Kim Kardashian at Art+Film Gala: Now Sheer THIS!

Kim Kardashian is koming off quite the busy weekend.

The pregnant reality star shared some throwback skinny photos late last week, not long before attending her mother’s wildly extravagant birthday party.

Then, on Saturday evening, Kardashian attended LACMA’s 2015 Art+Film Gala at the Los Angeles Art Museum.

And she made quite the fashion statement there.

Over seven months along with her second child, Kim showed off her expanding baby bump in a cleavage-baring, mostly sheer, black lace gown by one of her favorite designers, Givenchy.

The complicated ensemble is from Givenchy’s spring 2016 collection and it includes a Ready-to-Wear slip/ matching pants; a black trench tuxedo jacket; black sandals; a multi-strand silver sparkling choker; and dark lipstick.

Kim did not attend the event with husband Kanye West, but she decided to act like him on the red carpet, glowering seriously at all cameras pointed in her direction.

The former sex tape participant is due to give birth to a son on Christmas Day.

Neither she nor Kanye has revealed the name of the child, though Kim has at least said it will NOT be South.

She and her siblings, meanwhile, will return to the small screen when Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 11 kicks off on Sunday, November 5 at 9/8c on E!

Teen Mom Cast: Before They Were Stars...

Putting together a Teen Mom throwback album feels a bit weird.  So weird, in fact, that featuring their ultrasounds in utero wouldn"t be a stretch.

Since the MTV show premiered in December 2009 (which was preceded by 16 & Pregnant), a few cast members have had more children, including Maci Bookout and Catelynn Lowell.  Some have allegedly struggled with substance abuse, and at least one enjoys a career in the adult entertainment industry.

In 2014, Bookout joined Candies" campaign to prevent teen pregnancy.

"You think homework is exhausting? A newborn can keep you up all night!," Bookout once wrote on Instagram.  "Get your rest while you can, and wait until you’re ready to have kids."

Gabourey Sidibe Slams Critics of Empire Sex Scene

Gabourey Sidibe has once again totally and completely owned her haters.

Those who watch Empire online may have been a bit taken aback last Wednesday night when Sidibe’s character, Becky Williams, had sex on a hotel rooftop Mo McRoe’s MC J Poppa.

For what reason?

Simply because Sidibe weighs a lot more than the average television or movie actress.

As might have been unfortunately expected, the Oscar nominee received a lot of backlash for the racy scene, but she isn’t letting it get her down.

She’s far too busy and far too self-confident to allow that to happen.

“I, a plus sized, dark-skinned woman, had a love scene on primetime television,” Sidibe blogged for Entertainment Weekly.

She then honed in on the haters and added:

“I keep hearing that people are ‘hating’ on it. I’m not sure how anyone could hate on love but that’s okay.

“You may have your memes. Honestly, I’m at work too busy to check Twitter anyway. #Booked.”

Point, set, match… Gabourey Sidibe!

“I was really happy to be part of something that’s never been seen on primetime television before,” the actress added to People.

“And you don’t notice it because you don’t have to notice it, but there’s never been someone of my skin color, my size, with somebody else of the same skin color in a love scene on primetime television…

“I hope there’s more to come.”

Miley Cyrus Licks a Piano in The Name of Charity

Outrageous photos of Miley Cyrus have lost that shock value.

After that VMA performance with Robin Thicke, even the most conservative among us shrug their shoulders and turn their attention to more pressing matters, like Starbucks red cups.

This latest photo, however, has a whole lotta good behind it.  On Saturday night, Cyrus attended the Los Angeles LGBT Center’s 46th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Awards, where Jane Fonda planted a kiss on her tummy.

During the show, a signed white grand piano – donated by Orange is the New Black‘s Ruby Rose – was being auctioned off.  To sweeten the deal, singer-songwriter Linda Perry invited Cyrus on stage to lick it, which worked because the piano went for $ 50,000.

Cyrus was also presented with a Vanguard award for her work with the LGBT community.

“I want all of you to know that I feel beyond grateful to be in a room full of so many…people who care so much about others because unfortunately that is way too rare in the world that we live in today,” Cyrus said, according to E! News.

“I’m thinking of tonight not as celebrating what we’ve already done but what we’re doing and what we’re going to do in the future.

“Given the opportunity to sit in on one of the support groups, I walked away with the feeling of self love that I had never been able to give myself before,” Cyrus continued.

“The LGBT Center had the key to the lock on my cage and they set me free and I want to continue to do the same for others.”
