Ian Somerhalder: Ready To Make Babies With Nikki Reed!

When given the opportunity to procreate with this man, always say yes.

An interview about The Vampire Diaries turned into an inquiry about expanding the family for Ian Somerhalder, who married Nikki Reed in April.

“Well, you know, those are the coolest little things in the world,” Somerhalder told Entertainment Tonight about babies.

“Standby,” he added.

In October, Life & Style decided to stir the pot by claiming Reed, 27, wasn’t ready to have kids.

[He] has really been pushing Nikki to start a family,” a source claimed.

“She feels she’s just not ready yet, and that’s put a tremendous strain on their marriage. 

“She wants to focus on her work for animal rights causes.  Ian supports her, but he thinks it’s the right time for a baby.”

Anyhoo, let’s talk TVD!

Somerhalder touched on season 7 of the CW series, and how taking a turn in the director’s seat has made his schedule a full one.

“I’m going to be editing my episode all night, and that’s just kind of my main focus right now,” the Louisiana native said.

“Other than that, I’m just hanging with my wife [Nikki Reed] and my babies — our babies, all these furry creatures that we have.”

Between them, he and Reed have nine pets, but “can’t wait” start working on making real babies.

They are practicing, he said with that dead-sexy Damon attitude.

“Absolutely.”

As for the series, while fans would like it to last forever, all good things must come to and end.  Someday.

“It’s something that everyone is talking about and there is a lot of speculation about it because we’re so far into it,” Somerhalder revealed. 

“I’ll be honest with you, right now we’re just trying to get through this one and just make this a really, really good season of television.”

The Vampire Diaries airs Friday at 8pm on The CW.

Lamar Odom Hikes With Khloe Kardashian, NOT Living In her Home

It’s a sign that he’s on the up and up.

Yesterday, Kim Kardashian live-streamed a hike with sister, Khloe and Lamar Odom in Calabasas, CA.

Though the Kardashians didn’t feature Odom’s face, they did show parts of his body to indicate that the former NBA star was getting his fitness on.

 Sources told TMZ that this is the first time Odom has exercised since his hospitalization after an October 2015 overdose, adding that he was “extremely impressive” and finished the entire hike without any issues.  

Despite reports claiming that Khloe has moved her estranged husband into her home, TMZ confirms that instead, she’s rented Odom a home in her gated community, a few blocks from her own.

The lease is in Khloe’s name, since Odom isn’t in the right state of mind to sign contracts.  Sources told the site on January 26th that Odom was at Khloe’s, and looked in good health.

This contradicts reports from Hollywood Life that Khloe moved Odom into her home (where, at the time, Rob Kardashian was still living).

A more believable story appeared on Radar, claiming that Khloe would not allow Odom to live with her.

“Khloe has flat our refused to let Lamar move into her house,” a source told the site.

“She doesn’t want her house to be a hospital. She has been very clear about that.”

This arrangement seems to work out better for the estranged couple, so that Khloe can look after Odom without flipping her own life upside down.

Amber Portwood Defends Matt Baier: Everyone Makes Mistakes!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve learned some pretty troubling things about Amber Portwood’s fiance, Matt Baier.

First, we found out that the 44-year-old radio DJ has seven kids by multiple different women, and he isn’t exactly Dad of the Year material.

In fact, Baier is being sued by five baby mamas for back child support. 

Of course, all of this was kept from Amber, and other stories that have emerged from his past seem to serve as further evidence that Baier is a liar and a thief.

Now, Amber is setting the record straight, confirming that she plans to stand by her man, and clearing up the issue of just how many kids Baier is responsible for:

“There have been many stories and allegations surrounding Matt’s past,” Portwood said in a recent statement to MTV News.

“Just as my own journey has proven, people make mistakes and should be given a second chance without being judged solely on those choices. We are happy and focused on building our future together.

“When Gary approached me with all the cameras there, I think that was really tasteless. I think what his main goal was to humiliate us and to try to make our family look like it’s not stable because this was when we were in the big custody battle.

“It’s not accurate. [Matt] does only have five kids. I can say that today we’re in a great place.

“That was a few months ago. Matt still says he has five kids. The thing I always go for me to is if he has five, why the hell wouldn’t he tell me if he has seven?”

Why would a liar lie when he could just tell the truth? Good question, Amber. You’re certainly not alone in wondering that.

Anyway, Ms. Portwood continued her defense of Baier on Twitter, where she posted the following over the weekend:

“This reaction just absolutely disgusts me. How can you guys forgive me for my past but bash Matt for his! Why are you even following me?

“Not only did he have a job but his x boss works on our houses we’re flipping. I’m just shocked at these reactions honestly.”

It’s true that Amber’s fans seem to have forgiven her past indiscretions, but unlike Matt, she paid her debt to society and admit that she’d done wrong, which is a huge part of the whole “seeking forgiveness” thing.
