Jessa Duggar & Ben Seewald Celebrate Wedding Anniversary, Prepare For Arrival of Baby Seewald

It’s been one full year since Jessa Duggar married Ben Seewald, and the couple celebrated over the weekend – but they didn’t welcome the big arrival they were expecting.

Jessa posted the photos above to her Instagram page and joked about celebrating her first anniversary by binging on junk food.

“Sometimes, you forget about eating healthy and go for the good stuff. Happy anniversary, Love! @ben_seewald,” Jessa captioned the photo on the right.

Jessa gushed about her husband on social media and even posted her lengthy wedding vows in their entirety, but she made no mention of the fact that Baby Seewald is now officially behind schedule.

Yes, Jessa’s due date was the same as her first anniversary, but unless someone else updated her Instagram page while she went into labor, it seems Jessa is still preggo.

“Feeling as big as a barn, and soooo ready to meet my baby!” Jessa wrote on Instagram.

We’re sure it’s an exciting time in the Seewald household, as Jessa and Ben close the newlywed chapter of their lives and prepare to welcome their first child just weeks ahead of the premiere of Jessa and Jill Duggar’s new reality show. 

It’s a good time to take a trip down Duggar memory lane with some of the many, many wedding photos that Jessa has posted online during the past year.

Woman Tries to Pet Tiger at Zoo; Loses Part of Hand

Jacqueline Eide wanted to pet a tiger.  So the 33-year-old reach her left hand into the tiger’s cage at Henry Doorly Zoo.  And just as you suspect, the tiger ripped half of her hand off.

After Eide was rushed to Creighton University Medical Center, police were made aware of the incident.

Eide was behaving belligerently and showing signs of intoxication, so police were asked to assist.

The result of the injury is so severe that she may lose part of her hand.

But she has more to worry about than just her injury.  According to the Omaha Police Department, Eide has been cited for criminal trespass.

“The safety and security of our guests and animals are always a priority at Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium,” Dennis Pate, the zoo’s executive director and CEO, said.

Pate continued, “Emergency phone numbers are printed on maps for guests to call in case of an emergency and security staff keep watch on grounds around the clock.”

“We have added security cameras, new path lighting and computer-controlled locks to track exit and entry.”

“Additional path lighting is planned for the new African Grasslands exhibit and more cameras will be installed to monitor the grounds and gates. We will continue to keep security a top priority for Zoo guests and animals.”

Because of people like Eide, the zoo plans to include more cameras in the future.

Orlando Bloom: Talks Justin Bieber Fight, Kendall Jenner Dating Rumors

Last year, Orlando Bloom went from decently well-liked B-list celeb to full-blown Internet idol when footage of the actor taking a swing at Justin Bieber leaked online. 

Now, Bloom is finally opening up about the incident and confirming what the footage seemed to show: he never actually made contact with the Biebs.

“I wanted the opportunity to clear this up, I actually did not ‘connect’ with Justin Bieber,” Bloom said while accepting the Britannia Humanitarian Award in LA over the weekend.

It was an odd time to open up about the fight, as Orlando refused to talk about it in the past, even after Bieber claimed to have slept with Miranda Kerr while she was still married to Bloom.

Bloom also took the opportunity to acknowledge rumors that he’s dating Kendall Jenner, saying:

“And I don’t know Kendall Jenner, but if anyone has her number I would love it.”

Again, something of an odd comment at a ceremony honoring Bloom for his humanitarian work with UNICEF, but we’re sure Orly was just joshing.

At least we hope so. Dude is literally twice Kendall’s age.

Anyway, good for Orlando for being able to laugh at himself, but as he creeps up on middle age, we hope he won’t continue finding himself attempting to lay hands on teenagers – for any reason.

Paul Rudd Celebrates Kansas City Royals World Series Win

Back in July, when the classic movie Clueless turned 20 years old, we asked a simple question:

What are the main cast members up to now?

On Sunday night, meanwhile, Paul Rudd gave us the most immediate answer: he’s on Cloud Nine.

The lifelong Kansas City Royals fan didn’t just get to bear witness to his favorite team winning the World Series.

He got to do it while actually in attendance at Citi Field in New York, and then he got to be doused with beer and champagne into the Kansas City locker room.

The Royals defeated the Mets in five games to capture the title, shocking the sports world in the clincher by scoring two runs to tie the game in the ninth inning.

They then became the first team in World Series history to score five runs in an extra inning, going on to win by a score of 7-2.

“I haven’t thought about anything. I can’t even believe that I’m standing here right now. I don’t know how I snuck in,” Rudd said to reporters after the contest, adding:

“I’ve been to every single World Series the Royals have been in.

“It makes no sense. It makes sense that they won because they’re incredible. It makes no sense that I’m here right now, celebrating this.”

So at least you can take some comfort, Mets fans.

It sucks your team lost in the World Series. But it made Paul Rudd happy and, come on, is there a more universally-beloved actor out there than Paul Rudd?
