Jacob Roloff: My Nephew is So Gosh Darn Cute!

Jacob Roloff is no longer a cast member on Little People, Big World.

But that doesn’t mean Jacob isn’t still a family member, especially when it comes to his siblings and especially to precious bundle of joys they bring into the world.

In other words:

Jacob is so happy for his brother, Zach, on the occasion of his first child!

Back on May 12, Zach and wife Tori Roloff welcomed a son named Jackson Kyle into the world, sharing a couple adorable family photos from the hospital at the time.

Tori wrote that she and Zach were already “so in love” with their son, while Zach issued the following statement at the time:

“Baby and mother are doing great and Jackson is already mastered holding daddy’s fingers and snuggling with mom!

“He is adorable and Tori and I are loving being parents.”

But while we (obviously) expected to hear from Zach and Tori in honor of this special delivery, fans of Little People, Big World likely weren’t counting on Jacob weighing in as well.

The former TLC star didn’t just quit his family’s series last year, he did so in pretty epic fashion, slamming both the show and his loved ones as fake.

But that was nearly a year ago.

Jacob, his girlfriend and their dogs have been traveling around the country together since, taking in the sights and just appreciating life.

And while the 20-year old rarely mentions specific relatives at this point in his blog entries, Jacob couldn’t help but make an exception when it came to little Jackson.

“We grew very tired very fast of the desert, but Arches NP is where I found out about baby Jackson being born so it is special — and another reason why we blasted thru to California,” Jacob wrote as a caption to the photo above, adding:

“Love bein an uncle so far. Love Little Man.”

He also shared the following snapshot of Jackson on his Instagram page:

YAH. “My lates’ muuuse is my [nephew], he worth livin’. – Jacob Roloff

Jacob has opened up a bit more in recent weeks, although he continues to make it clear why he’s a bit distant from his famous family members.

Last month, for example, took issue with both his fellow Roloffs and those who practice Christianity in general.

“Christians as I have experienced them have assumed a real and damaging sense of superiority over all other belief systems,” wrote the son of Amy and Matt Roloff online, expounding as follows:

“They have privately for so long deemed non-Christians as ‘needing help’ and diseased of the mind and spirit, condescendingly offering an empty platitude of the nature of ‘I’ll pray for you.’

“They don’t pray for you though, they pray for themselves, their spiritual security, and out of pity that you aren’t as fortunate as they to be ‘in the know.”

That’s a lot to consider, we know.

We only bring it up to emphasize that Jacob Roloff is an independent man of very strong feelings and beliefs.

He is unafraid to speak his mind.

But when it comes to a newborn? To an innocent and sweet and adorable new member of his family?

He can at least put past feuds aside and focus on what’s important.

Teen Mom Reunion Preview: Everybody Hates Farrah!

Though it won’t air for several weeks, another Teen Mom reunion show was filmed in New York City over the weekend.

Fortunately for those who literally can’t wait to see how the annual sit-down unfolded, it was taped before a live studio audience, and some of the folks on hand have no regard for non-disclosure agreements.

As usual, there were conflicts and drama and lots of mellow-voiced platitudes doled out by legitimate medical professional turned reality TV quack-for-hire, Dr. Drew Pinksy.

And of course, there was Farrah.

As usual, the other girls refused to appear on stage with Farrah due to the fact that they flat-out don’t like her.

That may sound like bullying, mean girl behavior, but Farrah has given the gals plenty of reason to avoid associating with her whenever possible.

In fact, it was at last year’s reunion that a fight between Abraham and Amber Portwood resulted in a physical altercation involving the men in their lives.

So it’s possible the other ladies kept their distance out of concern for their own safety.

But while there was no confrontation between the controversial sex tape star and the rest of the cast, Farrah still found cause to get upset, at one point reportedly storming out of the studio and refusing to continue her one-on-one interview with Dr. Drew.

Witnesses say Farrah was talked into returning, but broke down in tears shortly after resuming the interview.

As for the rest of the cast, it seems there’s no shortage of drama in their lives, either:

Amber Portwood confirmed that she’s called off her engagement to Matt Baier, but insists she has not broken up with him.

In fact, she reportedly told Pinksy that she’s confident she and Baier can get “back on track” with their relationship.

Maci Bookout opened up about Ryan Edwards’ addiction issues, and sources say she and Edwards’ wife, Mackenzie Standifer, both seemed to be on the same page with regard to his need for treatment:

“There was back and forth between Maci and Mackenzie, but no yelling or anything like that,” says one audience member.

“They talked about Ryan and his drug issues. Ryan is in rehab and has been in there about two weeks,” said a source. “They also said he’s doing well.”

Over the weekend, it was confirmed that Edwards has checked into rehab to seek treatment for unspecified substance abuse issues.

It was also revealed that Edwards married Standifer in low-key ceremony last month, but that was reportedly not discussed at the reunion.

Watch Teen Mom online to get caught up in time for what sounds like a drama-packed finale.

Gwyneth Paltrow: People Only Hate Me Because I"m a Woman!

Imagine how blissful it must be to as devoid of self-awareness as a celebrity.

But surely no celebrity outside of the Church of Scientology is as consciously uncoupled from reality as Gwyneth Paltrow.

In Gwyneth Paltrow’s interview about media backlash with Life & Style, she shows just enough awareness to know that peopla are critical of her.

“People were fine with me as an actress, but with Goop it was like, ‘Stay in your lane,"” she laments.

“Women in general get a lot of pushback, especially if you’re successful and attractive. …”

Oh, boy, now we’re in stars-calling-themselves-attractive territory.

The thing is that it’s fine — if you’ve got it, feel free to own up to how hot you are.

But clearly Gwyneth feels self-conscious about that admission, because she quickly tries to cover for it.

“I’m not saying I’m attractive. I mean when you’re considered attractive.”

Uh-huh.

If you work it enough, you can make sense even out of Gwyneth Paltrow’s rambling nonsense.

First of all, there’s her beauty. Let’s get that out of the way.

Yes, she’s beautiful. She’s not, contrary to what certain magazines would have you believe, the most beautiful woman in the world.

That would be, like, Nina Dobrev, or Ashley Graham, or Candice Patton, or Victoria Justice — the list of more reasonable candidates goes on.

We have the same beef with “Sexiest Man Alive” every single year.

They just take a group of A-Lister names and draw one from a hat, as if words like “beautiful” and “sexy” have no real meanings.

But the real point of what she’s saying is that people are hating on her because she’s a woman.

A successful woman, specifically.

And a beautiful one.

Which is probably something that long-suffering friends have reassuringly told her while their eyes bulge into their wine after listening to the latest snake oil that she’s been peddling on her site.

Which is why she never learns.

Yeah, misogyny is a pernicious element in every level of our society, but let’s not pretend that it’s behind this particular criticism.

She’s getting so much flack because it’s exactly what she deserves for the famously ridiculous things that she says and for the absurd products that she promotes.

Let’s see, there was the time that Gwyneth seemed to celebrate Trump.

Because when you have so much wealth and privilege that political realities don’t touch you, we guess that having a malignant cheeto in office is just “interesting.”

She’s probably “fascinated” by American’s conscious uncoupling from its allies and former standing in the world, huh?

And that barely scratches the surface on her, um, questionable statements.

Before there were viral stories of doctors advising people with vaginas to not insert wasp nests, there was Gwyneth Paltrow suggesting that women stuff their vaginas with rocks.

Medical science doesn’t generally recommend that.

Doctors also tend to advise against Gwyneth’s fondness for vaginal steaming, and we cannot believe that it takes doctors to tell her or anyone that boiling water vapor and genitals shouldn’t mix.

Basically, she’s just selling people a load of goop and acting like that makes her some sort of enlightened guru.

Gwyneth cannot stop herself from saying ridiculous and super douchey things, because she has no idea how she sounds.

And that is why people can’t stand her.

Not because she’s a woman.

Not because she’s successful.

Because she’s over-the-top, out-of-touch, and generally obnoxious.
