Aaron Rodgers: Stop Asking Me About The Bachelorette!

Training for the 2016-2017 NFL season has kicked off in Green Bay, Wisconsin, but who wants to talk football when The Bachelorette is on???

Packers quarterbacks Aaron Rodgers was asked about the show by WISN 12 sports reporter Stephanie Sutton, particularly about his non-relationship with estranged brother and contestant Jordan Rodgers.

“I haven’t seen the show, to be honest with you, so it hasn’t really affected me a whole lot,” Aaron, 32, said.

Translation: “Did you seriously just ask me that question?”

Jordan recently revealed that he and Aaron aren’t on the best of terms, going so far as to call their brotherly bond “complicated.”

When pressed further on Tuesday, Aaron didn’t care to elaborate.  

Instead, he just said, “As far as those kinds of things go, I’ve always found that it’s a little inappropriate to talk publicly about some family matters, so I’m just — I’m not going to speak on those things, but I wish him well in the competition.”

Meanwhile, Jordan and Aaron’s oldest brother, Luke are more than happy to publicly discuss the family rift.

“It pains both of us like, not to have that relationship [with Aaron] – we miss our brother,” Luke said on one episode

“I trust that God brings things full circle and that everything would just get back to us being a family.”

The two brothers stressed on camera that they don’t want their famous brother to “be a topic,” but to be able to share this budding relationship with Aaron is something Jordan wants.

 “I miss my brother a lot” Jordan said.

“Especially in moments like this because my family means so much.”

Jordan and Aaron have been estranged for years, according to reports, though no one knows why.

“I have no idea nor could I even imagine why Aaron wouldn’t want to be part of their lives.” Bachelorette JoJo Fletcher said on the July 18th episode, which featured a visit to Jordan’s hometown of Chico, CA

Taylor Swift: Asking Instagram For Help Dealing With Haters?

The past two weeks have seen one PR nightmare after another for Taylor Swift.

In the wake of being called out by Kim Kardashian and slammed in an angry Twitter rant by Calvin Harris, the singer disappeared from social media altogether for a few days.

Taylor returned to Instagram over the weekend, but it seems that after wishing her friend Selena Gomez a happy birthday, she made another quick exit.

Sources claim Taylor didn’t like what she saw when she waded back into those dangerous waters, and we can’t say we blame her.

No, we’re not talking about the photo of Kim and Calvin Harris that went viral last night (although she probably wasn’t thrilled by the sight of that either), we’re talking about the slithering banes of Indiana Jones’ existence:

Yes, snakes.

Or more specifically, snake Emojis, which were just about the only thing you’d see in the comments section of Taylor’s IG page last week:

It seems fans of Calvin, Kim and Katy Perry (along with people who just flat-out don’t like Taylor) have been flooding her comments with a biblical plague of slithering serpents.

But while us average shmoes just have to suck it up when we get hated on by online haters, Taylor gets to contact the bigwigs who run Instagram and have the situation dealt with.

According to the Daily Mail, Swift’s people have been given a special tool to block the snakes and other disparaging comments.

Hilariously, this has resulted in yet another public backlash for Swift, as many IG users are pissed that she’s receiving special treatment from the site, while those suffering legitimate harassment or stalking are left to fend for themselves:

“So instagram is just deleting sh-t for Taylor Swift but don’t do nothing when racists harass ppeople and say the n-word.” wrote’ one user.

“Tbh I was there to see some snake emojis,” commented another, along with some laughing smiley faces.

It’s a pretty minor controversy (especially by Swift’s standards these days), but it serves as yet another reminder that the girl who could do no wrong suddenly can’t seem to do anything right.

Calvin Harris: Hanging With Taylor Swift"s Mom, Asking Permission to Propose?!

There was a time when you couldn’t turn around without seeing photos Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris all loved-up together.

Back in October, however, the relationship seemed to cool. 

Calvin was accused of cheating on Taylor (at “happy ending” massage parlors, no less); Taylor went back to spending most of her time with her ever-expanding “squad;” and the couple wasn’t photographer together for over two months.

It was widely assumed that Calvin and Taylor had broken up, and we would soon be treated to an album’s worth of breakup songs in which Taylor likened herself to a discarded and forgotten plaything – a Hobbes to Harris’ Calvin, if you will.

Now, however, in what can only be described as a Swiftmas miracle, Calvin and Taylor have reconciled, and it looks as though they might be ready to take the next step in their relationship.

Several sources have reported that Calvin was in attendance at Taylor’s 26th birthday party last week. 

Even more interesting is the fact that Calvin was spotted in what appeared to be a private conversation with Taylor’s parents.

Naturally, this has led to speculation that he was asking their permission to propose to Taylor, and unlike the many previous rumors about Taylor getting engaged, this one isn’t all that ridiculous.

She’s 26; he’s soon to be 32; they’ve been dating for a decent length of time…

Taylor may pretend she doesn’t care if she ever gets married, but have you listened to her lyrics? that girl was born to squeal at the sight of an impossibly huge princess-cut diamond.

Carson Daly: Stop Asking Me About Gwen and Blake!

Man alive, is this the best picture of November 5th, 2015 or what?

Carson Daly, he who is on the Ryan Seacrest plan of having hundreds of different jobs in different time zones at the same time, knew it was coming after Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton officially confirmed their courtship.

Daly, who hosts The Voice, and works alongside Stefani and Shelton, had Stefani on his radio show on November 2nd to talk about her life after splitting with Gavin Rossdale.

“I don’t have anything to hide,” she told him, according to CBS.

“Everybody knows that I was married forever and now I’m not. So, could you imagine what my life is like right now?”

Last night at the Country Music Awards, Shelton performed his new single, “Gonna” to an audience that included his ex, Miranda Lambert.  Reports claim that Stefani was going to join him at the ceremony, but she was nowhere to be seen…

Stefani and Rossdale finalized their divorce on on October 25th.  

Stefani went on Seacrest’s radio show recently, and refused to directly answer any questions about Shelton, EXCEPT FOR THIS:

“I’m not going to answer that right now, Ryan. I think I’ve given enough of myself this morning to you. But I think he’s hot, don’t you?”
