Ben Higgins & Lauren Bushnell: Bring It On, Real Life!

Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell are ready for a Bachelor first.

Actually staying together as a married couple after filming on the series is complete?

No, although that sure is a rarity in the history of this dating program.

Instead, however, we"re referring to Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After, the first-ever spinoff series set to focus on two people who ended up together as a result of the show.

"We survived The Bachelor," Ben says early on in the following promo, only for Lauren to then jump in with the following:

"Now it"s time for real life."

And this does perhaps suggest that Ben and Lauren actually get it.

As those who watch The Bachelor online know so well, nothing about this show is "real life."

It makes perfect sense why so many couples split up after ABC stops paying for their ridiculously expensive trips and dates.

The Bachelor is a television show, which may seem like a dumb and obvious thing to point out, but life for everyone who meets on it clearly changes a lot once the cameras and Chris Harrison go away.

Still, Higgins and Bushnell have made it this far.

In the trailer, we see them exchange a couple kisses while seemingly celebrating July Fourth. They appear to be truly happy.

But Lauren isn"t pretending as if they have some perfect relationship.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, she said that her arguments with Ben will be shown on the series, proving that they are just like everyone else out there.

“When everything around me is changing I get a little stressed out, and unfortunately I probably take that out on Ben a little bit more than what’s fair!” she admitted.

Bushnell also joked that she doesn"t love the question mark in the show"s title.

Yep, it"s actually called Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever?.

“What’s with the question mark?” she said in the aforementioned interview. “For me there is no question mark!”

Only time will tell if that"s the case.

Look for the Freeform series to also focus on the couple"s wedding plans, with a Ben Higgins-Lauren Bushnell wedding supposedly taking place in the near future.

Will they actually make it down the aisle? What sort of obstacles will they encounter on the way there?

Reggie Bush: Daughter Briseis Looks JUST Like North West

Briseis Bush and North West look as though they could be sisters.

The similarities don’t end there, which is why this is freaking us out a little.

Briseis’ mom, Lilit Avagyan is Armenian…just like Kardashian.  These two could also be sisters.

Briseis was born just a month before Kim Kardashian and Kanye’s West’s daughter in 2013, and her parents didn’t tie the knot until a year later, just like Kardashian and West.

PS – Kardashian’s former stepbrother, Brody Jenner attended Bush and Avagyan’s July 2014 nuptials after skipping Kardashian’s because she wouldn’t give him a Plus One.

PPS – He was able to bring a Plus One to Bush’s wedding.

Brody Jenner Refutes Kim Kardashian Rift

Kardashian and Bush broke up in 2010 after being on and off for a few years.  

Kardashian made a last-ditch attempt to save the relationship after Khloe Kardashian’s September 2009 wedding, to no avail.

At the time of their break-up, a source told Radar Online that Bush didn’t see himself ending up with Kardashian.

“Kim has been pushing for marriage, especially since Khloe got hitched, the pressure’s been on,” a source said at the time.

 “She feels it’s the next step for her and Reggie.

Bush, however, already knew what he wanted.

“He basically put it on the line for her – he wants a wife that is a support system to him and would be a stay at home mom to his children,” the source added.

“Reggie loves Kim but he knows that’s just not her. He loves her drive and ambition, and he thinks she’s amazing, he truly loves her, but he knows she’s just not the right kind of girl for him to marry.”

Bush met Avagyan – an accomplished dancer who speaks three languages – in 2012, and the two were spotted in Paris together that summer.

Kardashians to Tyga: If You Get Arrested, You"re Out of the Family!

Khloe might enjoy quoting The Godfather when talking about her family, but in man ways, the Kardashian clan couldn’t be more different from the Corleones.

Marlon Brando made himself look older and fatter for his role as Don Corleone, while the Kardashians always seem to be getting younger and thinner.

The Corleones were all about loyalty and never going against the family, whereas the Kards throw one another under the bus like its their jobs.

And since their jobs are to stir up drama to maximize reality TV ratings, we guess it kind of is.

Long before Rob Kardashian got engaged to his sister’s arch-nemesis, there were countless other examples of Kardashians behaving dickishly toward one another in public.

Rob comparing Kim Kardashian to “the b-tch from Gone Girl“ springs immediately to mind.

Or how about Rob telling his mom to perform a sex act on him and posting video of it to Instagram?

Come to think of it, a lot of the examples involve Rob.

The latest act of Kardashian disloyalty involves the whole family, however, and it’s directed squarely at Kylie’s controversial boyfriend, Tyga.

As you may have heard, an arrest warrant was issued for Tyga yesterday as a result of the rapper’s alleged inability (or unwillingness) to pay his bills.

Now, insiders are claiming that the family is PISSED, and they’ve basically told T-Raww to keep his distance until he gets the matter sorted out.

It’s Kylie’s birthday today, and Tyga has reportedly been banned from celebrating with the family, as they fear his legal troubles could compromise their “brand.”

Reps for Tyga say the rapper is a no-show because he’s performing in Turks & Caicos.

Considering his real job is being Kylie’s boyfriend, we find that hard to believe.

Blake Lively Lashes Out at Post-Baby Body Shamers

Blake Lively is on Team Anne Hathaway.

Not most decidedly not on Team Kim Kardashian. 

Allow us to explain…

Earlier this week, Hathaway took to Instagram in order to send a positive message to new mothers everywhere.

“There is no shame in gaining weight during pregnancy (or ever),” wrote the Oscar winner, who welcomed her first child in March.

She added:

“There is no shame if it takes longer than you think it will to lose the weight (if you want to lose it at all).”

We could not agree more.

And we’ve criticized Kardashian for several months because she has seemingly taken the opposite approach ever since giving birth in December.

All Kim has talked about online has been her absolute need to shed her pregnancy weight and return to her old figure. It’s been infuriating.

But at least some other big names in Hollywood are taking the opposite approach.

During an appearance on Australian morning show Sunrise, Lively tackled this same issue after the interviewer complimented her impressive bikini body in her latest film, The Shallows.

It was shot months after Lively welcomed her first child, daughter James, who is now 19 months old.

“It’s so unfair though, because it’s so celebrated,” the actress replied, adding:

“It’s like, this is what someone can look like after a baby. I think a woman’s body after having a baby is pretty amazing.”

In whatever shape or size it happens to be, absolutely. Preach on, Blake!

Lively went on, explaining that new mothers should NOT feel pressure to immediately bounce back to their pre-baby body.

Why? Because they’ve just created life. Give them a break!

“You don’t need to be Victoria’s Secret ready right away because you just did the most incredible miracle that life has to offer,” Lively said.

“I mean, you gave birth to a human being! So I would really like to see that celebrated.”

Seriously, can someone tell this to Kim Kardashian please? She’s setting such a bad example.

All she keeps discussing on social media is how she wants to lose 70 pounds, which is great and all. More power to her.

It’s the publicizing of this goal, the way she emphasizes its seeming importance, which drives us crazy.

Lively, meanwhile, is expecting her second child with Ryan Reynolds.

She hasn’t actually commented on this blessing yet, but multiple outlets have confirmed the great news.

“Blake is absolutely thrilled and so is Ryan,” a source tells People Magazine.

And we’re thrilled that celebrities are now coming down hard on body-shamers, choosing to celebrate their bodies after the miracle of child birth.

It’s an important message. It’s an inspiring message.

And it makes us love Blake Lively even more than we loved her before. Which we didn’t think was possible.
