When Ryan Edwards checked into rehab following his disastrous wedding to Mackenzie Standifer last year, fans were hopeful that the troubled Teen Mom OG star would finally be able to turn things around.
Sadly, Ryan"s situation has deteriorated rapidly in recent months, and many viewers now find it impossible to sympathize with him at all.
In an emotional scene from last night"s season finale, it was finally confirmed that Standifer is pregnant with the couple"s first child together.

Fans learned several weeks ago that Mackenzie is pregnant with Ryan’s baby, but it was only last night that the couple officially confirmed the news.

Ryan and Mackenzie headed to a doctor’s appointment together where they heard the baby’s heartbeat for the first time.

Throughout the appointment Ryan sat with arms crossed, complaining that he’d like to go home and go to bed. Needless to say, Mackenzie was less than thrilled.
