Stassi Schroeder Introduces New Boyfriend Beau Clark: He"s Not a Douche!

If you’ve been watching the current season of Vanderpump Rules, you know that former SUR girl and reigning controversy queen Stassi Schroeder is having a tough go of it.

Granted, many of Stassi’s problems are self-created, but it’s still jarring to see the former queen bee take such a tumble from the top of the social ladder.

The past two weeks have been particularly rough for Stassi due to allegations of racism from Ariana Madix and some bizarre photos that refuse to go away.

(Pro tip: Even if dressing in “Nazi chic” is your idea of a good gag, maybe don’t post the pics on social media.)

Like we said, she’s not exactly on top this season, and her situation is made worse by the fact that she’s dating a total douche.

In real life, Patrick Meagher dumped Stassi on what would have been their fourth anniversary (like we said, douche), but when Vanderpump Season 6 was filmed, they were very much still dating. 

Which means we’ve been subjected to levels of mansplaining and cliched bumper sticker-slogan philosophy to make Joel Osteen blush.

(Side note: Between Stassi dating Patrick and Scheana dating Robert Valletta, is it just us, or do these women really go in for some cheesy Danny Tanner types.)

“I am in a relationship right now,” Stassi confirmed to Andy Cohen on Monday.

Now, we know who Stassi is dating, and it seems that after a dating past that includes Patrick and the likes of Jax Taylor, it seems Stassi has broken the cycle with a non-douche.

“It is very new, but they are exclusive,” an insider revealed to E! News.

“Stassi is happy that she didn’t have to use a dating app and met him organically through her best friends.”

The source adds:

“Beau is very social and likable within his friend group, and that’s why Katie [Maloney] and Kristen [Doute] thought he would be a good match for her.”

Is seems Beau possesses the two most important traits for any human being – a sense of humor and a love of dogs:

“Stassi thinks he’s hilarious, and they both share similar humor,” the insider continued.

“They have been spending a lot of time together, and he stays at her apartment often. They both bond over their obsession with their dogs. Beau has slowly been introduced to the Vanderpump circle and there have been no issues yet.”

Stassi was reluctant to speak about Beau when speaking to Cohen, but she did have some kind parting words for Meagher:

“He’s a wonderful person and whoever he finds is a really lucky woman,” she said.

“He’s just not right for me. Once you try twice, like give it two really good shots, you’re not supposed to be together.”

Is it possible that the cast of VPR is … growing up?!

Hallie Biden, Widow of Beau Biden, is Dating Brother-in-Law

For the record, we are not passing judgment on anyone involved in the following article.

We’re simply relaying details of a story that is trending online and which may be of interest to our readers.

And that story is this:

Hallie Biden, the widow of Joe Biden’s late son Beau Biden, has started a romance with Beau’s brother Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s younger son.

Hallie and Hunter, of course, were brother-in-law and sister-in-law when Beau was still alive.

The 46-year old tragically died of brain cancer in 2015.

Hunter, who is pictured below, shares three daughters with estranged wife Kathleen. The two have been separated for awhile.

In a statement to Page Six on Wednesday, Hunter acknowledged the relationship and said the following:

“Hallie and I are incredibly lucky to have found the love and support we have for each other in such a difficult time, and that’s been obvious to the people who love us most.

“We’ve been so lucky to have family and friends who have supported us every step of the way.”

Former Vice President Biden has also confirmed the relationship to The New York Post, saying that he and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, have given their blessing to the Hallie and Hunter.

“We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie found each other as they were putting their lives together again after such sadness,” the Bidens said, adding:

“They have mine and Jill’s full and complete support and we are happy for them.”

Hunter is an attorney; he and Kathleen got married in 2002 and separated in October 2015, five months after former Delaware attorney general Beau’s death.

Beau and Hallie have two children, a daughter named Natalie and a son actually named Hunter.

Kathleen, meanwhile, who serves as the chairwoman of the Washington, DC-based Eleanor Roosevelt Dialogue, has not yet commented on the situation. 

As for Hunter Biden, a few tidbits of note:

• He was discharged from the U.S Navy Reserve in 2014 after testing positive for cocaine.


• His mother, Neilia Hunter, and younger sister, Naomi Biden, were killed in a car accident in 1972. Hunter and his brother Beau survived the crash, but were seriously injured.


• He earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.

We wish Haille and Hunter happiness in their relationship.

Does this seem like an awkward and less-than-ideal situation? Yes.

But we have no idea what it feels like to lose a brother and/or a husband.

If these two found comfort in each other and that comfort led them to this place, who are we to judge?

Kaley Cuoco: "So Happy" With Beau Karl Cook, Not Engaged...Yet

Kaley Cuoco is a hopeless romantic, if her stories about dates with boyfriend Karl Cook are any indication.

Cuoco, 30, recently spoke to People Magazine while promoting a new partnership between Visa and Uber, and things got adorable once talk turned to romance.

Cuoco and Cook are both equestrians, so a lot of what they do centers around horses.  

Their schedules don’t allow for many dream dates, but whenever they do, Cuoco and Cook try to set the scene for a fairy tale evening.

“It’s funny, he’s either the one riding or it’s me, so we’re rarely doing it together,” Cuoco told People.

“But recently we did go on a little trail ride date. It was adorable. We hadn’t really done that yet. One is usually cheering for the other so that was kind of cute to go out together.

“We totally held hands. It was very dorky!”

And yes, they actually rode off into the sunset, which Cuoco deemed a “storybook ending” to their date.

Rumors began to circulate recently that Cook had proposed to Cuoco after an Instagram showed The Big Bang Theory star wearing a ring on that finger.

Cuoco finalized her divorce from tennis player Ryan Sweeting back in May after marrying him in December 2013.  Us Weekly reported that Sweeting’s addiction to painkillers caused the split.

After separating from Sweeting, Cuoco dated Arrow star Paul Blackthorne, 46.  However, Cook is the first man since Sweeting that Cuoco has been open about.

“When you share something so special, some sort of connection – for us, it’s horses, but anything two people share – you have that common goal and you know that you want the same things in life, day to day, and in the future,” Cuoco told People.

“It just sets you on a better path. Having a lot in common is really important and we definitely have a lot in common. I think that that’s what makes us so strong and really happy.”
