Ariana Grande: Pete Davidson Is a Selfish Assh-le!

For nearly three weeks after Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson broke up, both parties managed to keep any hard feelings toward one another under wraps.

But last night the dam broke in a big way, confirming earlier reports that Pete and Ariana did not part ways on good terms.

The airing of grievances began in unexpected fashion with a promo for this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live.

Standing alongside host Jonah Hill and musical guest Maggie Rogers, Davidson cracked a joke about his famous tendency to jump the gun when it comes to popping the question.

Take a look:

No doubt it hit a little close to home for Ariana, but ultimately, Davidson himself was the butt of the joke, not Grande

But Ariana didn’t see it that way, and she vented her frustrations on Twitter to the amusement of her massive, largely Pete-hating fan base.

“For somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh … thank u. next,” Grande wrote in a pair of since-deleted tweets.

Ariana

But while that may be the first time Ariana has publicly trash-talked Pete, sources close to the singer say her inner circle has been aware of her feelings toward the comic for quite some time.

“Ariana is straight up tired of Pete talking sh-t. She left him because he is arrogant, self-centered, selfish and an attention-seeking assh-le,” one insider tells Radar Online.

“Everything he is doing right now just confirms to her that she made the right choice.”

“Everyone told Ariana that Pete was using her for his own career gain and this just goes to show that everyone was right,” the source adds.

“Ariana just wants Pete to go away and her family feels the same way. They just want him to get lost.”

While they may not get their wish entirely, it seems Ariana’s decision to speak out against her ex has had the desired effect in one regard.

Production sources at SNL have confirmed that Pete has decided not to go ahead with a sketch planned for this week’s show that would skewer his short-lived relationship with Ariana.

We guess that’s a victory for Team Ari.

Of course, Pete has made a name for himself by mining the more painful aspects of his personal life for material, so you can be sure it won’t ne long before he publicly addresses his A-list romance yet again.

Journalist Slams Anthony Bourdain as "Gaping Assh-le," Gets Savaged on Twitter

The name David Leavitt might not be familiar to you, but there’s a very good chance you’ve seen his awful attempts at humor or insight clogging up your social media feeds.

Many people first became aware of Leavitt when he famously thought the correct way to respond to news of the Manchester bombing that claimed 22 lives was to make jokes at the expense of Ariana Grande.

“MULTIPLE CONFIRMED FATALITIES at Manchester Arena,” Leavitt tweeted.

“The last time I listened to Ariana Grande I almost died too.”

And folks, the rib-ticklers didn’t end there.

In response to criticism, Leavitt decided to keep his “dad-joke night in the Catskills” routine going by tweeting:

“Honestly, for over a year, I thought an Ariana Grande was something you ordered from Starbucks.”

Leavitt was swiftly and rightly roasted to a crisp on that memorable occasion, and while most people would’ve taken their licks and then happily limped back into obscurity, it seems he’s fallen in love with his new career as a professional troll.

As you’ve likely heard by now, the world awoke today to news that beloved chef, writer, and television personality Anthony Bourdain passed away.

It’s difficult to think of an international celebrity who cultivated such an intimate relationship with his fans, and millions are mourning a death that feels more personal than the passing of most public figures.

So leave it to Leavitt to solidify his reputation as the world’s most tone-deaf dumbass by thinking today would be a good day to settle his long-simmering feud with Bourdain.

In the wake of the Manchester incident, Bourdain was one of thousands who pointed out to Leavitt that he’s the very worst kind of person.

“You, sir, are truly a steaming, gaping,” Bourdain tweeted with his trademark candor.

When Anthony Bourdain describes you as a piece of anatomy he wouldn’t eat on the Mekong Delta in front of a camera crew, you know you effed up, and it seems Leavitt really took the insult to heart.

“Selfishly taking your own life and hurting your friends and family makes you the steaming, gaping asshole Anthony Bourdain,” Leavitt tweeted this afternoon.

He then doubled down by

“You don’t go to heaven when you kill yourself. It’s incredibly selfish. Don’t do it,” he tweeted, adding:

If you’re religious, then you believe there’s a special place in hell or purgatory for people like Anthony Bourdain who take their own lives.

Leavitt then attempted to score points on Kate Spade’s suicide, accusing the late designer of courting depression by chasing “material goods and ego boosts.”

After being ratioed within an inch of his life and losing over 1,000 followers in an hour, Leavitt attempted to backtrack and play the old “actually, I’m more affected by this tragedy than you are” card.

“A couple close friends have taken their lives,” he tweeted.

“That’s why I’m opinionated on this.”

It’s hard to know what to say when a life as big and bold as Anthony Bourdain’s ends in such a tragic fashion, so we’ll just encourage you to call the National Suicide Prevention hotline at 1-800-273-8255 if you’re plagued by thoughts of self harm.

Oh, and don’t follow David Leavitt on Twitter.

That’s just sound advice for everyone.

Stassi Schroeder Calls Lala Kent an "Assh-le," Is Correct in That Assessment

You’ve gotta hand it to Lala Kent.

We didn’t think anyone could misunderstand the point and purpose of reality television more than the Teen Mom stars who can’t fathom why producers need to film, like, totes personal stuff, but Lala found a way.

Kent quit Vanderpump Rules before the show’s fifth season premiere, reportedly because she was upset over scrutiny of her love life.

Having joined the show in its fourth season, one would think she would’ve watched the first 48 episodes and gotten a sense of the extent to which producers explore the cast’s romantic conflicts, but apparently her pre-sugar daddy budget didn’t leave room for Amazon Prime.

(Side note: watch Vanderpump Rules online at TV Fanatic! You’ll be better informed about the cast’s past than both Lala and Brittany Cartwright, who, in fairness, should never, ever watch the reruns for the sake of her relationship.)

Anyway, it seems many of the show’s viewers are similarly clueless as to the difference between reality TV and actual reality.

(We assume they voted for Trump for the same reason you hope the most jerk-ass contestant doesn’t get kicked off The Bachelorette).

Some of these folks took to social media to lambaste Stassi Schroeder, Katie Maloney, et al. over what they saw as nosiness from a bunch of co-workers (and co-workers’ friends) at a WeHo restaurant.

But if you think that Lala simply took a hostessing gig and wound up plugged into a drama-heavy circle of friends, we encourage you not to breed.

Kent knew what she was signing on for, and she bounced from the scene the second she realized that there’s a lot she doesn’t want the world to know about her personal life.

Stassi called Lala out for her hypocrisy on Twitter last week, pointing out that asking her co-stars to sign a non-disclosure agreement was the gross contract violation that could potentially threaten the future of the show.

Lala persisted in playing the victim, responding on Monday (better late than never) that the cast had slut-shamed her, and referring to them as “disgusting human beings.”

She followed that up yesterday, by gleefully tweeting about Stassi’s sex tape, which stripped her slut-shaming defense of any credibility.

Continuing what’s quickly becoming one of the more entertaining online feuds in recent memory, Stassi responded in a recent interview with Us Weekly, reminding fans that long before the sugar daddy talk, Kent made a game out of bullying and harassing Katie:

“Of course we had our issues with Lala, because Lala was an a–hole to Katie,” Schroeder told the magazine.

“[She was] an a–hole!” Stassi reiterated.

“And when I see someone hurting my friends, I make it my mission to destroy them.”

Asked how she and the rest of the cast responded to the news that Lala had quit the show, Stassi replied:

“I think we all threw a party, honestly.”

We’d say let’s go ahead and get a #LalaKentIsOverParty hashtag trending on Twitter, but Lala Kent never began.
