Bow Wow Reacts to Social Media Backlash: There"s a Method to My Madness!
Bow Wow is well aware that he’s the subject of enormous ridicule across all forms of social media these days.
But the artist is here to say you better enjoy your guffaws while you can.
Because he’s totally gonna get the last laugh.
Earlier this week, Bow Wow shared a photo on Instagram of a private plane, writing as a caption to the image:
“Travel day. NYC press run for Growing Up Hip Hop. Lets gooo. I promise to bring yall the hottest show EVER. May 25th on @wetv.”
That’s a rather strong implication, isn’t it?
He’s pretty much saying that he’s about to board that jet and head to New York to do a round of media interviews for his upcoming reality show, right?
Wrong.
A follow of Bow Wow’s, who had seen the private jet picture, later boarded a commercial flight and… hey, would you look at that!
He/she spotted Bow Wow on the same plane and shared the following image in response:

Yikes! Also: LOL!
It’s hard to think of a time when a celebrity was caught in a more blatant lie.
Social media took it from there.
Not long after it was clear that Bow Wow had misled his fans about taking a private plane, the #BowWowChallenge sprung up on Twitter, with users similarly stunting online and then hilariously revealing their deception.
See what we mean below.
These are pretty fantastic:
On Thursday, meanwhile, Bow Wow appeared on Hot 97’s Ebro in the Morning and broke his silence on the drama.
“I took the Greyhound here this morning,” he joked at the outset.
But he then turned deadly serious in an attempt to defend himself and promote his new project, Growing Up Hip Hop Atlanta.
“I love it because people don’t understand the scientific method to my madness,” Bow Wow explained of his trickery, adding:
“They really don’t understand the scientific method to my madness. Number one, I’m about to have the biggest show on We TV, period.
“Period. I’m saying that right now.”
We understand if you need a few moments to let every aspect of that quote sink in…
FIRST, Bow Wow is saying that pretending he was flying a private jet, when he actually isn’t rich or important enough to do so, was a “scientific method” of “madness.”
SECOND, he’s all hyped about starring on the self-professed “biggest show on We TV,” which is a pretty big shot to fire at June Shannon, Toni Braxton and every couple on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars…
… and is also sort of like saying you’re the most competent person in the Donald Trump administration.
The competition isn’t very fierce is our point.
“You gotta just watch the show,” Bow Wow continued. “Everything is for the show.”
How does he feel about all these jokes at his expense, though?
Just fine, thanks! Ain’t no thing when you’re about to rule over all of We TV.
“It doesn’t affect me, it doesn’t affect the women, it doesn’t affect the bank, it doesn’t affect anything,” he said.
“I feel like people who react to certain things, I feel like that’s how they would react if it was on them.”
We’re not really sure what that means.
But, hey, you keep doing you, Bow Wow.
And maybe someday your bank will be positively affected enough where you can actually afford a private jet. For real this time!

Steve Harvey: Yes, I Wrote That Memo! No, I"m Not Sorry!
Look out, Mariah Carey.
Steve Harvey is coming for your title of Biggest and Most Annoying Diva in the History of Hollywood.
Earlier this week, a letter allegedly written by the talk show host to his employees surfaced online.
In the memo, which was likely leaked by a disgruntled ex-employee, Harvey asks for total and complete privacy from his underlings.
It was sent prior to Season 5 of Harvey’s talk show and it asks for staff members to “adhere” to such rules as:
Do not come to my dressing room unless invited.
Do open my dressing room door.
Do not wait in the hallway to speak to me.
Do not attempt to walk with me.
Harvey really could have saved himself a lot of time and effort if he had simply written “STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!” instead.
Take a look at the controversial memo below:

Was it really written and passed along by Harvey?
Yes, the comedian himself verified as much in a follow-up discussion with Entertainment Tonight on Thursday.
“I could not find a way to walk from the stage to my dressing room, to sit in my makeup chair, to walk from my dressing room to the stage or to just sit and have lunch without somebody just walking in,” Harvey explained to ET, adding:
“I’ve always had a policy where, you know, you can come and talk to me – so many people are great around here, but some of them just started taking advantage of it.”
Harvey went on to say that people on his staff would dare to bring friends to set and they would then dare to ask for autographs or not knock when entering his personal space.
And he just couldn’t handle it any longer.
“In hindsight, I probably should’ve handled it a little bit differently,” Harvey admits, adding that he wanted to email “asking everyone to simply honor and respect” his privacy.
“I just didn’t want to be in this prison anymore where I had to be in this little room, scared to go out and take a breath of fresh air without somebody approaching me, so I wrote the letter,” he concluded.
“I don’t apologize about the letter, but it’s kind of crazy what people who took this thing and ran, man.”
It’s also kind of crazy to compare fame to a prison and to say you were “scared” to walk around the set of your own talk show.
Just shut up, loser.
Harvey, who also hosts Family Feud and Little Big Shots, will be moving his talk show to Los Angeles for the new season this fall.
We hope no one watches it.
This guy sucks.
