Chris Brown Finds There"s A Catch In His Victory In The Custody Battle With Nia Guzman Over Daughter Royalty — Get The Deets HERE!

What a difference a day can make….

Chris Brown won temporary joint custody of his daughter Royalty on Friday in a court case against his ex and baby momma Nia Guzman, but there’s a catch!

Apparently, Guzman’s lawyers asked the judge to make Brown submit hair and urine samples for drug tests as part of the custody agreement, and the judge, thinking that sounded like a pretty reasonable thing, had Chris give samples right then and there!

The judge hasn’t revealed what they plan to do should any sample come back positive, but obviously it’s enough of a standard procedure in custody cases that they want to make sure Chris is on the up and up while caring for his child.

Speaking of caring, too, Chris will only be doing that for the one-year-old when Brown’s own mother is present, too, as that’s the only way the singer is allowed to see his daughter based on this agreement.

In about two weeks, Guzman and Brown will head to mediation as they try to solve this custody dispute — and the related support payments — once and for all. If they can’t do it, they’ll keep rotating poor Royalty (four days with each parent, alternating back and forth!) until a full trial can be scheduled and held.

Guess we’ll all know more soon!
