling her to slow TF down.

(That"s a joke, peeps. We all get gray hair and it"s NBD.)

Nevertheless, Kylie is probably patting herself on the back for starting wigs, as she claimed earlier this year, because she may be wearing more of them to cover up those roots.

In a follow-up vid, Kylie saved the offending hair and displayed it close up.

"You guys, my first gray hair," she told fans.

"I think my mom got gray hairs in her early 20s," she added with a laugh.

Kylie has dyed her locks a number of wacky hues over the years and admitted that she destroyed her hair because of all the bleach it has endured.

But if she pulls off making the salt-n-pepper look fashionable, well, we know a number of women who"ll be eternally grateful.

Rayne Burse: Black Model Accosted By Racist Neighbor

Rayne Burse is my new favorite person.

The aspiring model was taking her dog, Mojito for a walk near her fiance"s home, when a woman in a striped shirt with a towel wrapped around her waist started approaching.

"I saw her coming out of her back door,” Burse told Huffington Post.

“I was talking with my mom on my phone but her on hold to tell the woman, ‘I’m sorry if I’m trespassing,’ and then move away.”

Burse had just moved into the neighborhood, and had never seen Dorrbecker before.

"I think she was pretty racist and she was just mad that I was in her area," she said of Maria Dorrbecker, 63.

"But at the same time, I worried that she might have been just some old woman with dementia or schizophrenia or something."

The woman started pointing her finger in Burse"s face, to the point where Burse had to end the call with her mom and record what was happening.

Burse managed to keep her composure while asking Dorrbecker why she was so offended by Burse walking her dog, when she wasn"t even on private property.

“Because you’re part of south Miami," Dorrbecker said, threatening to "report" Burse.

When Dorrbecker reached for Burse"s phone, Burse reacted.

"I was taught to respect your elders, but I was trying to deescalate the situation before I turned on the camera, but she shut that down," she said

A scuffle ensued, and Burse gave her dog the command, "Move Mojito" (which is now a trending hashtag) before both women went their separate ways and called 911.

When the police arrived, Burse showed the video, it was decided that she was simply defending herself.

““One [cop] asked if I wanted to press charges. At first, I said no, because I wanted to be rid of it. They were like, ‘Are you sure?’”

Dorrbecker was ultimately charged with simple battery.

"I defended myself," Burse told Miami New Times.

"Don’t try to put your hands on somebody and expect them to react cordially, especially if you were aggressive before that and they were trying constantly to resolve the situation… You’re asking for it at that point."
