Khloe Kardashian has spoken out for the third time since giving birth.
The first time the reality star did so, of course, she shared her unique baby name with the world.
You remember, right?
Wrote Kardashian on Instagram a few days after becoming a first-time mother:
“Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE.
“Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!”
The Internet reacted in two ways to this message:
- You named your child True?!?
- You’re sticking with Tristan Thompson it sounds like?
The answers to these questions are: Yes and… it remains unknown and/or undecided.
Then, a few days after this, Khloe spoke out again.
No, she did not address the elephant in the room; by which we mean the fact that Thompson has clearly been cheating on her for months.
Instead, she praised her sisters as role models.
“It’s so comforting to know that I have sisters whom I can ask about anything that may come up,” Khloe wrote on her website, referencing the fact that both Kim and Kourtney have three kids.
(Heck, even Kylie Jenner now hasa child.)
She went on to add:
“My sisters are all such phenomenal moms! I can’t say exactly what advice or skills I’ll be taking from them, but I’m going to remain awe-inspired by how they can handle it all.
“I hope that comes easily for me.”
Any mother could use assistance from those that have been there.
But especially a new mother whose baby daddy was out sliding into the DMs of other women while she was pregnant.
No way will Thompson be any real help going forward.
So this now brings us to message number-three.
On Monday, Khloe wrote against on her official app, and she again gave a shout-out to her loved ones.
“I genuinely wish for all of my siblings that they find everlasting happiness in all that they do!” Khloe said, concluding:
Life is short, and at times, we put so many others before us, but one of our priorities should be our own happiness.
Once you have that, it trickles down to everyone around us. I sincerely wish happiness and peace to my sisters and brother.
This is an intriguing message to try and interpret.
On one hand… Khloe could truly and simply be sending well wishes to Kim, Kourtney, Kylie, Kendall and Rob.
On the other… she could be saying she’s staying with Thompson and critics of her decision can just suck it because all that ought to matter is one’s own happiness.
And on still another… she could be saying she’s leaving Thompson because, while it would be great to have two parents around for True, she must focus on her own well-being and that clearly does not include making any more love to a cheater such as Tristan.
Oh, and if critics have a problem with this stance?
They can suck it.
As far as we know, Khloe remains in Cleveland, where she’s raising her daughter mostly on her own.
Thompson is busy not playing much in the NBA Playoffs and will be until the Cavs get eliminated. He’s trying to focus on his professional life right now, just as his personal life comes crumbling down.
“Khloe is very torn on what to do with her and Tristan,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight. “Khloe loves him deeply. He is the father of her child, but she feels betrayed and blindsided.”
Well, yeah.
Concludes this same insider:
Khloe has had friends and family around her non-stop since the news broke that Tristan [allegedly] cheated.
Now that they are leaving, it will allow her time to process everything. Khloe’s main focus is being a mother and figuring out what is best for True.
