Oh, yes, readers: The Real Housewives of New York City are nearly back!
And, as you can see from the quotes above, they are nearly back and possibly better than ever before!
In the following trailer for Season 10 of this beloved franchise, we see series series regulars Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and Tinsley Mortimer going through some major drama.
At the center of it all, of course, is de Lesseps and her arrest in Palm Beach, Florida last Christmas Eve.
You remember what happened, right?
The veteran reality star was charged with disorderly intoxication, battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT, resisting arrest with violence and threatening a public servant.
It was all pretty ugly (or "embarrassing," as one Real Housewife labels the arrest below) and it had a lot to do with LuAnn"s sadness over her divorce.
"Why did I have to get married?” she asks in this new trailer, as cameras follow de Lesseps in a car ride where she tells someone on the phone:
“I’ve been traveling, I’ve been to prison, and I just want to be close to home."
At various points in this video, meanwhile, LuAnn is referred to as a loser and a convict.
But there"s other drama and other feuds as well, all set to kick off when the show returns on April 4.
Medley and Morgan go at it, for example, with the former bashing the latter for an ill-placed analogy.
“Don’t you dare compare your f-ckin marriage to me burying my husband,” she screams. “He left your ass!"
It"s a fair point, to be honest.
Later, during a trip to Puerto Rico, Frankel tells Medley that she"s a "drunk" as the stars help folks recover from Hurricane Maria.
