Khloe Kardashian did her best to enjoy Memorial Day Weekend just a few days ago.
She really did.
The reality star shared multiple precious photos of herself and her daughter on Snapchat, for example, one of which featured Khloe in the obligatory red, white and blue.
In another Tweet, meanwhile, Kardashian posted an old picture of her firstborn, including with it a caption that marveled over both motherhood and how quickly times goes by.
“I sometimes, still can’t believe im a mommy!!! I’m so so thankful for such a blessing!! True is the sweetest ever! I got my bestie for life!” wrote a very excited and very happy Khloe.
She added: “Thank you Jesus for my angel.”
And then, in regard to the picture below, Kardashian wrote:
My baby bunny. She was only 2 weeks in this pic. Why is the time flying!! She will be 7 weeks tomorrow.
So… everything seems very good with Khloe, doesn’t it?
She’s clearly loving this whole parenting thing, right?
But there’s still the whole issue of Tristan Thompson and how he cheated on her many times and whether or not she’s finally ready to dump his sorry ass.
Despite some strong hints that she’s prepared to walk away, Khloe has not yet come right out and said she’s moving away from Cleveland and putting that romance in her rearview mirror.
Much to the chagrin of her famous family members.
“Everyone is understanding of her situation and they are all trying to be there for her, but obviously want her home,” a source told E! News this week, adding:
“They are letting her have her space in Cleveland and keep her routine, but wish they could have more moments together as a family unit and have True around more.”
Khloe moved to Ohio a few weeks prior to giving birth.
The move was always meant to be temporary, even before news of Thompson’s cheating scandal broke.
She’s now been there for about three months and no one knows when or if she’ll go back to California full-time.
“Everyone hopes she will come back to Los Angeles once True is a little older,” this E! News insider concludes.
Still, it’s unclear if Kardashian agrees… although it’s very clear she’s sick of strangers telling her what to do.
“People spend too much time finding other people to blame, too much energy finding excuses for not being what they are capable of being,” Khloe recently said, continuing to go off as follows:
“People these days are focused so much on someone else’s life instead of their own.
“They love to give advice but are not living the advice that they are offering. Most of the ones giving advice are in no place to give anything at all. Focus on your own world.
“I’m sure there’s cracks there that need your attention. We all got em.”
In conclusion?
“Misery loves company,” Khloe wrote of various social media users.
“People can’t stand for someone else to flourish and be happy. Nowadays people thrive off ones downfall rather than their success. Sadly.”
