Lala Kent QUITS Vanderpump Rules!

Lala, we hardly knew ye.

After just one season on Vanderpump Rules the model who proved to have to have a preternatural talent for stirring up a drama (which made her a perfect fit at SUR), Lala Kent has announced that she will not be returning for the show’s fifth season.

The 25-year-old model and long-winded speech interruptor made the surprise announcement as only she could, addressing a hater on Twitter in the sassy style she became known for during her brief stint as a reality star.

It started when a fan of the beloved Bravo series tweeted a helpful reminder that Lala is not well-liked by her fellow castmates:

“@lala_kent crazy how @stassi is on vacation with everyone & ur not.. Just goes to show ur still hated as the show goes on.”

Lala responded with as much sass as one can fit into 140 characters:

“@kendallfoxxxay @stassi I have decided to part ways from the show. Thanks bitch.”

She later confirmed that she won’t be returning to the show with a follow-up tweet and a hint that she may have a new project in the works:

“I made the decision to leave the show. I realized it isn’t for me. IT WAS COMPLETELY MY DECISION,” Lala tweeted.

She later added: “#ibelongonVH1”

She followed the cryptic hashtag with an Instagram post addressed to her fans:

“I love you all and thank you all. I’m overwhelmed by the amount of love I gained from such sweet people in such a short period of time.

“The fan base I have has kept me on cloud 9. Stay tuned for Lala’s next move. #upup&away”

It’s unclear what prompted Kent’s departure, but given the amount of drama she experienced during her brief time as a SUR girl, any number of factors could have been to blame:

Lala and James Kennedy were nearly fired by the network after they cursed up a storm on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live last year.

Shortly thereafter, Lala’s relationship with Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Hayes Pullard was revealed, despite her efforts to keep it a secret.

We don’t know what her next move will be, but based on the sales for the single she released with James Kennedy, we’re guessing she won’t be giving it a go in the music biz.

Britney Spears on Taylor Swift: Who"s That?!?

Did Britney Spears just throw the ultimate type of shade in the direction of Taylor Swift?

How, you may be wondering?

How could anyone throw more shade in the direction of Taylor Swift than Kim Kardashian did two weeks ago when she essentially outed the singer as a liar.

You remember, don’t you?

After hinting that husband Kanye West did, indeed, have permission from Swift to insult her in his song, “Famous,” Kim came out and played her Trump Card.

She actually released a series of Snapchat videos that featured Kanye and Taylor talking on the phone, with the latter giving the former this exact permission.

Since then, the Internet has been piling on Taylor, basically throwing a party over the hope that her reign as Innocent and Sweet Queen of the World is over.

So… how can things get worse than that?

How could Britney have done something worse than Kim?

Because at least Kim acknowledged Taylor. It says something about the influence you have over someone when you force them to take extreme measures in order to seek revenge.

But Spears was a guest on Australia’s KIIS radio with Kyle and Jackie O today when the hosts asked her whether she’d prefer to fly from the United States to Australia with Katy Perry… or Taylor Swift?

The singer chose Perry because she said “I’ve never met her before” in reference to Swift.

Here’s the thing, though: Spears and Swift have met before! Twice!

Most recently, the stars came together in 2008 at the MTV Video Music Awards; while TMZ reports they also hung out very early on in Swift’s career.

Granted, the last time was eight years ago. So Spears may have truly forgotten about it.

Or she may have hurled the biggest insult possible at Swift on purpose, which is this: acting as if someone else does not exist.

Yes, ignoring someone is far harsher than actually insulting them, wouldn’t you say?

Shannen Doherty Reveals Breast Cancer Has Spread

It’s been nearly a year since Shannen Doherty revealed her breast cancer diagnosis to the public.

During that time, the actress has shared her daily struggles with fans in hopes of providing inspiration for others who are battling illnesses and raising awareness of a disease that remains one of the leading causes of death for women.

Last week, Doherty shaved her head and shared footage of the difficult moment on her social media pages.

Shortly thereafter, Doherty wrote a candid post about what an “impossibly tough day” it was and thanked her husband and friends for helping her through it.

Today, the 45-year-old shared the sad news that her cancer has spread and that she’s soon to undergo another round of difficult treatments.

“I had breast cancer that spread to the lymph nodes, and from one of my surgeries we discovered that some of the cancer cells might have actually gone out of the lymph nodes,” Doherty tells ET’s Jennifer Peros.

“So for that reason, we are doing chemo, and then after chemo, I’ll do radiation.”

“The unknown is always the scariest part,” she shares. “Is the chemo going to work? Is the radiation going to work? You know, am I going to have to go through this again, or am I going to get secondary cancer?

“Everything else is manageable. Pain is manageable, you know living without a breast is manageable, it’s the worry of your future and how your future is going to affect the people that you love.”

Doherty also opened up about her decision to be so public with her battle:

“It’s easier to live with having cancer if I know I helped at least one person,” Doherty says.

We wish Doherty all the best, and we hope that the knowledge that she’s helped many, many people makes this process somewhat more bearable.

Adam Lind and Stasia Huber: Engagement Confirmed!

Teen Mom 2’s Adam Lind is engaged to his girlfriend, Stasia Huber.

This has finally been confirmed by the lucky (?) woman herself!

While Adam has yet to address reports that he is engaged to Stasia Huber, she recently confirmed that she is, indeed, engaged to Lind.

She even showed off their rings to prove it. Check ’em out:

According to Stasia’s recent Facebook post, Adam proposed May 13 (though they kept the engagement private until she just confirmed it).

As for the details of Lind getting down on one knee, etc.?

“I’d say but I don’t want to embarrass him,” Stasia wrote.

“If he wants to tell it he can,” Huber added, and we’re not holding our breath, but “just know it had me in tears and was crazy and perfect.”

Aww. Adam Lind is nothing if not a true romantic.

Apparently, the proposal wasn’t a huge surprise to Stasia, who stated that she picked out her engagement ring (which explains a lot).

“I got exactly what I wanted,” Stasia wrote, and when one is dating Adam Lind, the only way to guarantee such a thing is to do it yourself.

Sorry, we’ll stop. Chelsea Houska knows what we’re talking about, though. Taylor Halbur, too. We’re not being haters, just stating facts.

Anyway, Stasia is over the moon, and defended Lind against critics who said her diamond wasn’t large enough (seriously, people are idiots).

Yes, it could’ve been bigger, she said – but this was her call.

“Any bigger would have been too much for me,” Stasia wrote.

“I spent weeks looking at styles and knew exactly what I wanted… I tried on bigger ones and it looked gaudy on my small hands.”

“I actually got a little bigger than I originally picked,” she adds, but not as a status thing, simply “because this diamond was shinier.”

This is the first engagement for both Adam and Stasia.

It’s not clear if the proposal was captured by MTV cameras, but given reports of Lind getting fired from Teen Mom 2, we’d kind of doubt it.

Yes, he is very much involved in the new season, but is being such a pain in the a$ $ that we can see him not allowing this to be filmed.

We’ll find out in any case whether it was filmed … and, while we don’t like to be skeptics on such a happy occasion, if they make it to the altar.

Given his track record …
