Wearing head-to-toe white (including bungee-cord man capris) Jeremy Bieber, 41, took his 28-year-old girlfriend, Chelsey Rebelo to the top of a mountain and proposed to her.
Bieber got someone to film the video, which started out as a casual climb up a hill on St. Barts. As Rebelo set down her Corona and embraced her man, piano music continued to play. Soon, Bieber would reveal a jewelry box, Rebelo would get emotional and a proposal would take place.
"On February 19th, 2016, I proposed to my best friend Chelsey Rebelo," Bieber wrote on his YouTube page.
back in November, Justin Bieber spoke about his relationship with Jeremy while growing up in Canada.
“He was immature,” Justin told Billboard Magazine, adding that Jeremey was "not in a place where he could raise a kid.
“He left for like a year when I was about 4, went to British Columbia, came back on Father’s Day. I remember my mom said, ‘If you’re going to be here, you have to be here.’"
"There’s a misconception that he’s this deadbeat dad, but he has been in my life since," Bieber insisted. "I was with him on weekends and Wednesdays.”
And now, Justin will welcome his stepmom into the family, who is seven years his senior.
