Kaley Cuoco: Should She Be the Next Bachelorette?

It’s sad, but true: Amy Schumer will not be the next Bachelorette.

What about Kourtney Kardashian? We can think of 19 reasons why this would be a great idea, but it’s unlikely to happen.

So… who might anchor the next edition of the ABC love competition?

What about Kaley Cuoco?!?!?!?!?!?

The Big Bang Theory star has made it clear on multiple occasions that she’s a huge fan of this franchise.

She hosts weekly viewing parties… she wears leggings with the face of Ben Higgins on them (below)… and she even called in to Bachelor Live this season to gush over the latest star.

At the Screen Actors Guild Awards, moreover, the blonde beauty revealed to E! News that she is “a little overly obsessed with” the 27-year-old Higgins.

Now that Cuoco is single, might she be considered as The Bachelorette?

“Kaley would be great, I would love that,” host Chris Harrison told reporters on a conference call on Friday.

“That would be fun, I would love to have her on. And I think she loves to drink wine as much as I do!”

Don’t tease us, Chris. Don’t make us think this is remotely possible.

It’s not, of course. Kaley Cuoco will not be the next Bachelorette.

According to Harrison, it sounds as if the next ABC reality star will be one of the final three ladies remaining on Ben’s season (Caila, JoJo and Lauren B.)… or  Amanda, the single mom… or  Becca, who was also the runner-up on Chris Soules’ season.

“Amanda would be great,” Harrison said. “I know people are talking about Becca…she’s a sweet girl, she’d be really good…

“The good news is we don’t have to make our decision quite yet, so we’ll wait and see what happens at Women Tell All, we’ll wait and see what happens the rest of the season.

“But we kind of have an embarrassment of riches right now of who will end up in Paradise and who will be the Bachelorette.”

In other words: it’s good to be Chris Harrison.
