Logan Paul to Face Further "Consequences" for Horrible Suicide Video?

After filming a controversial video of himself and his friends in the woods of Japan last month, Logan Paul may think he’s faced all the backlash he’s going to face.

But it turns out the lame social media star is not, well… out of the woods.

Not yet at least.

A week ago, Paul issued his first of two apologies after uploading footage taken at Japan’s infamous “suicide forest” near the base of Mt. Fuji.

The footage featured an actual dead body, the result from a man tragically hanging himself, about which Paul joked.

He also hovered over the corpse from close up and came across like an insensitive, offensive, total loser of a creep.

The video sparked debate about the role of someone such as Paul in society, as he isn’t just known for going to extreme lengths online in order to rack up hits and views…

… he’s also become a multi-millionaire for these kinds of attention-seeking stunts.

After taking down the video amidst an avalanche of criticism, Paul initially said the following:

“I’m a human being. I make mistakes…

“I didn’t do it for views. I get views. I did it because I thought I could make a positive ripple on the Internet, not cause a monsoon of negativity. That’s never the intention.”

He concluded at this time:

“I was misguided by shock and awe, as portrayed in the video. I still am.”

Perhaps aware that he came across like a douchebag after this mea culpa, Paul later tried again (with a video he monetized), saying on camera:

“I have made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgment, and I don’t expect to be forgiven. I’m simply here to apologize.

“I should’ve never posted the video. I should’ve put the cameras down and stopped recording what we were going through.

“There’s a lot of things I should’ve done differently, but I didn’t and for that, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry.”

Paul went on to say he needed to “reflect” on life and that he was taking a hiatus from social media.

No one out there really thinks much will change, though; regarding Paul and/or regarding YouTube accepting him as a member of its platform.

He’ll keep churning out dumb content and YouTube will keep making money off it.

Perhaps aware that its reputation has taken a hit as part of this controversy, the company has released a new statement on the topic.

Via an “open letter our community” late on Tuesday, YouTube wrote the following:

“Many of you have been frustrated with our lack of communication recently. You’re right to be. You deserve to know what’s going on.

“It’s taken us a long time to respond, but we’ve been listening to everything you’ve been saying.

“We know that the actions of one creator can affect the entire community, so we’ll have more to share soon on steps we’re taking to ensure a video like this is never circulated again.”

The platform continued by defending its decision to remove the clip from its website and added:

“The channel violated our community guidelines, we acted accordingly, and we are looking at further consequences.”

What might this mean?

Could Logan Paul really get the permanent boot?

We can’t imagine so.

But maybe he won’t be able to profit off such filth ever again.

Concluded YouTube’s latest take on the issue:

“We expect more of the creators who build their community on YouTube, as we’re sure you do too …

“We’ll have more to share soon on steps we’re taking to ensure a video like this is never circulated again.”

We’ll see what happens from here.

Tori Spelling Owes Bank Over $200,000; Falls Further into Debt

It seems like every time you turn around, Tori Spelling is facing another lawsuit for not paying someone an enormous amount of money.

And, well, that’s because it’s true.

For the past several months, Tori and her husband, Dean McDermott, have been hit with one lawsuit after another, all because they are absolutely incapable of being responsible with money.

We know that they’re in trouble with the IRS, since they reportedly haven’t paid taxes in years.

Last July, we learned that they owed the government over $ 700,000 in taxes, just for 2014.

In addition to their IRS issues, Tori and Dean have been sued by their credit card company, American Express.

Twice.

Back in October, Tori was ordered to pay her overdue balance of nearly $ 38,000, and then in November, she was sued for an additional $ 87,000.

On top of all that, Dean owes his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace, thousands of dollars in unpaid child support.

He owed her so much money that he nearly went to jail over the case.

Oh, and they also have five children, including a brand new baby they welcomed in March.

Sounds like things can’t get any worse, right?

If you think that, you obviously don’t have enough faith in Tori Spelling’s ability to fail.

Now, in addition to the tax stuff, the credit card lawsuits, and the serious issue with the child support, Tori and Dean owe their bank $ 220,000.

What a nightmare. A terrifying but completely preventable nightmare.

Tori and Dean have been dealing with City National Bank for a while now, since they neglected to pay off a $ 400,000 loan from 2010.

They still owe $ 185,714 on the loan, as well as around $ 3,000 extra in interest and late charges.

The bank also sued for an additional $ 17,149, which is the amount Tori overdrew back in September.

Remember back in college when you overdrew your account by a few dollars and freaked because of the overdraft fees?

These are obviously lessons that Tori has never learned.

Tori and Dean were required to come to court on May 22nd to respond to the lawsuit, but they didn’t, and that’s how the bank got their $ 220,000 default judgement.

It’s hard to calculate exactly how much debt these two are in right now, but it’s probably safe to say that it’s a whole, whole lot.

Those storage units hardly seem worth it now, huh, Tori?

Jonathan Cheban: Further Proof Kim"s Bestie Is THE WORST

Prepare yourselves.

Jonathan Cheban’s only claim to fame is that he’s Kim Kardashian’s stage-five clinger “best friend,” and to prove it he took part in the most obnoxious, spoiled and self-important interview I think I’ve ever read.

Fishwrapper found the piece, conducted by New You, in which Cheban welcomed the journalist into an office at Trump Tower in New York.

Cheban, 41, will soon make history as having the douchiest job on planet earth, when The International School of New York opens its doors to the future 1%.

“This is another project I am working on,” Cheban said.

“I am developing the entire pop culture program for this school here in the Trump Tower. Wealthy kids from all over the world will learn things about private aviation, social media, quality of diamonds, types of caviar, mixed in with economics and other fundamental undergrad and grad classes. This is the social stuff you need to know to survive in a city like this with a lot of money. If you are buying a diamond you need to know the clarity and if you are buying a private jet you need to know the different leathers and seats. I’ll basically be the Dean of Pop Culture at the school.”

I hate this guy.

Cheban boasts about being very “in the know,” and claims to be developing a TV show that is Lifestyles Of The Rich and Famous for young, cool people.

“Did you ever watch Guy Fieri’s show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives? This is the opposite,” Cheban explained of his proposed program.

“People want to know where Beyoncé sits at a hot restaurant. It’s not about billion dollar houses; no one cares about that. They want to know where the hot stuff is and nobody knows better than me. I live it!”

Old people are, like, the worst, according to Cheban.  Youth is his tonic.

“I can get inspired from them because they are in the streets, not older people who have knowledge which is useless now. It’s all about social media and he has made the streets most relevant,” he proclaimed.

Cheban got his start in PR after working for a New York publicist who was asked to throw Sean Combs a party in the late ’90s, but declined.

So, Cheban blew that popsicle stand and started his own company, taking on Combs as his first client and declaring Jennifer Lopez a lame coattail-rider (a bold statement, coming from him).

“I feel it’s all because of Diddy and Benny Medina that J.Lo is J.Lo today. She could have been just another boring singer,” Cheban said.

What’s an interview with this guy without the mention of his golden goose, Kim.

“Everyone wants to be like Kim even if they aren’t gorgeous. They will try in their own version to dress like her,” Cheban pointed out.

“She’s very aspirational because she is a regular girl; she’s not a movie star. There are more seasons of the Kardashians than I Love Lucy. She’s a TV star. This also drives me nuts about people saying, ‘Why is she famous?’ If you have a TV show for 20 seasons in 180 countries, you would be famous as well, but you do not.”
