15 Couples Whose Real-Life Romance Ruined a Show

It happens pretty often. Actors meet while working together on a show, and the next thing you know, they hit it off.

These 15 couples dated while working on their shows, sometimes playing a couple on the show while also dating in real life. Or, in some cases, they played siblings.

Either way, those relationships (and the subsequent break-ups) definitely had an affect on their shows.

Here are 15 couples whose real-life romances ruined their shows.

1. Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder

While their characters dated on The Vampire Diaries, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder dated in real life. Their relationship eventually ended, which was apparently one of the reasons Nina Dobrev decided to leave the show.

2. Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter

They played siblings (okay, not traditional ones) on Dexter, but Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter began dating shortly after they met, and then running off to elope. They stayed together for a while, but Michael C. Hall reportedly had multiple affairs, and the couple split. Still, they had to keep playing siblings after they were divorced. Awkward!

3. Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki

While their characters were in and on-again, off-again relationship on The Big Bang Theory, Kaley Cuoco and Johnny Galecki were dating in secret. Their relationship lasted about two years.

4. Rachel Bilson and Adam Brody

The O.C.’s Rachel Bilson and Adam Brody dated while they worked on the show, but their relationship didn’t exactly work out. Later, Bilson stated that the relationship caused stress on set.

5. Kat Dennings and Nick Zano

Kat Dennings and Nick Zano dated in real life while filming 2 Broke Girls. It didn’t last, though, and Dennings is now dating Josh Groban.

6. Joshua Jackson and Katie Holmes

Joshua Jackson and Katie Holmes started dating when they met on the set of Dawsons Creek, but actually split up before their characters got together. That really had to be weird for them.

Kylie Jenner Wears Thong Bathing Suit, Falls Off Unicorn Float

The lazy days of summer are here, which means lots of photos of celebrities wearing bikinis and inappropriate one-pieces.

Take Kylie Jenner, for instance.  She snuck into mom Kris Jenner"s closet over the weekend and snagged a white Chanel one-piece, complete with a revealing thong backside and interlocking Cs on the bust.

Once suited up, Jenner took to the pool for a saucy fashion show, which was all put on Snapchat.

One video showed Jenner trying to look sexy on a unicorn raft.

The youth lost her balance and the unicorn flipped over, taking her with it.

The whole thing was very Cher"s-First-Date-With-Christian in Clueless.

This isn"t the first time Jenner has swiped her mother"s bathing suit.

In the summer of 2015, Jenner was photographed emerging from the surf while on holiday in Mexico.

Kris immediately recognized the Body Glove suit as her own, and created a side-by-side comparison on Instagram.

“Ohhhhhhh so THIS is where my vintage Body Glove bathing suit went!!!! @kyliejenner you are grounded!" the momager wrote.

Jenner"s ex-boyfriend, Tyga recently spoke about the end of their relationship.

"It got to the point where it was like, "I respect you, you respect me,"" he said during an interview on Big Boy TV.

"I think it"s a mutual thing. This is what needs to happen. When something is so damaged or something is just not right, you can"t fix it in a moment.

"The only thing is time."

Tyga admitted that dating kind of damaged his career.

"When you"re in a very public relationship like that, it"s hard for other people to see you differently than that," he explained.

"It took a lot, career wise, everything. It overshadowed a lot of my talents and a lot of things that I worked hard for."

Ariel Winter: Underboob on Instagram!

If you follow her on Instagram, you’re probably aware that Ariel Winter has giant boobs.

Not surprisingly, Ariel’s fondness for cleavage-y selfies has done wonders for her social media popularity.

As you can see, the woman is a master in the art of boob baring.

Ariel has showed off her curves in a number of provocative ways over the past year, but as far as we know, this is her first experiment with underboob.

As you can see, it was a rousing success.

In fact, of all the big events that have occurred in the past few days, we think Ariel’s dress is the one your grandkids will ask about someday.

Sorry, LeBron, but maybe if you’d figured out a way to almost expose your nipplies without quite doing so, we’d be talking about your status as a living legend today.

Maybe take a lesson from Ariel and rock some double-sided on your chest next time you win a championship.

In all seriousness, though, the girl seems to have a bright future ahead of her.

Ariel will be attending UCLA in the fall, and she plans to continue acting on Modern Family in a diminished role.

Add to that the fact that she just wrapped a movie co-starring Burt Reynolds, and suddenly that landscaping job you worked the summer before your first year of college seems even lamer.

Ms. Winter is currently rocking nearly 2 million Instagram followers, which is far from Kylie Jenner – or even Bella Thorne – numbers, but her popularity is on the rise.

And if she keeps devoting this much thought to pioneering new and innovative ways to flaunt her giant breasts without violating the ‘Gram’s no-nipple policy, she’ll no doubt find herself with A-list numbers in no time.
