Brianne Muller, Mom of 5, Dies After Fatal Car Jump to Escape Abusive Husband

Brianne Muller, just 33 years old, died this past week after head trauma when she jumped out of a moving vehicle operated by her husband, Michael Muller.

Fox 59 reported that Muller ejected herself from the moving car on an interstate in Oklahoma to escape her abusive husband.

Friends of Muller’s came forward after the news, and said that Muller’s husband, Michael has been “abusive for years.”

The news station also reported that Michael Muller had varying domestic violence and child abuse charges against him, and was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.

Local authorities consider Brianne’s death “suspicious,” but have declined to state whether or not her husband would be charged.

Several of Brianne’s friends came forward after her death to acknowledge that she was continuously victimized by her husband.

A long-time friend of Brianne’s told the network that her friend “had a big heart,” and that she was “always smiling.”

“We were her family,” Samantha Searle continued.

In a statement to the late Muller’s husband, Searle continued, “Whether she jumped from the car or you pushed her, she’s dead because of you.”

The friend continued that the couple’s children considered their father’s abuse against their mother to be “normal.”

“[Her] babies talk about how their daddy hurt their mommy, like it’s a normal part of life that’s supposed to happen,” Searle lamented.

“I watched him smash her face against a wall, causing three of her teeth to loosen, and one to fall out.”

“We concocted plan after plan after plan to get her and those kids out of [that] situation,” she continued.

“I just wish there would have been some way to break her [away] from him,” another friend, Jennifer Morgan, added.

“She told us lots of times she was going to die.”

“She was afraid,” the friend admitted.

A GoFundMe page was set up to defer funeral costs for Muller’s funeral.

At this time, it’s reached over half its goal – $ 975 of the $ 1934 goal needed to meet the Muller’s final expenses.

The page read, “Brianne was a mother of five, who died tragically at the young age of 33 after a head injury.”

“The family is not prepared to pay for a funeral, so we are depending on the kindness of others to help cover the costs to give her a proper burial,” the statement concluded.

What a heartbreaking story, and if this SOB is in any way involved – which he is; as Muller’s friend said, it didn’t matter whether she jumped or he pushed her – he is, in some way, responsible for the death of his wife, and his children’s loss of their mother.

Lane Graves Alligator Attack: More Details Emerge On Toddler"s Fatal Injuries

The drowning of 2-year-old Lane Graves by an alligator at Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian Resort still haunts members of the public two months later.

On the evening of June 14th, Graves was wading in the shallow waters of Seven Seas Lagoon, Disney’s man-made lake when an alligator snatched and dragged him underwater.

The little boy’s body was found by divers six feet under water the next day,  just 10-15 feet away from where he was attacked.

Radar Online obtained a copy of the full autopsy, which rules the death as an “accident” and notes that Graves sustained fatal injuries to his “neck, scalp and skull.”

Graves, whose family was enjoying a movie night on the beach, was “dressed in a pair of blue shorts” with a disposable diaper underneath, “worn with a short-sleeved T-shirt emblemized with the American flag.”

The most severe injuries, according to the report, were around Graves’ head.

“The right side of the scalp,” the coroner noted, revealed “a vertically-oriented laceration measuring 2.3 x 0.3 cm.” with “a maximal depth of 0.4 cm.

“The skin on the left side of the hair-bearing scalp in the parietal region has two recent puncture wounds.”

Graves’ skull was fractured, and the coroner found “abrasions on his eyelid, eyebrow and jaw.”  He concluded that Graves “died as the result of cranio-cervical trauma and drowning.”

The alligator was eventually caught and killed by authorities.  Even though there is no swimming permitted in the lagoon, signs did not warn resort guests that alligators, snakes and other dangerous animals inhabited the waters.

Prior to the accident, lounge chairs would be set up on the beach for people to sunbathe, and the resort also hosted movie nights, like the one the Nebraska-based Graves took part in before their son was killed.

Graves’ father, Matt tried to wrestle the boy out of the jaws of the alligator, but it was too late.

We continue to keep the Graves family in our thoughts.

Caitlyn Jenner: On Drugs at Time of Fatal Car Crash?!

Back in February, Caitlyn Jenner was involved in a car accident that left seven injured and claimed the life of a 69-year-old woman named Kim Howe.

After a lengthy investigation, it was determined that Jenner would not face charges for the accident, even though footage from the accident reveals that he was at least partially to blame for multi-car pile-up, and may have been driving negligently.

Of course, just because Caitlyn was cleared of criminal charges, that doesn’t mean she won’t wind up in court.

Howe’s family plans to sue Jenner for wrongful death, and they’re leveling some serious accusations at the 65-year-old reality star.

According to TMZ, Howe’s stepchildren are now claiming that Caitlyn was on drugs at the time of the accident.

Police tested Jenner after the crash and determined that she was not impaired.

However, Howe’s family claims that new information has come to light, and they now have reason to believe that Jenner was under the influence of prescription drugs that impaired his ability to drive.

Jenner has repeatedly refused to discuss the matter publicly, but he has stated in the past that he doesn’t use recreational drugs of any kind.

There’s no word yet on whether the Howe’s suit against Jenner will end up in court, or if the former Olympian will simply choose to settle.

Chief Keef -- Fatal Shooting Was Not at MY Marijuana Dispensary

Z STAFF

Exclusive Details

0924-chief-keef-4

Two men were fatally shot at a Compton marijuana dispensary which appears to have ties with Chief Keef, but the rapper tells TMZ everyone’s been fooled by social media.

First off, the crime: L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies went to GLO Gang weed shop and found the victims already deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. The identity of the victims is not known.

Now, here’s where Chief Keef comes in. Last year, he posted a video of someone touting the opening of the GLO Gang shop. Since Keef calls his crew the Glo Gang — and he smokes a lot of weed — fans assumed he was affiliated with the place.

But a rep for Keef tells us he’s never been to the shop, and has no financial connection to it whatsoever. We’re told he did the IG post simply to help his homie Wolf Da Boss – the actual shop owner — promote his business.
