Isabel Rock Involved in Near-Fatal Car Crash

Isabel Rock says she is lucky to be alive.

The fiancee of former Little People, Big World star has provided Instagram followers with an update on her life…

… and it’s a doozy!

“Today I got in my third car accident,” Rock wrote on social media Monday, prior to delving into further troubling detail as follows:

“Somebody pulled out to turn and went into the furthest lane instead of the lane closest to them. Of course, I tried my best to avoid them but they hit my driver door anyway and threw me into the ditch.”

Whoa there.

YIKES!

Thankfully, Isabel sounds like she’s alright. Physically, at least.

“I am okay, a little sore; my car is not, but my little car potentially saved my life. My entire door ended up coming off and the car is likely totaled,” she added.

Rock and Roloff will be getting married on September 7, 2019.

They got engaged last December following many years of dating.

The two basically spend all of their time traveling around the Pacific Northwest.

They constantly share photos of themselve enjoying nature, each other and their two adorable dogs.

“It’s really hard not to wonder why these things happen to you in the moment, but part of my growth is trying to find the lesson in everything,” Rock added in her upsetting update.

Isabel, over whom Jacob is constantly gushing, also expressed gratitude for the situation.

It really could have been so much worse.

“I am grateful I was alone in my car, that I didn’t have Jacob with me orr Moose with me like I usually do,” she noted of her fiance and her dog, adding:

““I am grateful that the other person was okay. I am grateful that I’ve walked away from all my car accidents without anything more than a concussion and sore muscles.

“I am grateful that it happened close to home so that both my dad and Jacob could be at my side within minutes of the accident.”

What a great attitude, right?

Neither Rock nor Roloff appears on Little People, Big World.

The latter quit the show over a year ago, dedicating his life far less to television and far more to trying to answer some profound life questions.

He and Isabel seem like a perfect match.

“Counting my blessings today,” she concluded in her post, joking:

“Also kind of convinced the universe doesn’t want me to drive anymore because the odds are stacked against me now.”

We’re just glad Rock walked away from this frightening accident in one, perspective-filled piece.

Jacob Roloff: Gushed Over, Praised by Fiancee Isabel Rock

Last month, Jacob Roloff and Isabel Rock announced their wedding date.

Now, Isabel can’t help but gush about the former Little People, Big World star.

Isabel is telling fans how supportive Jacob is — and revealing how he helps her with her art.

Jacob Roloff Helps Isabel With Her Art

“The man behind the resin pieces,” Isabel Rock gushed on social media alongside a glimpse of Jacob helping with her art.

“I couldn’t have done it without his help,” she admits.

Isabel explains: “If you are not familiar with resin, there are so many steps and tricks and measuring.”

“And,” she continues. “You can’t mess any of it up or you’ll ruin the entire piece.”

Isabel then announces: “Jacob always comes through!”

Isabel wasn’t done praising the love of her life.

“He really is the most helpful and supportive fiance,” she gushes.

Her post ends: “I really love him so much!”

Awww, they’re so cute.

And he has been supportive of her in other ways that do not have to do with her art.

Alongside this tender photo, Isabel recently gushed about how Jacob helped her self-image.

“When I first saw this photo,” Isabel writes. “I was horrified at how chubby my cheeks looked.”

“This beautiful picture, with all of its complexities that make it what it is,” she describes.

“And of course,” Isabel laments. “I zeroed in on the most negative thing I could find.”

“My cheeks are one of Jacob’s favorite things about me,” she reveals.

Cute!

“I’ve had them since birth,” Isabel says of her cheeks. “And apparently, they’re never going away.”

She explains how Jacob’s feedback helped her to appreciate the image.

“Now, with some perspective, I see this photograph as one I will cherish for life,” Isabel writes.

“The way he is looking at me,” she admires. “That perfect Iowa sunset.”

She mentions: “The fact that there were so many deer in a meadow behind us and our dogs were in that same meadow playing ball.”

“Life is a lot like this,” Isabel notes.

A huge part of being a celebrity who posts lowkey thinkpieces to Instagram is drawing larger life lessons from individual photos.

“We tend to hone in on the negatives,” Isabel acknowledges. “It is the way we have trained our brains to work since the beginning.”

“We focus on what we don’t like, what we don’t have, what we wish were different,” Isabel explains.

Isabel continues: “Instead of looking at the whole picture and admiring it for all that it is.”

“I’d like you to join me in training our minds to see things differently,” Isabel invites her followers.

When looking at the world, she says, “we don’t have to see it negatively.”

She suggests that they join her in “Practicing gratitude, daily affirmations, changing our thought patterns,”

“All of these things,” Isabel says. “Can shift our perspective.”

She is absolutely right. Sometimes, the key to changing the way that you think is just daily practice.

Isabel points out that rejecting the natural instinct to focus on the negative can make people’s lives better.

She suggests focusing on this “so that when something bad comes along we can still find the good in it.”

“We can still find the light,” Isabel concludes.

She then follows that post with a couple of tags.

“#worldmentalhealthday,” she writes. “#ilovehimsomuch”

Jacob has been publicly supportive of Isabel’s art, but it’s great to see that he gets involved in the process.

His mother, Amy Roloff, has also shown her support by giving Isabel’s gallery showings a boost on social media.

It is heartwarming to see that Jacob also lends emotional support to Isabel when it comes to loving herself.

Heartwarming, but not surprising — they are, after all, engaged.

Isabel Rock: Pregnant With Jacob Roloff"s Baby?

Prodigal Roloff Jacob and his fiancee Isabel Rock recently had an engagement party with friends and family.

But as those sweet photos came in, fans started to wonder if these two had more to celebrate than just an engagement. Is Izzy pregnant?

Isabel Rock saw the comments and realized that she could no longer stay silent.

People look at her somewhat poofy dresses and they look at her engagement to Jacob.

Is she dressing this way to obscure a baby bump? A number of fans think so.

And given Audrey Roloff’s passive-aggressive Instagram post about pre-marital sex that came right after news of Jacob’s engagement, it’s easy to see how the two might be related.

The below image shows that Isabel sees people’s comments and is responding to the speculation …

… But you get the impression that she’d have loved to have been able to not talk about this.

(For a little while, anyway)

Fans wrote things like:

“Is she pregnant?” and “Either the dress poofed up front or she’s pregnant.”

Take a look at Isabel’s reply:

She says that she is not pregnant, writing:

“I can see my summer bod is coming in nicely.”

She also writes:

“Not pregnant, just eatin’ good.”

A lot of people have figures similar to Isabel’s, but when you’re marrying into a famous family, you unfortunately become the subject of a lot of speculation.

As much as she would have loved to have not acknowledged the speculation, it’s nice that she did.

Hopefully, that speculation is behind her for a little while, and fans can focus on what’s really in these touching photos.

Isabel shared this picture on Instagram, captioning it:

“One of my favorite parts about the day was how much these two, my dad and Jacob’s mom got along.”

She follows that sweet line with a heart eyes emoji.

“Even though Jacob and I have been together for three years, they met for the first time this year.”

She and Jacob have known each other for even longer than that. Not every parent meets their teenage child’s friends’ parents, however.

“More photos because there were just so many and it was such a beautiful day.”

“On Sunday, we had an engagement party and it was a wonderful day full of loved ones.”

This was her caption to yet another set of precious pics.

“We are so incredibly blessed to be walking into this season of life with so many amazing people by our side and endless support.”

They really did seem to have a lot of friends and family as guests.

“My heart wanted to burst all weekend and I cried more than once.”

Tears aren’t just for sad occassions.

“Thank you to those who came, celebrated, and shared your hearts with us on this special day. We love you all so much.”

Awww!

“To my fiance, I just can’t wait to marry you.”

Izzy even drops part of the wedding date in her tag, writing:

“#rockandroloffwedding2019”

As fans looked at photos of Izzy and her friends, some began to wonder if Isabel’s “worldly” friends were the reason that Audrey Roloff skipped the engagement party.

Most people might look at Isabel’s friends and see a normal group of young people, but Audrey has been known to shun fellow members of her “twisted generation.”

So, for example, some wonder if she might avoid a party that includes a woman with facial piercings who runs a nail business that has “666” in the name.

Others, however, think that maybe Audrey was just staying home with sweet baby Ember.

Not everything has to be about drama. We hope.

Amy Roloff Throws Engagement Party for Jacob Roloff and Isabel Rock

Recently, Little People, Big World viewers got to see Amy Roloff celebrate her one-year anniversary with boyfriend Chris Marek. That was a big deal for her.

But an even bigger event for the entire Roloff family is Jacob’s engagement to longtime girlfriend Isabel Rock.

And to celebrate, she’s throwing a party. But who’s not getting an invitation?

Sharing this sweet group photo, Amy Roloff writes:

“I’m excited that my friend Jack is in town. We’ll catch up on life over a little coffee and goodies from Amy Roloff’s Little Kitchen.”

Her fans and followers are not surprised to see that she is monetizing her social media. Some drag her for it, but hey, good for her for making that money.

“Make your get together a little extra special or share with family and friends by ordering today. Enjoy!”

Then she gets down to business, revealing a major family event.

“We’ll be having a party Sunday to celebrate Jacob and Isabel’s engagement.”

That is so sweet!

“Woohoo!”

Now, none of the Roloff’s have been gushing with details or photos of the party.

(It is perfectly okay for celebrities to designate some activities as private occasions, even something as innocuous as an engagement party)

We do know some details.

For example, Isabel Rock shared this detail about the menu on Twitter:

“Our engagement party is on Earth day, so I requested there be no meat.”

Regardless of your opinions on the ethics of meat consumption, we should all acknowledge that the environmental impact from farming livestock can have a hefty impact on the world.

That includes things like widespread antibiotics use on livestock contributing to drug-resistant bacteria. That includes things like waste from livestock being dumped into rivers or sprayed over large areas (yes, really).

It was wonderful of them to consider that. And if you shudder at the idea of a party without any meat on the menu, remember that cake contains zero meat.

Amy Roloff announced the party, so it’s likely that it took place at her house.

(Which is just a stone’s throw from Matt’s home … which, as we’ve mentioned, gets super awkward for the divorced parents)

Obviously, Zach and Tori are going to be there. They’re even in the photo.

It’s likely that Jeremy and Audrey will be there, despite Auj’s alleged feud with Jacob.

(People think that Isabel may have diffused that feud anyway)

And it seems likely that Matt will show up.

What we don’t know is whether significant others like Caryn Chandler or Chris Marek will be invited.

To avoid conflicts, they might make it a family-only affair.

That isn’t the only big event that Jacob and Isabel have planned for this week.

Though the Roloffs are known for taking lots and lots of photos, Isabel is more likely to snap a photo of one of her paintings than she is to snap a selfie.

(Though, to be clear, she still has plenty of pics of herself)

It seems that on Monday, she and Jacob will be doing what fans interpret to be engagement photos.

As Isabel hinted in this self-depricating tweet:

“I’ve been preparing for like a week to look halfway decent tomorrow and I’ll still end up looking like a f–king potato in all the photos I take.”

We wonder if Jacob writing about his favorite photo of Isabel, which is not her most flattering, was meant to encourage her to be confident about her appearance. That’s so sweet.

Fans responded to Amy’s post by issuing their repeated congratulations.

Many also chimed in that they missed seeing Jacob on Little People, Big World.

The reality series was a major — though certainly not the only — source of contention that drove Jacob to storm off of Roloff Farms a few years ago.

It was only in late 2017 that he began to reconcile with his family.

That reconciliation began just months before his epic Iceland proposal to Isabel.

We don’t know that he’ll show up on the series again any time soon.

Especially since fans have not always been kind to him.

Isabel Rock Gushes About Jacob Roloff, Reveals Wedding Details

While on their romantic trip to Iceland a few months ago, Jacob Roloff and Isabel Rock became engaged.

It’s wonderful and happy news for the one-time black sheep of the Roloff family. And for his bride-to-be.

Isabel is clearly over the moon, and can’t help gushing about Jacob … in fact, she’s revealed the venue for their wedding.

Beside this beautiful photo of the couple, Isabel gushed in her captions about Jacob Roloff.

“I love this guy. I’m so proud of him.”

And she went on to brag about his work.

“He’s currently finishing up his second book in less than a year. What?! Who does that.”

People with time on their hands and inspiration do that, mostly.

Fans don’t know every detail of Jacob’s life, but his parents are very wealthy, and it’s wonderful that they can apparently afford him the opportunity to pursue his passions.

Isabel continues to brag about her fiance.

“Self published, too.”

Self-publishing takes more work and often gets less money, but it gives authors more personal control.

Isabel then moved on beyond Jacob’s professional and artistic accomplishments to talk about what he means to her.

“He continuously inspires and encourages me.”

She, of course, is an artist — she paints.

“His energy is calming and he is so sure of himself that he leaves others feeling comforted.”

That sounds so wonderful!

“I was lucky enough to not only meet him, but be his lady for three years and now his fiancee.”

She follows that line with a yellow heart emoji.

We’d point out that being Jacob’s “lady” for three years may have what got Isabel shaded by Audrey Roloff right after the announcement. She’s, um, not a fan of pre-marital funtimes.

Isabel says that she’s still growing accustomed to the idea that Jacob is not just her friend and not just her boyfriend, but also her fiance and future husband.

“Still so not used to that, but I adore that this is now our reality.”

And this is when, again referring to the photo that we shared at the top of the cute couple standing on the grass, that she reveals their intended wedding venue.

“Cannot wait to marry you right here in this spot one day, handsome.”

To be clear, it’s possible that she means that they’ll marry on Roloff Farms property, but … she may literally mean the ground on which they were standing at that moment.

Things weren’t always so close between Jacob and his family.

Jacob stormed off of Roloff farms when he was 18, decrying Little People, Big World for being “fake” and “scripted.”

Reality shows pretty much all come with outlines and storylines. Some shows have more or less guidance than others before cameras start rolling.

A larger issue for Jacob had been ideological conflicts with his family and the feeling that he’d had very few choices growing up.

In 2017, however, Jacob began reconnecting with his family in the months leading up to his 21st birthday.

And, of course, in the months leading up to his proposal to Isabel Rock.

The Roloffs are embracing Jacob and his fiancee. They’ve smothered her with love on her birthday (she’s a year older than Jacob).

Even before the proposal, fans saw Amy Roloff promoting Isabel’s art showings.

Isabel says that what first drove her to paint was a desire to heal. That’s such a healthy creative outlet.

2017 was full of good news for the Roloffs. They reunited with Jacob, welcomed a future in-law, and embraced two beautiful Roloff grandbabies.

Soon, we’ll get to see more of their adventures, because TLC has announced the Little People, Big World return date.

Amy Roloff Sings Praises of Future Daughter-in-Law Isabel Rock

It wasn’t so long ago when Jacob Roloff had a feud with is parents. That’s not uncommon, though Little People, Big World fans are torn over how to feel about him.

Now, however, the family’s mended fences and is celebrating his engagement to long-time girlfriend Isabel Rock.

In fact, his mother Amy Roloff can’t stop singing Isabel’s praises on social media.

This photo of Amy with Isabel is just so cute.

Amy’s captions match the cheer and excitement of the photo itself:

“I love this girl that Jacob asked to marry him.”

That’s so sweet.

“We have a great time hanging out and talking.”

So she’s praising her future daughter-in-law … and then she plugs Isabel’s art.

“Excited to go to her art event at Abbey Creek Winery in North Plains tomorrow. So proud of her!”

This isn’t the first time that Amy has used her platform to express her pride in Isabel’s work.

Amy was promoting Isabel’s gallery showings last December, even before Jacob proposed.

The Little People, Big World matriarch’s captions continue:

“I’m a blessed mom – All my DIL’s are awesome, doing good things in life and they inspire me too.”

DIL is of course an abbreviation for daughter-in-law. She didn’t need the apostrophe to make it plural but we all understand what she was writing.

Finally, Amy concludes:

“You Rock Isabel.”

Do you see what she did there?

Amy was one of the various Roloff ladies who showered Isabel with love on her birthday.

Isabel is actually a little older than Jacob — by just about a year.

She and Jacob became friends during high school, which is probably one reason for which the Roloffs have had plenty of time to know and love her as they do.

After Isabel finished high school, she and Jacob spent more and more time together — and their romance blossomed.

And finally, on a trip to Iceland, Jacob took the next step and invited Isabel to become a part of his family.

Last month, Isabel shared all of the details of Jacob’s proposal.

For one thing, she’d had a feeling that he was preparing to pop the question, so she’d already written down on a card about how excited she was to be his fiancee.

She stowed the card on her person and waited to see if he proposed.

The two of them had a wonderful time in Iceland, and they split up to do their shopping separately before a planned gift-swap.

When they exchanged gifts, Jacob showed her a ring — a beautiful ring, one that she’d pointed out earlier, but it was not an engagement ring.

It was a fake-out, because Jacob then presented her with her actual engagement ring. After she said yes, she got to shock him with her card.

Jacob has been reconciling with his family after their past falling out.

Some believe that Isabel’s careful and diplomatic meddling may have ended the feud between Jacob and Audrey.

Jacob is an outspoken agnostic — part of his past issues with his parents was his unhappiness at having grown up with no choice in terms of religion. Audrey is a devout Christian. It’s no surprise to hear that they clashed.

But Isabel just seems to be rubbing everyone the right way, especially Amy, who’s seemed especially close with her youngest son.

Isabel Rock: Showered With Roloff Family Love on Her Birthday!

Happily, former Little People, Big World star Jacob Roloff is engaged to Isabel Rock — his longtime girlfriend and even longer-time friend.

Though Jacob was estranged from his family until quite recently, they’ve mended fences and embraced each other with open arms. They’ve embraced his girlfriend, too.

In fact, the Roloff ladies took Izzy out to celebrate her birthday — and shared sweet photos to commemmorate the occasion.

Proud mother and mother-in-law Amy Roloff shared this photo of Audrey, Tori, Izzy, and of course her beautiful self.

In the caption, she wrote:

“So wonderful I got to hang out at Bushwackers, getting our country on, w/ my beautiful DIL’s and soon to be celebrating Isabel’s birthday!”

That was followed by a series of ice cream cone and balloon emojis.

“I’m so blessed by my son’s wives. We had a blast!”

It must be nice for Matt and Amy — though Molly doesn’t live nearby, the children who do just keep collecting new family members. And, sometimes, giving birth to them.

Amy Roloff shared this photo of just her with the birthday girl, and included the caption:

“Happy Happy Birthday to you Isabel. So excited we can celebrate YOU today.”

Awww, that’s sweet! She continued:

“I hope your day is as wonderful as you! Lots of love.”

To be clear, this is Isabel Rock’s 22nd birthday.

That’s no surprise to anyone familiar with the details of Jacob Roloff’s proposal, because Izzy had mentioned that she was a year older than Jacob back when they met.

And, of course, Jacob Roloff turned 21 just last month.

Speaking of Jacob, just because his fiancee was out partying with his mom and sisters-in-law didn’t mean that he ignored his lady love’s birthday.

He shared this sweet photo of the two of them together with their sweet, precious dogs, writing the caption:

“Happy birthday to this gem of a lady, my fiancee.”

He follows that with a heart eyes emoji.

Jacob hasn’t been shy about sharing his opinions in the past, but he’s also been reserved about putting his personal life in the spotlight.

But the 18-year-old boy who stormed off of Roloff Farms decrying his family’s reality series (honestly, the contentions ran a little deeper than the show) has grown into a 21-year-old man who’s not afraid to show the world how much he loves his fiancee.

It must be so nice for Izzy to receive this outpouring of love and support from her soon-to-be new family.

But she’s been bonding with them for months, folks.

This photo (above), from back in November, was of Amy Roloff — and Jacob, of course, but that almost goes without saying — visiting an art gallery showing of Isabel Rock’s paintings.

What’s more, some fans believe that Isabel may have ended Jacob and Audrey’s feud — if there ever really was a feud to begin with.

At the very least, Izzy and Audrey seem to get along pretty well. Izzy even helped promote Audrey’s brand on Instagram. What else is family for?

Isabel Rock isn’t the only person who doesn’t have the last name of Roloff around whom Amy Roloff’s been spending time.

Just earlier this month, fans couldn’t help but wonder if Amy Roloff and Chris Marek had just broken up. when he appeared to be conspicuously absent from Amy’s photos, right before Valentine’s Day.

Good news, however — those assuming that they’d split were mistaken. The two had a lovely Valentine’s Day, at least part of which was spent on the beach.

So romantic!

Isabel Rock: Did She End Jacob Roloff & Audrey Roloff"s Feud?

Little People, Big World fans are still reveling in the happy news: Jacob Roloff is engaged to girlfriend Isabel Rock.

This good news is compounded by the happy news that Jacob, once the black sheep of the Roloff family who left home with a lot of anger, is mending fences with his family — even with sister-in-law Audrey.

A new and very telling Instagram post suggests that this may have been the doing of Jacob’s fiancee, Isabel.

As you’ll see in the photo below, Isabel Rock — full name Isabel Rock Garretson — is cuddling up to Tori Roloff and Audrey.

Tori being in the middle may very well be because her hair stands out. Everybody likes a little balance ot their composition, folks.

Seeing the three so cuddly together is kind of important. Well, Tori gets along pretty well with most folks. It’s seeing Isabel and Audrey getting along so well that’s a relief to many people.

The biggest deal of all is that Isabel used the photo to promote Audrey’s online shop.

Hawking goods for your future sister-in-law is one hell of an olive branch.

Isabel wrote this in the captions:

“I’m so lucky that I gain three sisters by coming into this family. To receive encouragement from, endless support and to always have them to lean on Love you ladies, just missing you Molly.”

She’s with Tori and Audrey, of course, who are both tagged in the sweet, sisterly pic.

Molly Roloff, of course, does not live on Roloff Farms, and sometimes misses out on family photos for just that reason.

(That’s life)

But to understand the significance of this photo, we have to backtrack a little and talk about how Jacob and Isabel haven’t always been super close with Jacob’s family.

Jacob stormed off of Roloff Farms, blasting Little People, Big World as scripted.

He was angry with his family for forcing him into doing a reality show. He’s since expressed that he felt that he didn’t have a lot of choices growing up — which is, in many ways, true.

Last year, in a move that was heralded to fans with a photo of his dog being affectionate with his mom, Amy Roloff, Jacob returned to the area and started the gradual process of repairing his relationships with his family.

He didn’t come back alone, however. He’d been traveling with long time friend turned girlfriend, Isabel Rock. And now they’re engaged.

(We still can’t help but smile as we think of the details of Jacob Roloff’s proposal to Isabel in Iceland)

But just because Jacob came home doesn’t mean that there weren’t any bumps.

In December, news of a Jacob vs Audrey feud erupted when fans realized that Jacob had unfollowed his brother’s wife on Instagram.

Sure, Audrey plugs her own products a lot, but considering that Jacob was willing to let his mom “exploit” him to sell stuff online, we don’t think that it’s a huge issue for him.

People instead point to Jacob and Audrey’s ideological differences.

Audrey, like a number of the Roloffs, is a devout Christian. One of Jacob’s gripes about his childhood — one that is hardly unique to him — is that he was not given a choice regarding religious adherence. He is now agnostic, which is a pretty far cry from Audrey’s worldview.

But then came Jacob’s 21st birthday (gosh, that’s incredibly young to get engaged, but he and Isabel have known each other for 7 years), where we saw Jacob and Audrey bury the hatchet.

So … what happened?

Fans think that Isabel happened.

After the news of their engagement broke, Audrey Roloff seemed the shade Jacob and Isabel with a sex-shaming post about people “dabbling in sexuality” before marriage.

But now we see that Isabel’s response is to not only embrace Audrey as a sister, but to promote her clothing — she tagged her own sweater with Audrey’s online shop, folks.

Jacob may not have demonstrated the sociopolitical maneuvering skills to make nice with his sister-in-law on his own, but it looks like Isabel has him covered on that front.

If her response to what looks like an epic vaguepost aimed at her is to go out of her way to be even nicer, then yeah, we can definitely see Isabel being responsible for helping to repair the Roloff family.

If so, we look forward to seeing Jacob spend more time with his precious little niece, Ember Jean.
