Tommy Lee says his heart is broken.
By a woman breaking up with him?
No, by his very own son physically assaulting him, according to the veteran musician.
Multiple outlets have confirmed that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department responded on Monday to an incident at Lee’s home in Calabasas, California.
It’s the nature of this incident, and/or what prompted this incident, that is currently up for debate
Lee alleges that 21-year old son Brandon, whose mother is Pamela Anderson, simply attacked him while the rocker was in bed with his girlfriend.
Along these lines, Lee Tweeted a photo (below) of his bloody lip last night, prior to deleting both the picture and the affiliated caption.
But this is the Internet, where nothing can ever truly be deleted, and we can report that the caption read as follows:
My heart is broken. You can give your kids everything they could ever want in their entire lives and they can still turn against you. Good job Brandon. Great son!
No arrest has been made, but authorities have stated that Brandon is a person of interest in their ongoing investigation.
TMZ, meanwhile, writes that Brandon has been living part-time with his father in order to help Tommy Lee overcome a dependence on alcohol.
Insiders tell the typically-reliable celebrity gossip site that Brandon and his dad got into an intense argument Monday evening due to Lee attacking Anderson for discussing their volatile relationship in an interview with Piers Morgan.
Wrote Lee in response to this sit-down:
“@piersmorgan ur interviews w/ Donald Trump & my ex-wife are pathetic! Think she’d find something new to discuss instead of rehashing old shit but I guess she has nothing else going on & needs attention.”
Lee then signed this Tweet as follows:
“The abuser” (who she texts everyday & asks for me back).”
These same TMZ sources claim Tommy was drunk when he lunged at Brandon (who was sober) and that the 21-year old punched his dad in self-defense.
As you might expect, however, Lee denies this allegation.
“My fiance and I were in bed when my son busted into the room and assaulted me,” he Tweeted in response, adding:
“I asked him to leave the house and he knocked me unconscious. He ran away from the police. THAT’S the truth.”
He also called out TMZ for “reporting bullshit” in this case.
Lee and Anderson starred in a very famous sex tape together, but their relationship has since its MANY shares of ups and downs.
They are also parents to 20-year-old Dylan Jagger.
