Adam Lind: Legal Troubles Continue as Stasia Huber Is Granted Restraining Order

Even when he’s already behind bars, Adam Lind manages to find new and creative ways to get in trouble with the law.

Earlier this week, Lind was arrested for allegedly violating an order of protection attained by an ex-girlfriend.

While Lind was being held without bail in a South Dakota jail, a restraining order against him was granted to a different ex, Stasia Huber. 

News of Lind’s latest legal trouble comes courtesy of Radar Online.

The site reports that Lind will be forbidden to make any sort of contact with Huber for a period of five years. 

“The judge granted the protection order for Stasia against Adam,” the Clerk of Court for Minnehaha County Circuit Court tells Radar Online.

“It is for five years.”

Because he was behind bars at the time, Lind did not attend the hearing.

“Because he wasn’t there it was granted,” says one insider.

“She still wanted to go through with it.”

In court documents filed last month, Huber provided a shocking account of Lind’s violent and abusive behavior.

“While under the influence of drugs, alcohol and steroids, he fractured my forearm, locked me in the house saying I couldn’t leave, smashed my phone and once he realized what he had done, he broke down crying and took me to the ER,” she wrote.

“We broke up for a while after that,” Huber added, noting that shortly thereafter, she and Lind separated for good.

This is just the latest in a long line of legal troubles for the troubled Teen Mom 2 star.

Back in June, Lind tested positive for methamphetamines just prior to a scheduled visit with his youngest daughter.

Lind has refused to check into rehab, despite frequent pleas from his loved ones and legal counsel.

Though she has yet to challenge his visitation rights, Lind’s ex Chelsea Houska has taken steps to ensure that he will not be permitted to drive with their daughter in the car.

It’s unclear what will happen to Adam from here, but it looks as though a stint behind bars may be in his near future.

Stasia Huber on Adam Lind: So Brave! Totally Not a Douche!

As we reported last month, Adam Lind and Stasia Huber are engaged.

Like the people in Stasia’s life, we hoped it was a sick joke at first, but sadly, that’s not the case.

The Lind-Huber engagement has been confirmed, and astonishingly, Stasia seems to be excited about it.

We’re assuming that she doesn’t have cable or Internet, and is thus unable to watch Teen Mom 2 online.

Not only has Stasia taken to social media to sing Adam’s praises, she’s also become the latest to claim that the only reason he comes off as a the Douche God to Rule Them All on TV is because the MTV’s editors are totes jerks, you guys.

Here, in its entirety, is the love letter that Stasia posted on Adam’s Instagram page earlier this week:

“It takes a lot of courage and sacrifices a lot of pride to admit your faults. It takes a lot of time and work to better yourself to make up for past mistakes.

“When I first looked at the man I plan on calling my husband, I didn’t see a man who struggled or hurt, I saw a father of two beautiful girls he just wants to be with and a good friend who would give you the shirt off his back even if it was the last thing he had.

“It took time for me to notice through subtleties what went on under the surface, what he tried to cover up and hide from everyone else.

“It’s hard to explain the things that have happened to him that no one deserves vs the things he’s done wrong in his life.

“To have your life manipulated and broadcasted nationally in a negative light no matter what you do takes a toll on anyone. It even affects those who care about him.

“The fact that I get to wake up to him and see him smile another day is a blessing in itself. We aren’t here to act like our lives are perfect.

“No one has a perfect life and those who try to act like they do aren’t fooling anyone but themselves. Besides how boring that would be, I’d take the passion any day. We’ve had our really good days.

“Done things for each other we’ve never done for anyone else.”

Uh … “we’ve had our really good days” sounds like something someone would say in marriage counseling, but we suppose Stasia sounds mostly optimistic about her relationship.

Maybe there’s some truth to those rumors that Adam and Stasia are already married, after all.

Adam Lind and Stasia Huber: Engagement Confirmed!

Teen Mom 2’s Adam Lind is engaged to his girlfriend, Stasia Huber.

This has finally been confirmed by the lucky (?) woman herself!

While Adam has yet to address reports that he is engaged to Stasia Huber, she recently confirmed that she is, indeed, engaged to Lind.

She even showed off their rings to prove it. Check ’em out:

According to Stasia’s recent Facebook post, Adam proposed May 13 (though they kept the engagement private until she just confirmed it).

As for the details of Lind getting down on one knee, etc.?

“I’d say but I don’t want to embarrass him,” Stasia wrote.

“If he wants to tell it he can,” Huber added, and we’re not holding our breath, but “just know it had me in tears and was crazy and perfect.”

Aww. Adam Lind is nothing if not a true romantic.

Apparently, the proposal wasn’t a huge surprise to Stasia, who stated that she picked out her engagement ring (which explains a lot).

“I got exactly what I wanted,” Stasia wrote, and when one is dating Adam Lind, the only way to guarantee such a thing is to do it yourself.

Sorry, we’ll stop. Chelsea Houska knows what we’re talking about, though. Taylor Halbur, too. We’re not being haters, just stating facts.

Anyway, Stasia is over the moon, and defended Lind against critics who said her diamond wasn’t large enough (seriously, people are idiots).

Yes, it could’ve been bigger, she said – but this was her call.

“Any bigger would have been too much for me,” Stasia wrote.

“I spent weeks looking at styles and knew exactly what I wanted… I tried on bigger ones and it looked gaudy on my small hands.”

“I actually got a little bigger than I originally picked,” she adds, but not as a status thing, simply “because this diamond was shinier.”

This is the first engagement for both Adam and Stasia.

It’s not clear if the proposal was captured by MTV cameras, but given reports of Lind getting fired from Teen Mom 2, we’d kind of doubt it.

Yes, he is very much involved in the new season, but is being such a pain in the a$ $ that we can see him not allowing this to be filmed.

We’ll find out in any case whether it was filmed … and, while we don’t like to be skeptics on such a happy occasion, if they make it to the altar.

Adam Lind: Definitely Engaged To Stasia Huber (Sorry, Ladies)

All the good ones are taken!  What a bummer!

Adam Lind is probably, definitely, almost certainly engaged to his girlfriend, Stasia Huber.

“Adam and Stasia have actually been engaged for a few months, but only told close friends and family,” a source told Radar of the Teen Mom 2 star and his beloved.

“They plan to go public with the news soon.”

Huber has hinted at an engagement on Instagram in recent days, taking selfies that feature the faintest outline of a ring on her left hand.

Huber has been a good influence on Lind as of late.  He even dedicated a sweet Facebook post to his lady back in May.

“I don’t even know where to start…” the protein bro wrote.

The reality star and FDA certified bad seed uploaded pics of himself over the weekend in which he wears a very conspicuous ring.

Oh yes, it was on that finger, people.

Lind shared a cute shot of his daughter Paislee (with ex Taylor Halbur) that was clearly positioned to show the ring he was rocking.

And the cute girl in the car, of course:

The couple broke up over the Adam Lind nude photo issue earlier this year but rekindled their love post arse-eating scandal this spring.

This isn’t the first time that Adam and Stasia teased fans about a possible engagement, and we’re guessing that’s all it is this time:

We see through it. A ring can just be a ring … and can you actually see that douche getting married to Stasia but not Chelsea or Taylor?

Adam Lind: Back Together with Stasia Huber After Salad-Tossing Controversy!

Teen Mom 2 derelict Adam Lind was said to have moved on from girlfriend Stasia Huber following his explicit, uh, sex photo controversy.

Are the two already back together, though?

The photo of Adam Lind and Jessica Nicole, his previous girlfriend, may have broken the Internet this month if he were a bigger star.

Even by modern day celebrity sex tape and pic standards, this was pretty bad. Let’s just say Mr. Lind is officially the Tossed Salad Man.

It didn’t break the interwebs, but Stasia Huber did break up with him as a result, and Lind decided not to fight for custody of his daughter.

Not like the dude was a winner at life anyway, but seeing his face all up in … yeah. Chelsea Houska’s lawyer would’ve had a field day.

Anyway, Lind reportedly started dating a new girl right after Stasia dumped him, which is somehow not surprising. The guy gets around.

That relationship was either bogus or short-lived, though; Lind and Huber have gotten back together, as evidenced by his own Instagram.

“She does help…. Sometimes,” Lind captioned the above photo of himself and Huber in his garage. He also added a second picture.

“Always f–king with me … I love it,” he wrote.

Quite the contrast from a week ago, when Huber sources say the sex pic drove her away, but that it was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

“Obviously she was upset to see her boyfriend like that with his ex … they already had problems, but the photo added fuel to the fire.”

“Stasia was doing her best for Adam and his daughters, but she knows she has to focus on herself right now,” the source explained.

Teen Mom 2, featuring Adam’s baby mama Chelsea and likely more than your fill of Lind himself, kicks off its new season on March 21.
