Britney Spears Ordered to Pay Six Figures to Kevin Federline
Earlier this year, Kevin Federline demanded that Britney Spears give him more child support. He claims that as their two sons grow older, $ 20,000 per month is no longer enough.
Now, Britney has been ordered to pay out $ 110,000 to her ex.
And she could be on the hook to pay out much, much more.
Of the ordered payout$ 110,000, $ 100,000 will go to cover Federline’s legal expenses, including services and fees.
$ 10,000 will be given to Benchmark Resolution Group, court documents reveal.
All things considered, since Federline requested that she pay the costs that he was already anticipating — including $ 250,000 in attorney’s fees and $ 100,000 for forensic accounting, this could have been worse.
But this order isn’t a resolution to their ongoing disagreement about child support payments.
“We tried to see if we could voluntarily come to an agreement on what the increased number of child support would be,” Federline’s legal team tells E!
“And,” the attorney laments. “In the process for doing that, [Britney’s team] came back with several conditions that were not acceptable.”
“As a result,” Federline’s attorney says. “Kevin had to file a formal request that the court determine what the appropriate amount for child support is.”
That’s generally how disputes about child support payments are settled.
“If the court decides that this should be a reasonable needs order,” Federline’s attorney shares. “Then we’re going to use expert testimony to establish what the reasonable needs are of the minor children.”
It should be very interesting to see an itemized list that will explain why two middle school aged boys with no special health issues are so expensive that they cost more than $ 20,000 per month.
“This was an initial contributive payment,” the attorney says of this $ 110,000 payment that the court ordered.
“If Britney and the conservators continue to fight tooth and nail about turning over any financial information,” Federline’s attorney threatens. “This will not be the last fee order they’re ordered to pay me on Kevin’s behalf.”
“It’s puzzling why they’re putting so much energy into fighting the disclosure of her finances,” Team Federline says. “But I’m not deterred.”
It sounds like Federline’s team is going ot look into what Britney spends on her sons, directly and indirectly, and argue that Kevin Federline should get that much.
Federline’s team is confident that they will get what they’re looking for.
“We will get there eventually,” Federline’s attorney says. “It’s just a question of how much they want to cost themselves creating speed bumps on the road to the ultimate destination.”
He sounds very sure of himself. But that’s kind of his job.
“The next few hearings,” he continues. “They will be reporting to a private settlement judge.”
Federline’s attorney concludes: “The private judge will help resolve any discovery issues to see whether or not he can get the parties to agree on some interim findings that would avoid all-out, hand-to-hand litigation combat.”
Obviously, no matter what arguments are made in court, no one should look at Sean Preston or Jayden as somehow demanding more cash. This is a dispute between their parents.
Similarly, it is Federline’s attorney’s sworn duty to try to squeeze every cent out of Britney that he can. He’s just doing his job.
Though many believe that he’s hoping for extra cash to support his multiple other children, Federline’s argument does make some sense.
We’re not sure how the boys getting older somehow costs more than $ 20,000 a month, especially since Federline does not have them all of the time.
But it is true that both Kevin Federline and Britney Spears are in different financial situations than they were about a decade ago, when the child support arrangements were made.
An updated child support arrangement could cost Britney major cash.

Khloe Kardashian: Ordered Back to Los Angeles by Her Family!
Khloe Kardashian did her best to enjoy Memorial Day Weekend just a few days ago.
She really did.
The reality star shared multiple precious photos of herself and her daughter on Snapchat, for example, one of which featured Khloe in the obligatory red, white and blue.
In another Tweet, meanwhile, Kardashian posted an old picture of her firstborn, including with it a caption that marveled over both motherhood and how quickly times goes by.
“I sometimes, still can’t believe im a mommy!!! I’m so so thankful for such a blessing!! True is the sweetest ever! I got my bestie for life!” wrote a very excited and very happy Khloe.
She added: “Thank you Jesus for my angel.”
And then, in regard to the picture below, Kardashian wrote:
My baby bunny. She was only 2 weeks in this pic. Why is the time flying!! She will be 7 weeks tomorrow.
So… everything seems very good with Khloe, doesn’t it?
She’s clearly loving this whole parenting thing, right?
But there’s still the whole issue of Tristan Thompson and how he cheated on her many times and whether or not she’s finally ready to dump his sorry ass.
Despite some strong hints that she’s prepared to walk away, Khloe has not yet come right out and said she’s moving away from Cleveland and putting that romance in her rearview mirror.
Much to the chagrin of her famous family members.
“Everyone is understanding of her situation and they are all trying to be there for her, but obviously want her home,” a source told E! News this week, adding:
“They are letting her have her space in Cleveland and keep her routine, but wish they could have more moments together as a family unit and have True around more.”
Khloe moved to Ohio a few weeks prior to giving birth.
The move was always meant to be temporary, even before news of Thompson’s cheating scandal broke.
She’s now been there for about three months and no one knows when or if she’ll go back to California full-time.
“Everyone hopes she will come back to Los Angeles once True is a little older,” this E! News insider concludes.
Still, it’s unclear if Kardashian agrees… although it’s very clear she’s sick of strangers telling her what to do.
“People spend too much time finding other people to blame, too much energy finding excuses for not being what they are capable of being,” Khloe recently said, continuing to go off as follows:
“People these days are focused so much on someone else’s life instead of their own.
“They love to give advice but are not living the advice that they are offering. Most of the ones giving advice are in no place to give anything at all. Focus on your own world.
“I’m sure there’s cracks there that need your attention. We all got em.”
In conclusion?
“Misery loves company,” Khloe wrote of various social media users.
“People can’t stand for someone else to flourish and be happy. Nowadays people thrive off ones downfall rather than their success. Sadly.”

Paris Jackson: Ordered By Grandparents to Dump Cara Delevingne?
Last month, we reported that Paris Jackson and Cara Delevingne are dating.
There still hasn’t been an official announcement from the couple, but it’s pretty clear from their recent public outings that Paris and Cara are an item.
And unfortunately, it seems not everyone is thrilled with the news.
According to Radar Online, Paris’ beloved grandparents, Joe and Katherine Jackson, have made it quite clear that they do not approve of her relationship with Cara.
“Joe and Katherine are mortified by Paris’ romance with Cara because it goes against everything they believe, which is that a woman should be with a man,” an insider tells the site.
Yes, it seems Joe and Katherine’s disapproval is the result of old-fashioned homophobia.
But they also have some backup rationales on deck, because apparently wanting “what’s best” for Paris means making absolutely certain that she’s unhappy.
“They both love Paris so much and they want what’s best for her, but they feel that Cara’s fast-paced lifestyle is too much for her,” the source adds.
Sounds like they’re ready to use Paris’ struggles with addiction to justify why she shouldn’t be with someone who enjoys clubbing as much as Cara.
The problem with that is, while Cara does seem to enjoy partying, there’s no indication that her definition of the word involves drinking or drugs.
We’re not saying she’s completely straight-edge, but the woman is photographed extensively just about everytime she leaves the club, and we can’t recall a time she was caught slurring or stumbling.
Fortunately, Paris is having none of Joe and Katherine’s nonsense:
“Paris isn’t listening to anyone when it comes to her relationship with Cara,” the source says.
“She is following her heart and believes that Paris is the one she is meant to be with.”
Yes, apparently things are really moving that quickly.
The source says Paris feels a freedom with Cara that she’s never known before.
“Paris is able to be herself around Cara, and that is refreshing to her,” the insider adds.
“People around her think she’s fallen completely in love.”
So it sounds like old Joe Jackson won’t be getting his way, but don’t feel too bad for the guy.
After all, he’s 1. a huge bigot, and 2. a terrible person beyond that.
So really, this is just a win-win for everyone involved.
Except for Joe. But Joe sucks.
