Big Brother Recap: Changing The Rules

Big Brother decided to change things up and it resulted in a mediocre hour.

We started things off with Tiffany very annoyed with the way Da’vonne acted at the nominations ceremony. Anyone would be at least a little miffed if someone tried to hit them.

BB18 Julie

In Tiffany’s case, Da’vonne tried to hit her with her hair. It was hilarious to watch it play out, but it was pretty malicious.

Da’vonne is a catty person and that’s what sealed her fate last year. She needs to change her game play right now if she wants to stay in the house. Time is running out for her.

Paulie was not impressed with the way she just ditched her alliance members. How did she know she was safe if she didn’t check with them?

Her big speech to James about taking the showmances out of the game was a big red flag. Does she not know that James is in a showmance with Natalie?

Does she even pay any damn attention?

We really don’t get to see much of Natalie on the show, but apparently she and James are super happy together. That takes the showmance count to three!

The petty argument between James and Natalie was cute and all, but Natalie seems like she’s only in there for a relationship.

Does she not realize there’s a prize at stake? Maybe that’s why she’s hanging around James.

She was up for eviction this week, but she didn’t seem concerned enough to fight for safety. It’s all pretty silly and there are much more deserving people who should have her place.

James needs to try and win the HOH if he has any chance of keeping Natalie in the house. There’s only so long that she can float on by and people are already realizing that she’s floating.

Tiffany revealed to Nicole that Da’vonne was a snake and this forced Nicole to contemplate taking Da’vonne out of the game.

Funnily enough, she was on the same page as Corey, but there was no way that Paulie was allowing the chance to take Tiffany out go past them again.

Nicole worked hard to save her last week, but it just didn’t work out this time.

Tiffany was evicted.

Her interview was pretty interesting. She let us know the finer details of her game.

I really hope she’s the one to go back in the house. It’s pretty obvious who her target would be.

Da’vonne’s goodbye message was hilarious. Nothing like sticking the knife in a little further. Could you imagine what Da’vonne will do if Tiffany returns?

There was no HOH competition tonight. Everything appeared to be delayed because of the Battle Back competition that will take place tomorrow night in a special Friday airing of the veteran reality series.

Julie also notified the house that they are no longer playing as teams and that the Big Brother Road Kill is officially over.

This should change the game considerably as it will now be much easier to get someone out of the game.

We also got to catch up with the four former evicted houseguests and they were just as obnoxious as before.

If Jozea goes back in, I might just stop watching.

He most definitely is not “the messiah.”

How will the house react to the potential of someone returning?

Kris Jenner: I"m Changing My Name Back to Kardashian!

Kris Jenner has reached that level of fame where her name is a commodity all its own.

At this point, she could probably just pull a Cher and go the mono-name route if she wanted to (though that might be kinda weird, as it wasn"t that long ago that she wasn"t the only Kris in the family).

But Kris isn"t planning to become "Just Kris" anytime soon.

It seems she does, however, plan to change her famous name in the very near future.

In the deleted Keeping Up With the Kardashians scene below, Kris stuns Khloe by revealing that she plans to officially rejoin the Kard clan:

"I"m going to change my name back to Kardashian," says the 60-year-old matriarch.

Khloe rightly points out that if Kris wants to change her name as a result of her divorce, it would make more sense for her to return to her maiden name.

"Why? You haven"t been that in over 24 years," Khloe says.

"I was that before you were that," Kris explains. "I was the original Kardashian."

Well, technically the original Kardashian (at least as far as living Kardashians are cocerned) would be Robert, Sr., whom Kris cheated on and kicked to the curb.

So yeah, in that sense, it is a little strange (some would say downright disrespectful) for her to change her name back to Kardashian.

But in another sense, she"s had as much a role in building the Kardashian empire as anyone, and we could see why she"d want the whole world to know she"s a part of the brand.

Yes, at 60, Kris Jenner is planning to change her name because she feels that she just doesn"t get enough attention from the public.

Watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online to appease Kris before her ego consumes us all.

Miley Cyrus: Changing Her Personality For Liam Hemsworth?

It’s been two months since we first learned that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are back together, and while Miley has remained her usual bonkers self on social media, one tabloid is claiming she’s become a very different person at home.

“[Miley] has been cooking and cleaning for Liam, waiting on him hand and foot,” a source close to the couple tells Us Weekly, and while there’s certainly nothing wrong with the singer playing house like some sort of stoned June Cleaver, it’s her alleged reason for becoming domesticated that’s a bit unsettling:

“She wants to make sure she keeps him,” says the insider.

As you probably know, Miley and Liam’s relationship has fizzled out once before, and this isn’t the first report of the 23-year-old changing her ways in order keep it from happening again.

There have even been rumors about Miley getting pregnant in order to “trap” Liam.

While we seriously doubt she’d ever take it that far, we could see how having endured a painful breakup with the same guy once before might make Miley a bit nervous about the prospect of things ending badly again.

Unfortunately, the source claims that Miley’s even gone so far as to ditch her friends in order to keep Liam happy:

“She either doesn’t answer their calls or says she’s not going out,” says the insider. “Liam never liked that she got crazy, so Miley’s making big changes. She doesn’t want to screw it up.”

Still no official word on whether or not there’s any truth to the rumors of Miley and Liam getting engaged, but if she really is losing touch who she is because of this dude, we’re hoping he never puts a ring on it.

Yolanda Foster: I"m Changing My Name!

Unlike many divorced women, Yolanda Foster has decided that her ex-husband, David"s last name doesn"t suit her anymore.

So, the Dutch model asked her three children – Gigi, Bella and Anwar what to do.

"I talked about it with the kids," Yolanda told Andy Cohen on February 16th"s Watch What Happens Live.

"I never dropped the name Hadid, because I have three children with that last name, and I asked the kids, "Should I go back to van den Herik?" and they said, "No! You"re our mommy and we have the same last name.’"

Yolanda"s social handles are still "Foster," since she explained to Cohen that she just made the decision the previous day.

The interview also involved more of the same: Lisa Rinna, Munchausen Syndrome and an apology that simply wasn"t enough for Foster.

"Yolanda Hadid Foster was on a mission, and her mission was to try to nail me to the wall with what she thought to be the facts," Rinna wrote on her blog after last night"s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"It’s obvious that she has it in her head that I am labeling her with Munchausen since she said numerous times that I am labeling her. In reality, what I did was inform her that she has already been questioned and labeled by others in our community.

"Big, big difference there. She then proceeded to read to all of us what Munchausen by proxy was. Again, big BIG difference as that was never once up for discussion between any of us."

Creating a storyline for her illness might have been a mistake for Foster/Hadid, since the others have taken it upon themselves to blow it way, way out of proportion.

I miss the days of arguing over a Maloof Hoof.
