Taylor Swift: Squad Members Preparing to Expose Secrets?!

You might think that things can’t get much worse for Taylor Swift’s reputation.

In the past week, several of the singer’s highly-publicized feuds have come to a head in surprising fashion.

First, Calvin Harris slammed Taylor in a Twitter rant that exposed the ugly side of the former couple’s breakup.

The same day, longtime rival Katy Perry seized the opportunity to throw shade at Swift on social media, as her Katy Cat’s reveled in what they perceived to be the singer’s downfall:

And even then it wasn’t over.

Taylor’s hell week continued when Kim Kardashian posted what appeared to be proof that Taylor was lying when she claimed to be blindsided by the lyrics to Kanye West’s “Famous.”

Just when it looked as though the singer was at the lowest point of her history-making career, Swift reportedly found herself facing something her detractors had joked about for years:

A full-blown squad insurrection.

Okay, that may be a bit dramatic, but for whatever reason, Taylor’s squad hasn’t come to her defense the way many expected them to.

Now, Radar Online is reporting that the cause of their silence may be that her famous group of friends is fed up with Swift’s diva antics:

“Some in her squad are talking about how relieved they are that the real Taylor is being exposed,” says one insider.

The source adds that many within Swift’s inner-circle view the singer as “a vindictive, manipulative person who runs over anyone who dares to challenge her.”

Apparently, the lack of loyalty from Taylor’s iconic clique has brought the singer to the lowest point of her public life:

“I don’t think it can get any worse for Taylor,” the source concludes.

Big Brother Recap: Did Da"vonne Blow Her Game Up?

Da’vonne Rogers does not react well to drama.

Last season, she had a huge argument in the house and she ended up going home soon after that.

She’s been in the game a little longer this season, but she still hasn’t won one competition.

Frank decided it was time for Da’vonne to go, so he got to work and informed Tiffany about Da’vonne being a shady person.

The thing is, Tiffany actually wanted to work with Da’vonne after all that drama. She was that desperate for an ally.

The came the POV competition and Corey eliminated Tiffany in the first round. Tiffany was furious.

Corey then went on to win the full competition, but Da’vonne burst out crying.

That’s when Tiffany realized that if Da’vonne was so honest with her, why would she be worried about going on the block?

This made Tiffany’s mind up about who her replacement nominee would be. Da’vonne really doesn’t know how to play the game and Tiffany deserves to be there more than her.

Corey was hilarious. He was so desperate in his quest to find out who won the Road Kill and refused to believe that Tiffany could have won.

The scene with Frank claiming he didn’t know who won was equally as amusing.

Nicole made a it a little too obvious she was into Corey. She cried when he was put up. You’d think she’d be playing her game a lot safer this time round.

Da’vonne then barged into the have not room and when she noticed Tiffany was talking to Frank, she barged right back out.

She put a target on her back for practically no reason and it could come back to bite her down the line.

To the surprise of no one, Corey used the veto on himself and Da’vonne went up in his place.

We also got to see Da’vonne hit Tiffany with her hair. It was great.

Will Frank manage to get the votes to sway away from Tiffany this week in order to get Da’vonne out of the house?

It all depends on how the rest of the week goes!

Someone will be returning to the game in a special Friday night airing of the CBS reality series.

Who do you want to return?

Melania Trump Speechwriter Admits to Plagiarism: My Bad, Folks!

The Donald Trump campaign can now stop pretending that Melania Trump did not steal portions of her Republican National Convention speech from Michelle Obama.

Because the speechwriter for Melania Trump just admitted this is precisely what happened.

On Monday night, Melania Trump helped open the RNC from Cleveland by talking about her morals and values and how she raises her children.

No one took issue with the content of Trump’s speech…

… but many people immediately noticed that it echoed the words spoken by Michelle Obama at the Democratic National Convention in 2008.

Like, really, really echoed those words.

Like, she used the same exact words for two full paragraphs.

In response to the charges of plagiarism, surrogates for the Donald Trump campaign released numerous statements; some acknowledging that Melania stole portions of her speech and others scoffing at this notion.

But now Meredith McIver – described as “an in-house staff writer from the Trump Organization” – has come out and taken responsibility for the incident.

In a statement released by the campaign on Wednesday, McIver, says that Donald Trump’s wife, in a phone call, read her “passages from Mrs. Obama’s speech as examples” of inspiration for her own address at the RNC.

“I wrote them down and later included some of the phrasing in the draft that ultimately became the final speech,” McIver admits, referring to the first lady as “a person [Melania] has always liked.”

McIver added:

“I did not check Mrs. Obama’s speeches. This was my mistake, and I feel terrible for the chaos I have caused Melania and the Trumps, as well as to Mrs. Obama.”

This is really all that needed to be said as soon as the speech concluded.

No one really cares what Melania Trump has to say.

But the plagiarism, along with the ridiculous excuses uttered by Trump representatives, have been seen as examples of a campaign that is not very well run or organized.

McIver added that she offered her resignation to the nominee’s family but they “rejected it,” referred to the incident an “innocent mistake.”

Here is McIver’s full statement:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

My name is Meredith Mciver and I’m an in-house staff writer at the Trump Organization. I am also a longtime friend and admirer of the Trump family.

In working with Melania Trump on her recent First Lady speech, we discussed many people who inspired her and messages she wanted to share with the American people.

A person she has always liked is Michelle Obama. Over the phone, she read me some passages from Mrs. Obama’s speech as examples. I wrote them down and later included some of the phrasing in the draft that ultimately became the final speech.

I did not check Mrs. Obama’s speeches.

This was my mistake, and I feel terrible for the chaos I have caused Melania and the Trumps, as well as to Mrs. Obama. No harm was meant.

Yesterday, I offered my resignation to Mr. Trump and the Trump family, but they rejected it. Mr. Trump told me that people make innocent mistakes and that we learn and grow from these experiences.

I asked to put out this statement because I did not like seeing the way this was distracting from Mr. Trump’s historic campaign for president and Melania’s beautiful message and presentation.

I apologize for the confusion and hysteria my mistake has caused. Today, more than ever, I am honored to work for such a great family. I personally admire the way Mr. Trump has handled this situation and I am grateful for his understanding.
