Nicki Minaj RIPS Safaree Samuels: Get Your Own Money, Loser!
It’s been over a year since Nicki Minaj dumped Safaree Samuels, but the wannabe rapper/professional ex just refuses to go away.
First Safaree started trying to convince the world that he writes Nicki’s raps and is solely responsible for her success.
These days Nicki is engaged to Meek Mill, but Safaree is still circling like a vulture, trying to scavenge all he can from his wealthy ex.
Nicki threw a belated birthday celebration for Meek last night, but unfortunately, that same day she learned that Safaree is suing her for millions for his alleged contributions to her biggest hits.
It’s certainly the sort of thing that will bring a party down, but lucky for us, it also prompted one of Nicki’s most epic Twitter tirades to date:
“I can’t even make my man happy for his bday w/o this low life trying to make our lives hell. He miss those gifts.
“LIKE I CANT EVEN CELEBRATE MY MAN BDAY W/O THIS MISERABLE SON OF A BITCH TRYING TO EXTORT ME!!!!!
“Calling my mother crying. I said I’d help. But as soon as meek asked him to stop emailing me it’s a problem. LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!! PLEASE!!!
“U were abused my n–ga? Look @ what you’ve become. Gods wrath is no joke. You will regret every lie u said about me.
“Imagine how it feels to have someone who gained so much off of your name refuse to let go & let u be happy.
“Whatever isn’t rightfully yours will become a curse once u have it. The money u leaches win in lawsuits will never bless u. It will curse u”
You get the idea.
It’s not quite Minaj vs. Abraham, but it’s pretty entertaining.
Nicki closed with what seemed like a threat to pursue legal action against Safaree:
“Caught him stealing money and never prosecuted him!!!! Now I’m DOING IT. ENOUGH!!!!!!”
For his part, sources say Safaree attended Blac Chyna’s Emoji launch party last night and seemed to be in good spirits.
The guy is attending Emoji launch parties. Hasn’t he suffered enough, Nicki?!
Canadian Dating Site Helps Americans Escape Donald Trump
A Donald Trump presidency.
There was a time when that phrase would’ve earned you a hearty laugh or a withering glare of contempt, depending on your company.
It wasn’t that long ago when even his most ardent supporters didn’t think the Donald would ever get the chance to outfit the Lincoln bedroom suite with solid gold toilets, but now that he’s the GOP’s presumptive nominee (and soon to toss that pesky modifier in the trash) there’s a good chance that an idea that was once so absurd it was skewered by The Simpsons could become a reality:
Of course, polls indicate that Trump remains the least-liked presidential candidate in US history.
(It could be his hair, or it might have something to do with his apparent hatred of women and minorities. Who knows?)
As a result, lots of Americans are already announcing their plans to seek asylum elsewhere if Trump wins in November, and not surprisingly, they’re looking to our neighbors to the north with regard to scouting out new homes.
But even with a nation as friendly as Canada, the immigration process isn’t all Timbits and Labatt’s.
Most Americans are free to visit Canada anytime they please, but taking up permanent residence is a different story.
That’s where Maple Match comes in:
According to its recently launched Twitter page, Maple Match is a dating service that seeks to set Americans up with Canucks.
The hope is that the relationships will lead to dual-residency marriages that will allow US citizens to move north and find gainful employment as Zamboni drivers, ice skate sharpeners, poutine vendors at Leafs games – you name it!
“Try maplematch.com and find a meaningful partner to save you from a @realDonaldTrump presidency! #MapleMatch,” the company tweeted yesterday.
The site isn’t up and running yet, but founder Joe Goldman promises the venture is 100% serious.
Of course, if you find yourself frequently awakening from nightmares about giant walls, but cold weather doesn’t suit your fancy, you could always move to Mexico.
We hear they have the best taco bowls.
Andi Dorfman: Josh Murray is an Insecure, Emotional D--k!
“I don’t usually let my emotions get the best of me.” – Andi Dorfman
For the 29-year-old attorney from Atlanta, her future seemed as clear cut as The Bachelorette spoilers from Reality Steve every spring.
“I was 100 percent sure I’d spend my life with him,” she says of Josh Murray, her fiance and final rose recipient from her season on ABC.
It was not to be. The romance crumbled, and HARD.
Murray, 31, was jealous and emotionally abusive, she says, adding that during fights, he would sometimes call her a bitch or a whore.
Andi makes the shocking revelation in her new book It’s Not Okay, a hilarious spoof on her one-time suitor Juan Pablo Galavis’ catchphrase.
There’s nothing hilarious about their romance, though. She writes that it was “the most volatile and f–ked up relationship of my life.”
Dorfman recalls that after she made love to Nick Viall during her overnight date on The Bachelorette, she was full-on afraid to tell Murray.
Threatening that they would be “over” if she slept with Viall, she panicked and lied, eventually coming clean before Nick spilled the beans.
“He was devastated, angry and hurt, badly,” she adds, nothing that “I apologized profusely for lying” but he could not accept what she did.
“He seemed to struggle,” Andi writes, “over whether he was more upset by the fact that I had lied or that I’d had sex with another man.”
Several more apologies later, Dorfman says, it became clear the issue was about Nick – and that eventually torpedoed their engagement:
“That one sexual escapade would become a power play used by my fiancé to justify his mistrust in me. It would be an excuse to call me a whore.”
“And it would eventually lead to the demise of my engagement.”
The “two hotheads,” as Andi calls herself and Murray, clashed often over her desire to return to work and over her friendships with men.
In September 2014, just two months after their season finale proposal aired, Andi handed back Josh’s engagement ring after a fight.
Unable to sleep, she took a walk … and broke down.
“Alone in a random church, I cradled my head in my hands and began to sob. For the first time, I thought, I don’t think we’re going to make it.”
“But the thought scared me. If I wasn’t the happy fiancée, who was I? Back then, I wasn’t ready to answer that question.”
Soon enough, she was. They split in January 2015.
Murray responded to Us, “It saddens me and is very unfortunate that Andi has chosen to characterize me in such a negative way. I pray she finds peace.”
