By now, those of us who care about Teen Mom news have definitely heard all about what went down at the taping of the Teen Mom 2 reunion last weekend.
Briana DeJesus and Kailyn Lowry nearly came to blows after months and months of feuding, lots of cast members got upset over the violence and left the set …
Lots and lots of bad stuff, basically.
But according to a new report from The Ashley"s Reality Roundup, things were even crazier than we"ve heard so far.
Like, genuinely, truly crazy.
1. Oh, Ladies …
Where to start … OK, so Briana and Kailyn pretty much hate each other, right? They were never friends, but they started becoming enemies when Briana started getting romantic with Kailyn’s ex-husband, Javi.
2. Drama Drama Drama
The issue, at least in the beginning, was that Kailyn was upset that Briana was going on vacation with Javi and two of her sons and no one had told her about it. She also believed that Briana shouldn’t have gotten with Javi in the first place since they’re technically co-workers, and in doing so, Briana broke the sacred “girl code.”
3. What Girl Code?
Briana has said that no girl code was broken in this situation, because it’s not like she and Kailyn were ever friends, and they don’t even really work together, they just happen to appear on the same reality show. They really only ever interact once or twice a year when MTV gathers the whole cast together for specials.
4. Last Year’s Reunion
It was in August when this mess started, but in October at the taping of last season’s reunion, things came to a head. Briana and Javi still weren’t officially dating then, but she and Kailyn got into several arguments anyway.
5. … But Why?
At one point during filming, Briana and Kailyn were getting their hair and makeup done in the same room and they started discussing their issues, but things got tense real quick. Briana told Kail she was just “salty because Javi’s moved on,” but she denied it. Things got so heated that Briana felt the need to call Javi to come diffuse the situation.
6. Too Much
They weren’t able to work things out, obviously. Briana’s sister, Brittany, almost went after Kail, and one of Kail’s friends almost got into a fight with Briana and Brittany.
