Audrey Roloff Celebrates Daughter Milestone, Shares New Photo
Audrey Roloff has one very precious reason to be excited at the moment.
And now the Little People, Big World star is finally starting to let that excitement show.
Audrey and husband Jeremy became first-time parents back on September 10, as they welcomed a girl named Ember Jean into the world.
However, for a couple that has always been very honest and forthcoming with their fans and followers, these Roloffs were surprisingly quiet after Ember was born.
Yes, they posed for photos with Us Weekly.
And, yes, they each made it very clear just how happy and blessed they felt at the time, telling the tabloid:
“We are so thankful for this little life we’ve been blessed with and cannot wait to see all that she becomes.
“Labor is such a wild and miraculous process and meeting our baby girl for the first time filled us with uncontainable joy.”
But then there was near silence from Audrey and Jeremy, which stood in stark contrast to the overflow of information from Zach and Tori Roloff after they became first-time parents in May.
What gave? We eventually found out:
Audrey was suffering from symptonm of post-partum depression.
She shared an Instagram post in which she admitted to extreme pain from breastfeeding and extreme frustration overall from new motherhood.
But the TLC star vowed, of course, to “persist.”
And now we’re pleased to report that Audrey (and, by extension, Ember) may be turning a corner.
Four weeks after giving birth, she shared the first photo above of her daughter and provided Instagram followers with an update on how Ember is doing at just under one month old.
“Our baby girl is 4 weeks old today!!! I feel like we just came home from the hospital yesterday… wow,” wrote Audrey as a caption on Sunday.
She then elaborated as follows:
“[Ember] eats and wiggles by day, and eats and cuddles by night. She likes to pull out our hair, does not like footie pajamas (she kicks her feet right out of the legs), she loves the bath, and she prefers sleeping up right or on our chests.
“She smiles a lot and we swear it’s intentional. Some “firsts” include: first time to the farm, first muel ride, and first public blow out.”
Awww! HA! All parents of newborns can relate to that.
As you can see below, meanwhile, fans were appreciative of the information:

The Roloffs have been speaking out about their tiny little human being a lot more of late.
Jeremy, for instance, is already looking way ahead. And worrying a bit.
Asked by Us Weekly what has him concerned as a first-time father, he said last month:
“Just parenting in the sense of discipline when they start getting older and that just makes me nervous because you can do it really, really right and you can also do it really, really wrong.”
That’s true.
And it’s an understandable concern.
But the most important thing any parent can do with a child is to make him or her feel loved.
And we have no doubt that won’t be a problem when it comes to Audrey and Jeremy Roloff.

Kourtney Kardashian: What Does She Think of Scott Disick Dating Sofia Richie?
We’ve already seen Scott Disick freak out over Kourtney Kardashian dating, and we’ve heard reports of Kourtney’s weariness at Scott Disick’s self-destructive spiral.
But now, Scott seems to have settled — at least for the moment — on dating Sofia Richie. Things are looking serious, even.
So what does Kourtney think of this new development?
Let’s remember that, though the two of them dating has been a recent turn of events, Scott and Sofia were spotted together in Cannes.
That was back in May.
So they didn’t just meet and immediately fall into each other’s arms … or a bed … to start this relationship.
(Which would normally be fine, but given Scott’s pattern of behavior, a change is a good thing)
So maybe there’s a little more to this than the fact that Sofia Richie is a 19-year-old model and Scott Disick has spent a good portion of 2017 chasing young women who fit that description left and right.
Despite their 15 year age difference, the two do look cute together.
But what does Kourtney think of all of this?
TMZ reports that their sources close to the Kardashians say that Kourtney is totally fine with Scott dating Sofia.
For one thing, Kourtney’s totally moved on so she’s not going to wig out over Scott seeming to do the same.
For another, it reportedly makes Kourtney happy that Scott’s finally accepting reality and starting to move on. It’s healthy and it might, you know, prevent him from spiraling out of control again.
Apparently, Sofia’s relationship with Scott hasn’t disrupted the co-parenting arrangement.
In fact, since Kourtney demanded Scott sober up if he wanted to see their kids, it looks like Sofia is actually helping to make him a better dad by grounding him enough that he can be around for his kids.
And maybe Kourtney’s at peace about the age difference since Sofia is an adult and also since Kourtney herself arguably “robbed the cradle” a little when she started dating Younes Bendjima.
Also, it’s pretty clear that Sofia and Scott can’t keep their hands off of each other.
That was snapped of the two showing some PDA on a private plane.
(Yes, it’s a private plane — but it’s still PDA if it ends up on social media. Especially if it’s in front of people … like, say, the friend who snapped this pic)
If they’re this crazy about each other, it’s no wonder that they went ahead and made their relationship Instagram official last month.
Since everybody already knew, there’s no sense in keeping it a “secret” any longer than that, right?
Now they’re free to kiss in public whether they’re on jet skis or on a plane. Sofia can reportedly call Scott her “boyfriend.”
You know, like regular couples do. Give or take the private plane.
Look, we’re as leery of the “she makes him a better man” narrative as everyone else.
One, everybody’s responsible for their own adult behavior.
Two, there are way too many women who think that they have to “fix” guys and that leads them to date men who are walking disasters and to spend so much time and energy trying to “fix” them when they should have higher standards.
But it’s good to know that Kourtney’s at peace with it.
We cannot say the same for Sofia Richie’s father, though.
Lionel Richie is “scared to death” that Sofie is dating Scott — and this was the guy who more or less declined to comment when Sofia was dating Bieber. So this relationship does not have Sofia’s father’s approval.
You can’t have it all.
