Kanye West & Nicki Minaj Forced to Flee After SHOTS FIRED at Studio!
It would be a massive understatement to say it’s been a frightening 24 hours for the members of the Kardashian-West clan.
As we reported this morning, wildfires forced Kim Kardashian to flee her home last night, and it now looks as though her husband experienced his own brush with death.
Radar Online is reporting that Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, and Tekashi69 were all forced to flee the set of a music video they were filming together when an unidentified assailant opened fire.
“I can confirm that at 10:25 pm Beverly Hills Police were called to the 900 block of Alpine Drive in Beverly Hills over reports that shots were fired,” a spokesman for the Beverly Hills Police Department tells Radar.
“Once on the scene, officers confirmed that multiple shots were, indeed, fired at a building or residence at the 900 Block of Alpine Drive.
“At this time it is believed to be a drive-by. No one was injured, and the investigation is ongoing.”
The shooting took place at what TMZ calls one of the most “exclusive, expensive streets” in Beverly Hills, and Tekashi’s team had rented out a multimillion-dollar mansion for his video.
So it’s a safe bet that the assailants were targeting the rapper specifically.
Sure, everyone who was there last night has been involved in high-profile feuds:
After all, it wasn’t all that long ago that Cardi B threw a shoe at Nicki Minaj.
And who could forget Kanye’s feud with Taylor Swift?
We bring these beefs up only to point out how unlikely it is that this attack wasn’t orchestrated by Cardi and Taylor.
No, police say it’s clear that Tekashi was the target here, and unfortunately, his list of enemies is so long that it hasn’t been easy to narrow down the suspects.
The good news is, no one was injured in the frightening attack.
“Thank you for everyone’s prayers. Our family is safe and close,” Kanye tweeted today.
The bad news is, gunplay is still an unfortunate party of hip-hop culture, and Tekashi’s would-be assassins are still out there.

Cardi B and Nicki Minaj Feud: Twitter and The Maury Show Pick Sides!
Cardi B and Nicki Minaj are feuding. It"s intense, but at least nobody"s throwing shoes anymore.
Cardi claims that she passed over working with artists like Little Mix, and that Nicki is essentially getting her leftovers.
Nicki"s stans believe Nicki, Cardi"s stans believe Cardi, and most people are just enjoying watching the two fight.
After Cardi ranted and raved and invited Nicki to physically fight, Nicki had a counter-proposal.
Nicki said that Cardi doesn"t write her own lyrics … and "offered" for them to both take lie detector tests to prove it.
Naturally, as soon as someone mentioned that, The Maury Show had to weigh in.
Twitter is losing their minds over this whole beef. Take a look.

As you will see, some applauded her appeal to reason. Others weren’t buying it.

It is once again on between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj.
Back in September, of course, the rapper threw down at a New York City Fashion Week party, with one side allegedly hurling a shoe at the other.
Fast forward about six weeks and Nicki went on record as saying that her close friend, Rah Ali, "beat Cardi"s ass real bad" in a separate confrontation.
“The punches were so hard in your head," Minaj said to Cardi during her radio show on Monday, adding:
"Rah beat you so bad that I was mad at Rah. She punched her eight, nine times. Now you got your sister calling me a crackhead."
In response to this allegation?
Well, Cardi B said it didn"t happen. And then she said a whole lot more.
"You lie so much you can’t keep up with your f-ckin’ lies,” Cardi said in a lengthy Instagram rant a few hours later.
“First you say you’ve got the footage, but then you say you wanna pay somebody $ 100,000 if they give you the footage? Yo, make sense when you’re talking!"
(On her radio show, Minaj had offered this amount of money for surveillance footage to prove Rah"s beatdown of Cardi.)
At one point in the hilarious rant featured here, Cardi threatened to sue her rival because Minaj had previously claimed Cardi"s team paid radio stations to play her music, a practice known as "payola."
Says Cardi in this video reply:
"Maybe I should sue you for defamation of character since you wanna claim that I’m using something called payola, because you don’t understand why I’m so f-ckin’ successful.”
Cardi concluded her response by telling Minaj to “pick a side” and “make sense” because she previously portrayed victim… and now she’s asking to pay for footage she claimed she already had.
"How you say that I was a wild animal, that I attacked you that you was mortified that you was humiliated playing the victim but now y"all the gangster," she said.
"Pick a side. Do you wanna be the victim or do you wanna be the gangster? You lie so much you can"t even keep up with your f-cking lies.
It"s all somewhat confusing, but very entertaining.
Especially as the back-and-forth continued for hours on social media. To wit:
"I’m tired of talking about [this]," Cardi said on Twitter at last, adding of the ongoing feud and its coverage:
“I’m tired of the f-cking whole internet shit, I’m tired of the interview sh-t. If you really wanna talk about it, you know where to link me. … We can talk about it, or we can fight it out.
"I’m with whatever.”
Check out the video here to see Cardi B sounding far less resigned about the whole thing, though.

Nicki Minaj: My Best Friend Whupped Cardi B"s Ass!
Remember when Cardi B threw a shoe at Nicki Minaj and then left the party with a massive goose egg on her forehead?
Well, now we have a better idea of exactly how the rapper got lumped up.
And from the sound of things, the beef between the undisputed queen of hip-hop and the latest claimant to her throne is far from over.
The latest drama began when Cardi’s sister — who is apparently actually named Carolina Hennessy — alleged that Nicki leaked Cardi’s number to her fans.
“She leaked my sister’s number to her fan pages the same sh-t she did to Mariah Lynn,” Hennessy wrote on Instagram this week.
“It’s easy for y’all to ask me why I’m bothered, why I care so much! But not one of you are waking up to death threats every day, made up stories that could effect my REAL life and my REAL relationships!” Hennessy added.
“Imagine if this was your infant child, imagine if this was your sister or ya mother! Who with a real heart and real f**kin feelings is going to continue to let a group of people harass them!! If you wouldn’t defend yourself or ya family cool but not me!! Not NEVER!”
On her Beats 1 radio show, Nicki denied leaking the phone number.
Hilariously, she went on to reveal that her friend — former Love & Hip Hop star Rah Ali — was the one who took brutal revenge on Cardi following the infamous Hurling of the Louboutin.
“Rah beat Cardi’s ass really bad,” she said.
“The punches were so hard in your head. Rah beat you so bad that I was mad at Rah. She punched her eight, nine times. Now you got your sister calling me a crackhead.”
Minaj went on to say that she would be “happy” to make the feud “stop” and “never talk about this again.”
While a severe head-pummeling doesn’t seem like a proportionate response to a thrown shoe, Nicki certainly has some loyal friends.
That said, her fans might be a little too loyal, and if they’re really issuing death threats to Cardi’s family, then it’s time for these two to bury the hatchet before someone gets hurt.
Although if they wanted to toss a couple savage diss tracks at each other before moving on, we would be okay with that …

Cardi B: I Could MURDER Nicki Minaj With Diss Tracks ... But I Won"t
Last month, Cardi B literally attacked Nicki Minaj. Words flew, and so did shoes. This beef is intense.
Fortunately, Cardi’s next planned attack will be in the form of music, not projectiles. And her diss track is coming along.
But apparently her lyrics are so biting and insulting that her own crew is begging her to tone it down.
Cardi B is not happy with Nicki Minaj.
This time, at least, her feud is going to be channeled into music.
That’s what the fans want, and it should also help Cardi avoid getting arrested for assault again.
But TMZ reports that though a lot from the diss track has been recorded, the people around Cardi are imploring her to remove some lyrics.
The reason? Her lyrics are just too vicious.
In fact, apparently some members of Cardi B’s team worry that this could backfire.
Not every diss track destroys its intended target.
Their fear is that Cardi’s lyrics might actually help Nicki, potentially by boosting her public image.
This could mean that the lyrics are so cruel that people will feel sorry for Nicki.
It could also mean that Cardi could just be giving Nicki more attention.
Cardi’s team feel that her career has already surpassed Nicki.
Between Cardi’s baby and secret marriage and even her arrest weeks ago, she is big news this year.
People still listen to “Bodak Yellow,” but it’s been a little while since Nicki had that level of undeniable social relevance.
Her team’s analysis says that ignoring Nicki is the best way to keep her down.
As for Cardi, though, she is said to feel that the only way to “keep it real” with her music is to really lay into Nicki.
Cardi is big on authenticity.
TMZ notes that Nicki and Cardi have not met face to face since their messy fight at the Harper’s Bazaar ICONS Party.
That sounds like it is for the best.
In the aftermath, Nicki threated to literally murder Cardi, which is a hell of a thing.
Cardi vowed to whoop Nicki’s ass, of course.
Sometimes it is difficult to see where brand-mandated posturing ends and genuine loathing begins.
But this feud looks like the real deal.
Cardi’s recent arrest for assault was not over her blowup with Nicki.
Instead, it was over the alleged incident in which Cardi B ordered the beating of a pair of strip club employees.
Two women, who are sisters as well as bartenders at a strip club, say that they were assaulted by Cardi’s entourage.
One woman, the real target, said that she had been attacked by people close to Cardi before, she believed on Cardi’s orders.
The reason for the attack was apparently that Cardi believed that one woman had banged her husband, Offset.
Ordering an assault because you suspect cheating is, needless to say, never okay.
Death threats, literal fights, and assaults are toxic.
In the rap world, these kinds of feuds can get people killed. Neither Cardi nor Nicki could actually want that, right?
Lyrics might just be words, but it could be an escalation that keeps this feud from dying.
We’d love to hear Cardi’s diss tracks and Nicki’s clapback, of course.
But we hope that all of this animosity stays on people’s music and doesn’t spill over into real life — again.

Naomi Campbell: Nicki Minaj, Kendall Jenner & Cardi B All Suck!
Naomi Campbell hasn’t made too many tabloid headlines in recent years, and that’s undeniably a good thing.
Back when she was a staple in the gossip columns, it was usually for something extremely unpleasant, like the time she threw a phone at her assistant.
Like most folks, however, Naomi has mellowed a bit with age.
But as she proved on Watch What Happens Live last night, the runway icon can still make her very strong opinions unmistakably known to those who have displeased her.
Fortunately, these days she prefers to use her words, rather than blunt objects.
In the clip above, Naomi was asked about the ongoing feud between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
Interestingly, she refused to choose a side, insisting instead that both women behaved foolishly.
“I was disappointed,” Naomi said.
“I don’t wanna see women of color fight. I don’t wanna see women fight, period,” she added.
“Not there, not that. It’s all music. There’s no division in music. Music is for everybody. There’s no discrimination. So I felt very disappointed.”
As a final bit of trash-talk, Naomi revealed that she was not in attendance at the New York Fashion Week Party where Cardi threw a shoe at Nicki, noting:
“It was called the Icon Party, but there were no icons there.”
Now that’s shade!
Later in the episode, Naomi turned her attention to Kendall Jenner.
You may recall that Kendall pissed off the modeling community recently when she threw shade at her colleagues who work more than she does, so that they can — ya know, eat food and pay rent and whatnot.
Andy Cohen asked how Naomi felt about Kendall’s remarks, and no one should be surprised by her response:
“Next question,” Campbell replied curtly.
In a way, that’s a far more savage burn than what Naomi had to say about Nicki and Cardi.
When she spoke about their feud, Naomi made it clear that she has respect for both artists, but takes issue with petty feuds and violent behavior.
With Kendall, she couldn’t even be bothered to give her two cents.
Her attitude toward her fellow model comes as a bit of a surprise, as Campbell has been a friend of the Kardashian family for several years.
But clearly, the woman ran out of f–ks to give long ago.
Good for her.
