Kylie Jenner Responds to "Haters" About Lip Kit Complaints

Kylie Jenner and her makeup company suffered a huge blow yesterday when it was revealed that its Better Business Bureau rating was less than stellar.

Actually, the watchdog agency gave Kylie Cosmetics a rating of F.

As in FAIL.

The BBB cited a large number of customer complaints as the reason for the bad grade and lists a total of 134 grievances, including 70 involving delivery issues and 55 noting problems with product/service.

Today, Kylie addresses the issue herself in a new post on her website and app.

“You guys are the reason I keep going and I’m motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be,” she wrote.

“I’m continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy. Because so many of you spoke out, I’m excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating.”

To be clear, the rating was changed from an “F” to “No Rating.” The BBB website now claims Kylie Cosmetics was not rated because it has been in business for less than a year.

Sounds fishy. Why was it rated yesterday, then?

Kylie doesn’t get into those details in her explanation, but instead defends herself, even referring to those who’ve complained as “haters.”

“I’ve sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we’ve received to date has been addressed in a timely manner,” she continued.

“I’m sick and tired of people coming for my business. I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy.

“I don’t want to respond to the haters but you guys deserve an answer and to know the facts. I love you and apologize to anyone who felt the urge to complain and didn’t receive the service they deserve.”

OK, so what are the facts? WHAT ARE THE FACTS, KYLIE?

Kylie, girl. We get that you’re 18 years old with no business training and likely have nothing to do with running this enterprise apart from signing your name, promoting it on Snapchat and maybe offering some input after trying on the shades.

But a legion of unsatisfied customers who file a complaint with the BBB aren’t “coming after your business.”

They’re just pissed that they spent $ 30 (and probably an inordinate amount of time on your website) for an overhyped lip kit that didn’t deliver on its brand promise.

If you don’t want customers to complain, then focus on fixing what’s wrong with your business and assure fans you’ll do better rather than issuing a complaint yourself.

Nicki Minaj Nip Slip: Accidentally Posted to Instagram?!

We all know that Nicki Minaj nip slips are a fairly common sight on social media, so perhaps it’s not surprising that her millions of Instagram followers examine every pic she posts with a magnifying glass.

But this time we’re thinking they may have been fooled by an optical illusion.

Like we said, this wouldn’t be the rapper’s first nip slip.

In fact, it wouldn’t be the first time that Nicki posted a nip slip to Instagram by “accident.”

But after spending more time examining this photo than we care to admit, we’re confident that this pic features at best the a mere outline of areola.

There’s a roundish shadow where a nipple might be, but we can’t help but think there’s some serious wishful thinking at work here.

Knowing how strict the Instagram no-nipple policy is, the fact that the pic is still online several days after it was originally posted is pretty good indication that it doesn’t meet the qualifications for a nip slip.

But hey, if you’re worried that Nicki has lost her risque edge, fear not.

She also posted these:

Yeah, if you can ignore the random box of donuts behind her in the one pic, it’s pretty sexy stuff.

Nicki originally tagged her fiance Meek Mill and wrote something about how the pics are “just for him.”

Plenty of fans pointed out how dumb that was because she posted them on IG instead of just sending them to Meek.

So Nicki deleted the caption but kept the pics – which we’re taking as an admission that they’re just a plea for attention.

Never change, Nicki.

Jesse Williams Tweets Anger Over Alton Sterling Death

Jesse Williams has a lot to say about the death of Alton Sterling.

Sterling, 37, was shot dead by police in Louisiana on Tuesday morning.

The incident took place outside of a store after a 911 called was placed that stated someone near the establishment was threatening them with a gun.

Authorities are investigating the shooting, but it has sparked further outrage online over white police officers taking the life of an African-American citizen.

Williams, who made impressive headlines after a stirring speech he made last month at the BET Awards (below), jumped on Twitter soon after this sad news broke and challenged his followers to “provide a list of infractions punishable by spontaneous public execution.”

He held very little back.

“In the interest of time, would ye noble patriots please provide a list of infractions punishable by spontaneous public execution? Thanks!” he wrote.

Williams then added:

“Upon receipt of this list, we’ll return to our quarters and study up, eager to enjoy freedoms of white mass murders. #LIFEHACK.”

He concluded his rundown as follows:

“You chumps will NEVER provide this list… We see through you.”

Williams made similar points in his BET Awards speech:.

“Now, what we’ve been doing is looking at the data and we know that police somehow manage to deescalate, disarm, and not kill white people everyday,” he said.

“So what’s going to happen is we are going to have equal rights and justice in our own country or we will restructure their function and ours.”

This was how he concluded at the event:

“We’ve been floating this country on credit for centuries, and we’re done watching and waiting while this invention called whiteness uses and abuses us, burying black people out of sight and out of mind while extracting our culture, our dollars, our entertainment like oil – black gold, ghettoizing and demeaning our creations then stealing them, gentrifying our genius and then trying us on like costumes before discarding our bodies like rinds of strange fruit.

The thing is, though – the thing is that just because we’re magic doesn’t mean we’re not real.”

As you can see here, Williams isn’t the only star upset over Alton Sterling:
